This is the 3rd time that I've gotten breakfast for my technicians. The first time I ordered and waited for a large order. When they helped me to my car the manager suggested next time call ahead. In the past I have enjoyed Chick-fil-a; however, within the past year I find the quality has dropped and the price raised. I stopped today to get their lemonade which has always been great. I ordered a one gallon size. I was SHOCKED by the price....$14.02. That is highway robbery! Do you realize how many lemons I can buy for that cost? And it would make much more than 1 gallon. They have lost me as a customer. Also the parking lot is too small for an SUV to back out of the parking spaces easily. Then the rude customers block your way when trying to leave. Took my family to diner and it was great. By far the best chicken nuggets I've had. The restaurant was a little crowded but that's to be expected when the food is so good. This Chick-fil-A location is great! The employees have great attitudes and ask if they can give you free refills on drinks. The food is great and the restaurant is very clean. I see them at school helping with fundraisers. I have read some other reviews with complaints about the long line. Although there drive thru line gets long at times, they have employees outside taking orders and getting your food ready before you drive up to the speaker. The wait isn't that long. I work down the road and find it to be a great place to get lunch. read more

I've always liked chick-fil-a but the attitude of the employees is incredibly positive. Usually a place like this can have one or two happy outgoing and positive employees. Gah damn four eyed Isaac refused to get my nuggets after I had brought him my receipt and show him what I ordered. He gave me a sandwich instead and said that I should be happy because it was "extra". I asked a different polite woman and she found my nugs. This chick-fil-a is by far the best I've ever been to. I used the mobile app for the first time and I'll never go back! The mobile app is where you order ahead and when you park they bring your food out to you. As soon as I pulled up, they walked out with my order. Our chick-fil-a is always packed and busy, so using this app made my experience all the better! I love their chicken, and don't even get me started on the Polynesian sauce! This place is great. The food is good and you know what you get when you go here. To order catering you are told to do it online. I would like the option of actually talking to someone to place a catering order, which is what happened. I called to check on my order and found it it wasn't placed so I made the order through the phone. It worked out and everyone at my event was happy with the food. read more

Very disappointed with this location! After talking to the manager Jaxton last night I will never be back at this location. The customer service and the attitude with my visit was absolutely disrespectful! I ordered a 64 piece nugget tray with them and opted out of the big sauce so I could substitute it with the avocado lime ranch, and Jaxton tried telling me the quantity I wanted was too much for my order so then I proceeded to ask could I buy additional sauce and he proceeded to tell me that was not an option... Then I asked what are my options then to get more sauce? His response was spend more money, and that the quantity he was giving me was more then enough! The result was me cancelling my order and going to another location because since when is it appropriate to tell someone what they can and cannot have at a restaurant with THEIR ORDER! It's not like I was telling them to give me the big container of sauce and the avocado lime ranch packs, no, I just wanted the substitute it out! I was about to be making over a $40 purchase with them because I was buying another meal with it, but instead they have lost my consistent business which for a huge corporation isn't the end of the world, but keep up the service like that and numbers will add up! The restaurant chain in it's self is entirely problematic on a another level of morality. Also the food is sub-par and the staff rather curt. They don't deserve backlash from the company's choices however, as they're just trying to get by the best they can. So I'm giving them a three when my heart says one. read more

My wife, son and myself stopped by to grab dinner a few days ago. We each picked a meal. My wife picked a chocolate shake, with no whipped cream on top. Then we sat down. They brought us our food, and them a bit later a young woman brought my wife her shake. With whipped cream. My wife said, I asked for no whipped cream. The young woman looked confused, as if no one had ever made such a stupid request. Acting like she didn't know what to do. My wife said please make me another one. The young woman said, a whole new one? My wife said yes, I don't want you to just scrape the whipped cream off the top, and then give it to me, that's gross, and I can't really have the whipped cream. The young woman said OK. She went back and then just stood there holding it. Then what we believed to be a manager took it and then within a few minutes, not enough time to make a new one, she returned. My wife asked if this was a new one like she had asked, the young woman hesitated for a moment and then said no. My wife said, did you just scrape it off? She said yes. My wife said, I can't have the whipped cream, it will make me sick. I need a new shake. Which she shouldn't have to explain in the 1st place. The whipped cream has sorbitol, which is a laxative. Which my wife, is highly sensitive too. If she has it, it can cause extreme pain, bloating, diarrhea, etc. But not fun to have to explain. Point is, she asked nicely, but people just looked at her funny and laughed. Very rude. They finally made her a new shake, thank goodness. But seriously, if it was your wife, mom, sister, etc how would you want her to be treated? The fact is that no one should have to be laughed at, and made to feel bad. Even if they just plain don't like the whipped cream. I personally don't like chick fil a. But my wife does, so we might try to go again. It's up to her. This location gets my order wrong every other time I go. Because their seating situation is so horrible, I almost always order on the app and do curbside pickup. Whether the problem is they completely forget to give me the sauces I requested, give us the wrong food, or completely forget to give us something we ordered, it's a regular occurrence and really ticks me off. After driving back home with a big bag of food for my family last night, I realized they didn't give me the meal I got for myself (but it was on the receipt). How hard is it to just give someone what they order? This isn't rocket science. I tried calling the store directly to try and make things right, but I got routed to some national customer service line and filed an official complaint. Four stars, not five for one main reason. My family loves Chick-fil-A. They are our go to place for chicken, like Costco is for our bulk goods and you know what, they are pretty similar in their great customer service and attention to quality. Yep, I just compared Chick-fil-A to Costco, weird, I know. However, there is one downfall to Chick-fil-A and I hope their customer service trainer at their corporate office reads this. If you hire the right people (which I believe you do) you should not have to prescribe their exact response to every customer. I'm speaking about the "My pleasure" junk that frankly doesn't serve the intent you want it to. When I hear "My pleasure" at every Chick-fil-A store I go to I want to cringe but I impulsively do because I can't stand it. Trust your employees to give a human response when a customer says "Thank you." Possible responses could be "You're welcome," "No problem" "Thank you for coming in" "Let us know if we can help further" and yes even "My pleasure" works but prescribing the exact words to say isn't polite unless the person means it. I believe you hire nice, kind people. Let them be naturally genuinely nice, kind people and I bet it will serve its purpose tenfold. read more
