She opened a little early to let me and my coworker in to place an order as a CMV can't really go thru a drive thru unless you wanna make the news lol. We were able to order 15 minutes early and our food was fresh tasted great and she gave use extra hash browns and a fruit cup. I was staying at a hotel in nearby Westminster and came here for dinner. Per the usual with any Chick-fil-A, I found an open table and placed my order on the mobile app. I finally got to try their Honey Pepper Pimento Sandwich. I got my sandwich with a grilled filet instead of the standard breaded chicken. I made it a meal and got the Berry Parfait w/ Granola as my side, and a medium Sunjoy for my drink. It's chik-fil-a, it's closest to us and don't have any issues. Drive thru is pretty efficient with 2 workers walking up getting orders to help expedite things. Main thing for this review was I was wanting to try the New Cauliflower sandwich that only 3 different cities are being tested. So this is strictly for this I guess lol. Sandwich the inside is like the regular chicken sandwich same batter/outside but with a Cauliflower inside. Crunchy texture outside and Cauliflower inside wasn't overcooked and mushy, still had the texture to it. I don't know what I was expecting if I should assume it was a beyond meat or just as title states. It's basically what the title states lol. This location is absolutely amazing!! The staff are always very friendly, courteous, and greet us with a smile. I have on a few occasions, forgotten to order an item and have asked for it at the window, and they have added it on and let me pay for it at the window. Thanks for being so understanding and accommodating!! Our food always comes out fresh and tastes wonderful every time. Your attention to quality and getting all the details right astounds me. I do get a chance from time to time to eat inside the restaurant and has always been very clean, well stocked, restrooms are always clean, and as with my drive through experience, the staff is always quick to acknowledge me and greet me with a smile. Wow. We don't eat fast food very often, but today i decided to treat my 2 kids to some happy meals. This place was SWAMPED. But, with that to say, there was no line when we walked in, we walked up, we ordered and found a seat. Our food was delivered quickly and it was fresh and delicious. But that's not the best part, the best part was sitting in the lobby and a very nice man named Vince came up and asked us if he could refill our drinks for us! I have never had such great service at a fast food restaurant and I really wanted Vince to be recognized for his kind demeanor and outstanding customer service. I had certainly had a POOR EXPERIENCE at this Chick-fil-A. When I got to the drive thru window the guy handing out the food had a bad attitude. He handed me the cups which were crushed with the lids hanging off, so I fixed each one before I allowed him to hand me another one because I didn't want them to spill. This must have really upset him more because I asked another sauce so he slammed it into my hand and said, "ENJOY!" in a very angry and obnoxious tone. They have fantastic food but when I do curbside and it continues to be wrong you have to choose sanity over convenience. The staff is always nice. That's the only consistency to this place. I always get chicken nuggets and sometimes they are delicious and other times it's like I got the leftover parts of chicken just rolled in breading. Fries are sometimes full and sometimes not even half way full. And the fries are always soggy. (I put them in my air fryer when I get home, makes them great) and my favorite part of my meal, the cookies and cream shake; seems to be having less and less actual cookies in it. I usually have good experiences at chick-fil-a but this particular occasion just made me not want to go back. I ordered delivery which is about 10 minutes from my apartment and ordered a wrap & a drink. I knew the wraps are typically the quickest to make or prepped so it should've been very quick. The whole packing process took about 10 minutes which is super quick. I got a notification it was out for delivery and then a notification it was almost here. After about 15 minutes I get a notification that my order was delivered. I went outside and my order was not there. I called the store and they said the driver was here just looking for the apartment. Another 20 minutes passes and still nothing. So I call the store and the person who answered almost seemed annoyed and made me feel like I was lying about getting the food and put the wrong address in. They said the driver confirmed it was delivered to me but it wasn't there and I had no missed calls. They send me another delivery and at this point it's 45min later. The driver is still lost and can't find me after 20min I finally go outside and find them myself. The driver was very sweet and apologetic the whole time. I understand it's easy to get lost or confused. I am just upset about how it was handled. Paid full price for something that took over an hour and was made out to seem like I was the one in the wrong. read more
