I have to say that I'm ashamed of how much I enjoy this chain's food. For awhile the only Chick-fil-A restaurants that were available to us were inside a hospital, inside a mall, inside universities, or inside an airport. We haven't been fortunate enough to have a standalone restaurant in the Metro Detroit area, UNTIL NOW! I didn't come here right away. I figured I would give it a few days and let the lines die down. Unfortunately that wasn't gonna happen anytime soon. I came after work to pick up something for dinner sadly enough. The drive thru line was crazy long to the point where they needed people to direct traffic because the sheer volume of hungry customers was obstructing the roads around it. I finally made my way to the entrance and the line was as expected. Took me approximately 40 minutes to get my order in, but I have to say I was very satisfied by the way the employees handled the orders and got food out efficiently with little to no disruption. I always loved Chick-fil-A for their customer service and consistent quality food. Of course it's not perfect. The restaurant is controversial to some, which I can understand. Sometimes it's easy to overspend here as the chicken tenders, for example, are criminally small and $5 only gets you 3 of them in which can easily all go in your mouth at once, so you end up spending another $5 just to fill yourself up. Despite those minor inconveniences I enjoy their chicken wholeheartedly, and would gladly eat here more often once it gets less crowded. read more

Oh my stars. I have never had any problems with Chick-fil-A but this particular one seems to now know how to do what they are supposed to do. They on the regular Miss things from people's orders, never offer an apology when a complaint if given. I have never seen so many mistakes made at any other Chick-fil-A. Normally Everything is okay but the last few times have not been great at all. Whenever we order a large fry with anything we get, they NEVER fill the box. Might as well give us a small fry at that point. The wait is always horrible. Food will be ready for 10-20 minutes and we sit and wait and when the food does come out, it's cold. read more

Missing sandwich on my order.  Called restaurant to have item removed from my bill, since I had already drove home.  Restaurant person took my name and phone number and said the next time I come in (within 30 days), they would give me "the" sandwich.   Unacceptable. I don't want to go back.  Why would I?  They missed my order the first time.  Let alone the idea of going back within 30 days.  I don't love your restaurant, I don't want the feeling that you owe me something. I love this location they are always proficient! I love doing curbside pick up, it's easy and fast. And you know that this location is always busy. I promise doing curbside is worth it and the food is yummy and hot. I highly recommend this location, and of course the classic chicken sandwich lol. read more

Normally I am very pleased with this location, but they've really started to fall off! I ordered a large fry and a medium fry...and they had the same amount of fries in them, what a rip off! I love Chick-fil-A food but I am extremely disappointed in this location. Shortly after my last visit to this location my charge card was used for NUMEROUS fraudulent orders through my app account. Upon looking up the orders, the telephone number on the orders that were belonged to an employee at this location. I attempted to contact the location a couple times and left a voice mail message. This locations parking makes absolutely no sense. If you have a pick up order you have to wait in the long drive thru line. The need to create a separate entrance into the parking lot. I don't even like coming to this location because it's so hectic and poorly organized. Makes so sense. read more

Even with the crazy crowds chick fil a maintains their excellent customer service. The lines were insane opening week but we were still able to get in and get out food within a half hour. Inside was super clean. We found a table that was clean and someone still came to wipe it down for us which was again amazing considering the place was super full. They have an indoor playground for the kids under 54 inches. I wish they would enforce this a little more in the future because there were bigger kids in there and my son wasn't comfortable mixing with them. I don't know why it took so long for us to get a chick-fil-a in the area but to say we are excited is definitely an understatement! read more

The staff is friendly and they have appeared to meld into quite an establishment. The Corporation should be proud of this franchise. Gotta be brutally honest here. We long waited for this place to open. When they finally did, and after waiting for the new store novelty to wear off, We found the experience disappointing. The burgers were cooked way over well done with barely no taste. The Waffle Fries were bland and soggy. Sorry, first impression is a lasting impression and usually we give a place 3 chances, but this place wont get that chance because the customer service was equally as bad as the food was when we returned back to counter. With over 30 people in line, there were people chatting behind the registers, arguing vehemently, and took about 20 mins just to ring out, with 5 people in front of us. Chick-fil-A was absolutely packed with a line wrapping around the front door with tons of people either waiting to order or waiting for their food for carryout orders. I've never seen anything like it, but I will tell you this they got our food out within a few minutes and everything was perfectly hot and delicious. Only Chick-fil-A can rock it out with perfection like this. they know how to manage a restaurant perfectly and they always have the best employees who have the kindest smiles on their faces from beginning to end. I was charged $39 for a 8-piece nugget meal. I tried calling the store several times and kept getting a full voicemail so I drove back over to the store. When I got there I was treated like crap by the "manager" Jon S. and he literally clocked out while in the middle of handling the issue and went home. This spot is absolutely horrible. The staff is extremely rude. I placed my order online at 7pm and arrived at restaurant at 743 in which the app said my food would be on its way out. I parked in a spot and waited and waited and waited until finally i got out of my car to ask someone whats going on he replied with "move, you're in the way" some blonde haired kid. After getting the managers attention she said she would check and realized my order is way past due and sent someone out with my order. The girl who brought the order to my car told me to "stop whining and that you should know it is always like this". I didn't know it was always like this and the food wasn't even warm.
