My kids like the play place. I like the waffle fries and lemonade. Also the staff is the friendliest fast food staff I've come across.

I'm from Georgia. I live and breathe Chick-fil-a. But something is not right here. The quality of the food coming from this CFA is subpar. Something is wrong. The chicken is often not seasoned well enough. Often not fried well enough (fully cooked, but not crispy). The sweet tea always tastes like it was left in the container overnight then poured through a sock. I have eaten at this CFA at all hours of the day and various levels of customer load. But it always tastes terrible. Im used to CFAs having consistent quality no matter where you go. This CFA is just consistently bad. Want real CFA, visit the ones in Salt Lake Valley. read more

Absolutely love Chick-fil-A. My new favorite is the grilled Cobb salad with avocado lime dressing. Food is fresh like always. My only gripe is seating is hard to come by at most times of the day and it's crazy noisy, lots of kids! read more

Love the food! The playground for the kids is small, but enclosed and the door is a no pinch door. I've always been greeted with a smile and the service is quick without sacrifice for quality. Clean and kept clean. I have several fast-food joints within a quarter mile of my house, but I'm willing to drive down here because it's that good. read more

I keep almost eating here but the lines are always way long. I almost ordered here once and didnt because there was (and I counted) 27 cars in the drive through. There was a 5 guy frys next to it and the parking lot was empty so I went there instead. As I was waiting for my order at 5 guys (I counted again) 46 cars got their food before 2 people got their food at 5 guys. I decided then to finally try chick fil a. WOW!!! Their food is amazing, their speed blows my mind. I have been there about 7 times since I first went there a couple months ago and I have never sat at the drive through line more than 20 seconds, and my food is ALWAYS waiting at the window as I roll up. I have not reviewed this place yet because they are so darn fast and I cant stop to review while I eat because its so good! The people who give it one stars are dumb, dont listen to them. This is the best fast food experience I have ever encountered. Yes they have crazy long lines... but that should tell you something. Why is it that 30 cars wait in line when the fast food joint next door has nobody in the lines and sells the same kinds of food? Chick-Fil-A, thats why! read more

I think this is the first review I've ever written for a fast food place but we had such a great experience with this Chick-fil-A that I feel like I should write something. We went in there with our three kids and two of them were having epic meltdowns. We almost turned and walked out but one of their employees rushed over to help us out. He could tell our kids were hungry and grabbed us a couple of little cups of Cheerios which apparently they have out with the napkins and condiments for anybody who wants them. This was my wife's first visit to Chick-fil-A and needless to say she's a fan for life. They care about little details, train even teenage employees to go out of their way to help people and the food is great. I don't know how much it costs to do all of those things right but I assume they are getting a good ROI on the investment since this place is always packed during lunch and dinner. (Oh, my wife just reminded me that they also have plastic kid's placemats that stick to the table but are easy to remove after you're finished eating - we used to buy these online because we like them so much when we travel, it's awesome to go to a restaurant that provides them!) read more

Generally good food and good service. Consistent food quality and timely service. The only negative experiences I've had at this Chick-fil-A has been them giving me yellow mustard packs whenever I ask for their mustard dipping sauce for the chicken strips. I guess this should be expected when you are dealing with a bunch of bonehead teenagers. read more

This Chick-fil-a is amazing! My wife & I ordered the chicken nugget meal and when we got it, they had included a free breakfast of chicken nuggets in bread, kinda like mini-chicken sandwiches. On top of that, there was a busboy who was acting as a waiter. He refilled our drink twice and cleared our table for us. I've honestly never had service that good in a fast-food restaurant! I got here right at 10:30am when they begin serving lunch, and ordered from their lunch and dinner menu. I ordered a number 11 (the chicken wrap meal) and asked to switch the fries for a fruit cup instead and a bottle of water. The kid at the window confirmed my order with me, and handed me fries instead of my fruit cup. I didn't realize until I pulled away to go back to work, so I didn't go back and exchange. Delicious food, friendly service, and reasonable prices, how could you not like this Chick-fil-a? I typically dine in at this location, and there are usually staff members that are keeping an eye on your table to see if you need anything. Spill something? I swear you'll see an employee with a mop or pile of napkins to help clean up. And when you need refills, and it's not too busy, staff will see you and walk toward you to get a refill quick. Even when the drive-thru line is crazy, the set-up allows a lot of people to get through with tablets to take your order and payment before you get to the window. Wow. This is only my second time at chick fil à and I'm in love. The chicken deluxe sandwich was fantastic. I tried my friends frosted lemonade (like a lemonade shake) and my friend's peach shake (a seasonal option) and they were both incredible. The place was super packed and the line was really long, but with 5 people working the till we were able to order and sit down within 5 minutes of arriving at the restaurant. It only took another 5 minutes for them to bring the food out. Very impressive. read more

