Overly salty fries. Bathrooms require a combo, which means you have to go ask someone what the code is. Why??

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this Chick-fil-A. While waiting in the drive-thru, the employee taking orders skipped over my car and immediately began speaking with the vehicle behind me. I was stuck in line with no way to move and waited for about 10 minutes. Eventually, I slowly pulled forward, but the employee then had the car behind me follow as well. The driver, clearly distracted while talking to the employee, ended up rear-ending my vehicle. What shocked me even more was that the employee and the driver continued their conversation like nothing had happened. I stepped out of my car, thinking I may have imagined it, but the other vehicle was visibly pressed against mine. When I pointed it out, the driver denied the collision, but I later realized he was friends with the employee. The behavior after that was even worse. Rather than assisting or showing concern, both employees taking orders became defensive and dismissive, repeatedly saying their friend did not hit my car despite the evidence and the car having to reverse away from mine. The driver refused to give me any of his information, so I had no choice but to call the police. While waiting, we were told repeatedly by the employees that we "had to move" our vehicles, even though we clearly explained we were on the phone with the police and would move once instructed. This entire situation was caused by negligence and unprofessional behavior from Chick-fil-A staff, and instead of resolving it properly, they added unnecessary stress and hostility. read more

Substandard store and not the quality or attention to detail that you would expect from a CAF. I have been to this location three times and every time my order has been incorrect. Very disappointed with this location. We ordered a kale salad that was very wilted and old you could tell lots of stems. Also ordered a salad and they didn't even give us the dressing. Ordered grilled nuggets and they gave us the regular nuggets. Make sure you check your order before you go home at this location. Called and spoke to the manager and she did make things right. Love Chick-fil-A! They're always consistent everywhere we go! Got 2 Spicy Chicken Sandwiches and 2 Arnold Palmers with unsweetened tea. We love their simple comfort food and their fresh Lemonade. SO used to work for Chick-fil-A for years and had his share of squeezing lemons for hours. It's truly squeezed fresh! Line was long but efficient and quick. Our food was hot, crispy and JUICY! It's amazing and no surprise why ppl flock here for just the Chicken Sandwich alone. It's also crazy how competitors try to replicate this commodity, but haven't come close to this recipe of perfection. No one has come close tbh. I was truly satisfied and devoured my food happily. Definitely recommend and will be back to redeem my rewards. I recommend their brownie and Frosted Lemonade! So good! read more

The WORST Chick-fil-a I have ever been to. Service was absolutely terrible. Got up to the window and they couldn't find my order. After 10 minutes they handed me two large drinks & half my food. Drinks were wrong- I ordered lemonades and received a water and sprite. I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals & a 8ct nugget. Only received one sandwich & two fries. Yes, it's convenient proximity to the Base is similar to the Burger King and Wendy's restaurants, but their specific business plan is based on traditional family values, made possible through hiring some really great people, and allowing those same employees to have work schedules that fit family-based lifestyles. So, although I prefer hamburger to chicken, I come here to support the business and to hone my slow-paced but growing appreciation for chicken. read more

Sorry to do this. I love Chick-fil-A and I love this location. I am posting two pictures. The first is the Icedream cone my wife got today at Chick-fil-A for $1.79. She thought it was small so to make a point, the second picture is the soft serve ice cream cone bought next door, 5 minutes later at Burger King for $0.79, one dollar less (about 56% less expensive, less than half the price). I think we will get our ice cream at Burger King unless Chick-fil-A figures out how to be competitive. Isn't capitalism great? read more

Terrible service. The lady didn't understand what we were asking. We told her "Regular sandwich," but she charged deluxe for both orders. The drink tasted like water. When I asked for a replacement, she gave me a new one without even checking if they were out. It still tasted like water. Instead of checking if Diet Coke and Dr Pepper were out and if there was a replacement, she just told me to choose something else. Worst customer service I've ever had. One employee even approached my car, started chatting away with the girl taking our orders (distracting her with gossip), and didn't even have his mask on right (basically a chin diaper with a first-class view of his rat mustache). This location is well maintained and has helpful staff. As is always the case with Chick-Fil-A, the line was quite long when we arrived to the drive-thru to get our mobile order. Our food came out nice and warm and delicious. We all had the Market Salad with warm grilled filet. Really good. Mom and I hopped out of the car to go inside for the restrooms which we found to be very clean and the soap, bathroom tissue, and paper towel dispensers were all stocked. A team member was sweeping the floors around the dining area and we were greeted as we walked in and thanked when we left, I wish more businesses operated this way. Great location! read more

We love coming here. Although today's experience wasn't the best we have had. Food was good as usual. Customer service was not like it usually is. The men on the registers didn't give out the welcoming vibe you usually see in Chick-fil-a. Kids meals were missing the prizes. Then when my kids went to counter to get ice cream not one person helped them. When I got to counter they took a while to help and when refilling the drinks they didn't put ice & its 100 degrees outside. Hello. You really shouldn't have to ask. Also he handed a full drink to my son and dropped it all over him and the card reader. I'm not to impressed. The last two times we came to this location the order has been wrong once we got home, and there was no sauce at all for any of the chicken nuggets meals we ordered. So we have had to go back both times to get what was missing and by then the other food is cold, and cold fries suck. read more

Stopped by for a quick bite to this location on a road trip on the way to Las Vegas. I ordered a number 2 and said pickles was just fine on my spicy chicken, they put on the label "special order no pickles" also ordered a 8 count chicken nuggets and a 4 piece chicken strips with 2 medium fries. I asked for chick fil a sauce and when I checked my bag before leaving they put no sauce in my bag. This was my first time ever at this Chick-fil-A, and my first time in several years to any Chick-fil-A. I wanted to try it because it seems pretty popular, so I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Picked it up from the window, drove away, unwrapped it and took my first bite. What? No mayo or any kind of sauce on the sandwich! We love Chick-fil-A and have always been happy patrons. I can't understand why their drive thru model hasn't been copied by every other drive thru in the country. We were killing time before our puppy's shots and decided to grab a bite to eat. They have a little area out front with tables, umbrellas, and chairs that we thought we would sit at with our pup. When ordering we asked for a cup of water for our dog and they had and offered a dog bowl! Not only were they happy to oblige but went above and beyond with their friendly and welcoming service and helped carry the bowl out to the patio for us. I am truly impressed! read more

Every time I've been to Chick-fil-A I use the drive through, since I'm always on the go, the drive through runs smoothly, there are always friendly service at the speaker, and at the take-out window, fantastic and friend people always running the window. The ordering person was wearing star glasses, so unprofessional, and came over and literally hopped in front of my vehicle to stop me from moving forward.
