If this was a rating for outside service before drive-through pick up, it would be a 5. The young man handling orders was polite, professional, and top-notch. This was my long-awaited very first dining experience at a Chick-fil-A; the lines at the drive-through windows have always been 12 cars deep or more so I've always just gone elsewhere. But yesterday I got lucky at the Eubank location - just 4 cars in front of me at 2pm and I was more than ready for lunch! What a MAJOR disappointment! Quick, friendly service but my order was incorrect and my chicken sandwich was inedible. The meat was GRAY and tasted a bit rancid. That could have been all the old, past-their-prime vegetables covering the chicken that I specifically asked not be added or the bun that looked and tasted like tree bark. $11 out the window for a small Diet Coke. Don't understand the draw...I'd have returned the entire mess but the place was now packed inside and out. Lesson learned. I wouldn't have given that chicken to my dog. Ugh!! read more

So it goes without saying that this is one of the most polite "fast food" places around. Every time I say thank you they reply with "my pleasure" and I swear this is super important: they are the only place that gives enough dipping sauce for all of my 12-pc nuggets and all of my waffle fries!!! BTW the Honey Roasted BBQ is the best!!! Also, their Lemonade not too pulpy just enough to know it is real which makes me super happy!!! read more

Worst customer service experience I have received at this location today. Today they were doing the promotion where you keep your receipt from today's visit and you can return the first week in January and you will be given your order again for free. The employees were NOT giving out receipts to the drive through customers when I came through. When I phoned to ask if the sticker of my order summary on the bag would suffice or my mobile app proving my visit would be enough, I was told no, that I would need to come all the way back to the restaurant for the receipt. I asked if I could park in the curbside pick up and have a worker bring the receipt out to me as this was their error, I was again told no. I came in and spoke to the owner of this location who did not seem concerned about the error of staff not providing receipts which are required for this promotion and when I told him about the rude staff member I had spoken to on the phone, he told me he is aware of her having an unpleasant tone and that she has been spoken to on multiple occasions. Aware Yet they allow her to continue to speak to customers that way without discipline. All this hassle just to receive my receipt so that they would honor their promotion. My daughter and granddaughter love Chick-fil-A, so we thought we'd give it a try. The grilled chicken sandwiches were bland, dry, and tiny (we are not big eaters). My husband liked his milkshake. The lemonade was okay, but not great. It did not taste fresh squeezed. The fries were bland and undercooked. Maybe that's the way fast food is supposed to taste. We haven't eaten fast food in fast food in 15 years. I think we'll stick to eating at home or at non-fast food restaurants. read more

Decided to stop at Chick-fil-A and we ordered off the app, so we walked right in and sat at the Pick-Up sign. In just a few minutes they came out with our food and just as usual, the staff and workers were making sure our experience could be the best they could make it. Once we checked our food, we noticed they had given us the wrong meal so we went in with receipt and pointed it out and they fixed it right away with no questions asked. Another great visit to Chick-fil-A. Highly recommend all Chick-fil-A businesses as places to get phenomenal service as well as food!!!! read more

Been here once so far. Pretty nice. Since it's new it seems pretty crowded for the lunch hour. The cashiers are quick and fluent. There are a few employees walking around the dining area asking if anyone needs anything. Within 5 minutes of sitting down, one of the employees came by asking if we needed anything, then our food came seconds later. Tables are clean. Seems organized. You have to ask for sauce, it's not out to grab and go. I would be more than happy to come back to this location. read more

Came through at 9:45 PM on Friday, May 6th. Ordered grilled nuggets and a grilled sandwich, fries. I specified the nuggets had to be grilled because my wife was gluten intolerant. (I wasn't expecting them to be completely gluten free, I understand it's fast food). I got a phone call, so I didn't even check my bag. Got home, to find the large fries half full, stone cold, stone cold sandwich, and fried nuggets. I get it, it's fast food, stuff happens, have low expectations. But seriously, having worked there years and years ago, it's not that fucking hard. Seriously. I get its late and the managers are probably gone, but for Christ sake it's not hard to follow simple instructions. read more