The food is good. I really like their sauce. I don't however like ordering face to face I. The drive through. I just feel strange. And I never know what I want. And they make me feel like I have to pick something quickly. I don't usually eat there, we feel the kids there, love that they give books as toys in happy meals. read more

With teenagers and busy schedules fast food is a bit of a necessity. Chick-fil-A is still a pleasure! Unlike most choices service is absolutely a priority and the quality is always perfect. My go to is the spicy chicken sandwich and the rest of the clan is loyal to the nuggets. Try the Polynesian sauce it's great. During busy hours, which is open to close it seems, employees brave the elements to take orders receive payment and ensure that wait times are kept to a minimum and the accuracy and quality is perfect and the commercials are a a bonus! read more

Drove up to the drive thru but here was a looong line. I decided to wait for a couple minutes and it started moving fairly fast. They took my order outside and I paid with cash. The girl had to run in and get my change, but for having to wait behind maybe 10 cars I couldn't believe I got my order that quick. My family loves their meals and the only thing I would suggest is to not use Splenda as a sweetener. Other than that it was delicious w/great customer service! read more

I don't know what it was, but at first, both the strips and sandwiches weren't that great, causing me to not go to Chick Fil A for a while. I then heard about their chicken minis, so I went to give them a try and they're amazing! That then lead me to give their sandwiches, strips and nuggets another try and it's super good now. So not sure what happened the first time around lol.. Eating this along with some Sodalicious/Swig is a great combo read more

I have to say I'm impressed by this Chick-fil-A ... It was super busy - even had order takers going down the drive-thru line. Even with their busy-ness, they helped me and my kids find a table, brought our food out, got me a refill, brought out a little container of Cheerios for my 10-month old, went around handing out mints, offered to get me more refills... The manager was out making sure everything was okay and even was in the play area helping the kids (a grandpa I'm sure). This was probably my best fast-food experience. read more

Ok but not the best it could be. Back in the day when I didn't have such discerning tastes, I thought this (now even bigger) chain restaurant was tops for a good chicken sandwich, but any more this is mediocre at best. It's a classic case of "What have you done for me lately". I used to really love CFA, and years ago when you could only find it in a few select places, back when quality (at least in my opinion) mattered, I would take it over several other choices. Fast forward to now, it's apparent that they are after the almighty dollar, and are placing quantity over quality. Although I still do think they do OK with the quality aspect, I really do think they could do much better. I still place it slightly ahead of Ronny McDonnys, and the Red Headed step child who is about to get a hair cut and a make over, at least as far as chicken goes. Meanwhile, back at the CFA ranch, I feel that the chain has tried and implemented ways to cut corners, while trying to keep up on giving their customers what they have expected over the years. To a certain extent, they have only passively accomplished that. They have added new menu items over the years, to the the point that I they have tried too hard to gain those customers who they want to come back time after time. Back to the basics is what I think they need to do. That, might be too late however, as it would seem, meaning it might be a sign of weakness or decline, but if they start cutting back and eliminating some of their not so great items, and keeping the great ones, then focusing on keeping those items great, I really would think that the quality would begin to reach the levels of years gone by. The simplistic business model of In and Out, where they have a very limited menu, is really what I am talking about. They don't do a lot, but what they do, they do it great, and it has reaped great dividends, not only for them, but for customers who keep coming back, and back, and back. As for CFA, what I see is that the players (workers) scurry around to put out too many things, all you really get is a piece of meat (albeit chicken) thrown between a bun, and off you go! Moooooo. They (the sandwiches) have lost the appearance of being a well made, and well presented sandwich. Chicken sometimes seems under done, breaded coating sometimes soggy, and the little (and I do mean little) chicken strips, or tenders, (whatever they call them) are IMHO pathetically done. This is my favorite fast food place! Fried Chicken sanny baby with the perfect waffle fries! If you're getting chicken nuggets the Polynesian sauce is the only way to go. I LOVE LOVE LOVE their coleslaw and have you tried the ice cream? The icy-milky texture is so refreshing. The owner is super generous. Always willing to help a fundraiser. I loved the service here more than anything! I was here on a Tuesday in October and it was BUSY!!! The checkers and food assistants were the BEST! Kudos to the dining room assistant Krista, she was SO KIND and SO SWEET that I just wanted to give her a tip-so I wrote a good review.! :) The food is great, love the fries and Chick-a-fil-a sauce; that my fave. Chick-fil-a is usually my go to place. I've never had any issues with any locations except this one. I got the classic nuggets and right when I opened the case of them they smelled super weird and dirty. I took a bite anyway and they were disgusting. They were inedible and tasted like they were cooked on a super dirty, nasty surface. Definitely not coming back to this location! read more
