I had never been to a Chick-fil-A before as I have celiac disease and eating out, especially a fast food restaurant is pretty much impossible. I heard from a friend that the staff at the Apple Valley location were very knowledgeable so I decided to give it a try. WOW! You guys rocked it! Answered all my questions, flagged my food with an allergy and took all the precautions to not cross contaminate. And on top of it, just an awesome, personable staff. I absolutely love this chic-fil-a, when it first opened I never went there because I was staying true to canes but a manager came into my work, Carmike Cinemas, one day and gave us some coupons so I decided to try to spicy chicken sandwich. The workers were very kind and suggested some of there sauces for me. They were very polite. Then when I took my first bite into my sandwich I suddenly realized why people came here. The food is consistently good. The restaurant has always been clean, including rest room. I'm looking forward to when they open up again. Make sure you download the App, and sign up for chi Fil a One. My favorite for breakfast is the chicken biscuit with a little honey. For lunch I like the tortilla soup or grilled sandwich. And for dinner my favorite is the Cobb salad. The Mac and cheese is awesome and so is the frozen coffee. I could go on but try things yourself and decide what your favorites are. VERY good product ! Calorie wise though....one sandwich can easily trip you up - but it's TASTY !! Clean facility, polite and efficient staff, and upper-end-of the scale fast food. The staff was really nice. But really, really slow and the chicken was nothing special. After the first 10 minutes of waiting at the drive through, staring at the Cub store, I realized I should have bought some Cub deli chicken. After 20 minutes of waiting, I knew it would have been faster and better. The cause of the slow down? They had to go to the back to get frozen chicken strips. That was after I waited for 7 1/2 minutes. Another 12 minutes and the tough, overpriced strips were ready, their delicious molten grease eating it's way through the box and bag. read more

I came here expecting to be blown away because of how everyone talks about it. At best I can say "meh". I got the chicken tenders, which were good, but they tasted like chicken tenders from just about any place. The fries were really good. My husband was so excited to come here and then was so underwhelmed with his food that he never wants to go back. I would give it another shot. The fries are always warm at best at Raising Caines. By the time you eat your meal the fries are COLD. I have informed the management several times. I am FINISHED paying $12 for COLD fries. BTW my friends say the same thing, expensive chicken and COLD fries. read more

We've done just Drive-Thru here a couple of time and it is typically quite slow (but friendly). This morning it took 6 minutes to get breakfast after paying. Food is always hot, but typically bland. It's just chicken--nothing more, nothing less. read more

One of the only fast food establishments I will go to. Lots of healthy options. I like that I can get my kids grilled chicken nuggets with fruit. The staff is very polite and helpful. I've had a few drive thru orders messed up recently, but hoping it was random. I lived in Colorado and loved chic-fil-a and wished for a long time that we had one in MN. It's finally here and I have been there twice and there is a line out the door both times!!! I have spoken to people in line that have been there several times since it opened.
