I know we're all adjusting to new requirements due to Covid, don't get me wrong. We're all trying to acclimate to the changes just as well as the workers are. I may have to keep my distance from this location for a while though. This location is always busy (per usual for Chick Fil A) but recently has been excessively busy. (For obvious reasons.) To say it as nicely as I can: this parking lot becomes a complete CLUSTER-FK. Cars going in and out at any possible way, blocking flows of traffic, going between blocking cones, pretty much the Whole 9. I have done CurbSide twice now, and each time it was iffy. First trip, I ordered two large teas and two small frosted lemonades. Checked in at curbside on the app, waited 20 minutes, and two vehicles that pulled in after me received their drinks and bags of food before our 4 drinks. A bit frustrating but not the end of the world. Second trip, waited half an hour for our food. When we received our food, we checked to make sure we'd received everything (the lady who brought us our food had already walked back inside). We were missing all of our sandwiches. Got the drinks, got the kids meals, got the fries, but none of our sandwiches. So I called them from my car and explained we were missing a few items. The lady who answered was very nice, apologetic and understanding. She said someone would be right out with our remaining items. It took them 15 mins to bring the sandwiches out. So in all, it was roughly 45 mins parked in curbside. Don't even get me started on trying to get OUT of the parking lot. It seems no one can pay attention to cones and painted lines in the parking lot here. People were even driving into the EXIT for the drive thru so you can imagine how that jacks up the entire system of car flow in and out of that lot. Definitely not Chick Fil A's fault, it's just sad they may need air traffic controllers with cones lit up to direct traffic to the proper lanes and keep flow of traffic moving rather than some Yahoo blocking the exit because God forbid they wait with their turn signal next to the old Hobby Lobby to wait for The Lord's Chicken. Really frustrating to say the least. If I get a hankering for Chick Fil A soon, I'll order delivery or try a different location to avoid a potential aneurysm. read more

Unfortunately they have gotten worse in the drive thru organization.. very slow and seemed like none of the workers really had much idea of how the flow should work. To top it off the rude lady 'running' the drive thru was upset that I was paying with a $50 bill. So sorry, I won't visit again. read more

This is the WORST chick fil a I have ever been to. The service absolutely sucks. The employees seem to have zero training and have no idea what is going on. It seems it is being run by high schoolers. I have had to go back through the drive through line every time i've been there because they have messed up my order. The last time I was there the lady taking my order rushed me to the window --- there was no one behind me. While in Colorado we brought a party of 8 to this incredibly busy location. I was so pleasantly surprised when we were given A+ service AND in our entire party of 8 there was not a single mistake in the order! Precision! I love their waffle fries-by love I mean this in the most literal sense possible. I proposed, waffle fries said yes, Merry Christmas to me!! I also had the luxurious opportunity to have a hand-spun cookies and cream milkshake. Shut the front door!! Whoever invented this gem should be granted the Nobel Peace Prize or Time's Person of the Year!! Soooooo goooood!! Lastly, the proprietor, Sheri O'Leary, is so personable and friendly! I love Chik-fil-A, my review is just for one catering experience, which was on one of the biggest days of my life .. .my wedding day! I ordered 2 large chik-n-mini trays to be picked up at 9:30 on a Saturday morning. 2 of my bridesmaids went to pick it up and not knowing the order, was only given one tray. We called to rectify the situation to get the second tray and sent 2 other bridesmaids to pick it up. We expected it to be ready when they got there, but nope. Had to wait another 20 minutes. On top of all that, since I had ordered online, it was to be charged to my credit card upon pick up. My bridesmaids had to pay for both of my trays when they picked them up. End point - I wasn't very happy that morning. read more

Would not recommend this location. I could not receive my online breakfast order after placing it, driving over, and being in line before breakfast ended. The prior order, the food was so grease filled it was inedible. Perhaps this is also an issue with the app communicating between the restaurant and customer. I know everywhere is short staffed right now but this location still is just not meeting Chick-fil-A standards. read more

Today was my first negative experience EVER with Chick Fil A. I ordered via mobile order before breakfast ended. At this location, there is no way to pull up to mobile spots; you must sit in the loooong drive thru line with everyone else. By the time I got up to the speaker about (10:58), Sherry, I believe her name was, informed me I could not pick up my mobile breakfast order as it was past 10:30. I informed her I placed the order before breakfast stopped. She then told me they would not honor this cause "there's no way to tell how long it will take in the drive thru" I understand that, but then don't have your mobile order customers go thru the drive thru. Simple fix!! I told her I understood, and could I please just have the reward credited back to my account. She promptly said no, and did not apologize or offer anything of similar value. This place always does such a great job with quality food and customer service. Unfortunately this experience put a huge ding in their reputation for me. read more

I have never been to a Chik-Fil-A that was not well managed until going through this particular drive thru today. I could have driven further to a different Chik-Fil-A and still have been home much sooner. This one did not have their system down at all by comparison to others. The wait was extraordinary! They did not have staff outside organizing and moving the traffic flow along. Had I known, I would have gone to a different one, but I was unfortunately already trapped in the line once it was clear the wait to even order would be at least 30 minutes! I was really excited when they opened this Chick-fil-a. There wasn't one anywhere near where I worked or live. But then bam! They opened this one up. When it first opened the wait times were super long (as to be expected), but now they are always steady busy but you get I'm and out in a reasonable time frame. I was there yesterday with my family for an early dinner and we all had our food within a few minutes of ordering. The food is always good and very consistent with the quality. I also like the huge assortment of condiments they have. Their "Chick-fil-a" sauce is amazing! The staff is always really kind and helpful. The employees were kind and helpful, particularly a sweet manager named Kayla and a manager named Rod. Rod took the time to come and make sure all the customers were taken care of, offering mints and making friendly conversation. He was so intentional and professional. I love chick fil a but I hate pickles. I have ordered the chicken sandwich many times and at least 3 times they have taken the pickles off a sandwich and then given it too me still obviously tasting of pickles. Today they gave me a cold sandwich tasting of pickles and did not large size my meal as I had ordered. When I realized this and went back through the girl did not apologize and up sized my fries but not my drink. This chick fil a has terrible customer service compared to the others around town. I've been three times since this location opened and they've always been very busy, but the staff tries very hard to be helpful and accurate. Further, they've always been well-staffed and quick to fulfill orders. Like any Chick-Fil-A, the staff is very polite. Yes, many are still learning their jobs, but at least they're nice about it and apologize if they don't get something right. I wish there were more tables inside, but am hopeful that once they open a second location in Arvada (52nd & Wadsworth), some of the pressure will be alleviated at the 80th & Wads location. read more

I had Chick-Fil-A many years ago & didn't like. A few months back, my manager brought us a box lunch for a meeting one afternoon. I don't remember them being that good. I am hooked now:) Love the sandwiches!!!! The Deluxe Chicken sandwich is my favorite. Nice big slices of tomatoes, good size piece of lettuce and a nice big, juicy, tasty chicken breast. The staff at this location have always been GREAT!!! . Even if they are busy, it only takes a minute, at the most, to place my order. It's always clean. 1st bathroom I have been in where they have a bar that you put your arm through so you don't have to touch the handle....what a great idea!!!
