This place is amazing! It was recommended by Cosmos Bakery next door. I came in for lunch. The young lady recommended the lunch special Catault pizza since the sausage is made in house. Perfectly made, loved the toppings, and crispy crunch. The bartender was great, easy to talk to and very attractive. Her personality showed it. Very clean and open style restaurant. I have always gone to the Esther's in Oneida Park but this one recently opened up a couple years ago in the week or area. Very fun hit place to hang out with a great patio and tons of TVs. Their happy hour is a dollar off well beer and wine so not the best but they do offer kids night on Tuesday with a balloon guy and free food for the little ones. The Bliss pizza with bacon has always been my go to, but this time the potatoes were sliced a little too thin, and the pizza might've been cooked a little bit too long. We did get the Esther nachos, which was delicious combination of barbecue pork and tortilla chips. can't go wrong with anything on the menu as everything is homemade fresh each day. I had no idea until recently that this Esters is part of the same franchise as the one I love in Virginia Village. MIND BLOWN! My friends and I came here after doing an escape room down the street. There weren't too many other places in the neighborhood open late. Massive restaurant with plenty of parking. I'm sure it gets crowded on big game days, though. I wasn't in the mood for pizza, and funny enough because I get wings at the other Esters, what stood out to me was the Blueberry Habanero Wings. Our waitress said it was popular, so I ordered it, accepting the fate of my mouth. It was quite spicy! And strangely colored. I would probably get them again. Revisited this restaurant and enjoyed it though my rating does slip a bit. We sat inside and while it was comfortable the chairs are metal without padding. There are several televisions which feature sports activities. I ordered a cheese pizza and my spouse had a sandwich. It was either a club or a turkey and came with a salad as a side dish. I did take photos of the two orders. The pizza had a very mild sauce that hinted at New York style. Sadly the taste was too bland for me but it was decent enough that I found it enjoyable. The sandwich and salad were pretty good. All in all we had a good time and found it nice for a change to be away from our devices and just having an adult conversation. They have a nice patio although with the hot weather we opted to be inside this time. This is a very nice place to go for a pleasant time in this area. I live about 5 minutes away from Esters and always drove by it thinking "I should really try that place out". It was not until yesterday when a friend of mine mentioned that they really enjoyed it that I pulled the trigger and finally checked it out (reviews and recommendations really do work!) and I am so glad I did. At first glance, it may look like Esters is just a typical bar with average bar food but I was pleasantly proved wrong. The food was excellent and portioned well for the price. I especially enjoyed the Italian Chopped salad. It was huge and very generous on all toppings. The cocktail was mixed well with good proportions. The service was on point during the entire visit. I don't think I ever had to wait too long for anything. No complaints here! The last point I want to touch on which is HUGE for me is how clean everything was. From the entrance (which is beautifully decorated by the way) to the bathrooms, everything was immaculate. Huge thumbs up on the clearly visible and immaculate kitchen also on the way to the bathrooms. I always love it when restaurants show off their kitchens! This was the least intimidating solo venture EVER. Everyone that works there is a literal angel. I had the summer chop salad and an NA ipa. I need this year round. Big fan of brunch, and Ester's at Gold's Marketplace did not disappoint. We decided to check out this Ester's location after a friend mentioned her love of Ester's at Oneida Park. We really loved the space, the food and drinks, and the helpful staff. Ester's is very open and has lots of seating. Even though there are a lot of tables, it doesn't feel crowded. I liked that the space was rustic, clean, and cozy, but that there were still TVs and a nice bar. It can be great for watching football, but also great for families. I had the huevos rancheros, and I devoured them. Just the right amount of spice and I really loved the black refined beans. I wish I would've bought a side dish because the portion wasn't a large as the other dishes (but then again, I came in starving). My friend's shrimp and grits was huge. She said the grits were cooked perfectly and that she got a decent amount of shrimp, which was great. There is also the option to order off the kids menu (my friend ordered a waffle with berries and cinnamon for $7) or off the a la carte menu (two scrambled eggs were $4). I definitely want to try the breakfast pizza next time because it looked amazing too. The drip coffee was so good that I just kept getting refills. It would be cool if Ester's did some fancier coffees, but I can't complain because the drip coffee was on point and the waiter was constantly topping us off. The staff was also attentive and made good suggestions. Our waiter also told us about their bottomless mimosas, which sound great for a boozy brunch. We went to Esters tonight for my birthday dinner. It was my first time there. I liked the look and vibe of the restaurant, but thought the food was just okay. The menu is pretty limited on entrée choices unless you like pizza and salad. The other disappointing thing is that my daughter asked our server if they do anything for birthdays, and our server said yes, they can do something and asked what we would like. We chose the brownie sundae, and to our surprise, they charged us $15 for the dessert!! Way overpriced, and when we go to other restaurants for birthdays and ask about a dessert, it is almost always on the house. Probably won't go back again. read more

Esters has always been a hit in Denver with their two locations. A super reliable spot for a beer and watching the game with above average food. They opened this new Wheat Ridge outpost in the end of 2022, and it's much needed for the area! We popped in on Sunday night and first impressions are strong. You walk in and they have a more intimate private room to the right. Then you make your way to the main bar area. Dozens of large TV's, open seating with low tops and community style seating for larger parties. It's incredibly clean and laid out, they really thought through the build out here. Food wise, same great menu with upscale bar food. Esters is known for their Phish-named pizzas. We kept it simple with the Mikey (pepperoni) and Fluffhead (margherita) and they were both fantastic. Crispy and flavorful, exactly the tavern style pizza you're looking for at a place like this. My only qualm was with the wings. These were tiny and drenched in sauce, not their best version of wings and I've had a good amount here over the years. However, my old fashioned was delightful. Good prices, excellent space and really great food. Wheat Ridge needed a place like this, I hope they pick up in business this summer. Once people discover it, it's an instant win. Have to shout out the servers too, who were all just so damn friendly! Love to see it. Esters for the win! read more

AHHH. The great wait is over. We used to love Esters in Glendale and have been patiently waiting for this one to open at Golds Marketplace. It's a casual, fun restaurant/sports bar with innovative food and lots of options for anyone with dietary restrictions like GF dough and veggie/vegan options. The servers are so friendly and the bar has plenty of space. I can't wait for the patio to open next year! Tofu bahn mi was delicious, the star of the salads is the Brussel sprouts one. Pizza is all good, particularly the Long Boy. We're really hoping they bring back the Stash, it was my husbands favorite pizza of all time. Also, they do $15 bottle champagne on the weekends with just the right amount of juice (orange, grapefruit, cranberry, or pineapple). I will start with the positive- the staff and our waiter were friendly, prompt and accomodating. As for the food, oh boy. It is extremely unusual for me to complain about food or to submit a negative review of a restaurant. But in this case it is warranted. We ordered the large salad to share and two large pizzas. The "large" salad did not even fill half its bowl, barely enough for SMALL shares for 3 adults- at $17, salad made mostly of iceberg lettuce ought at least be a decent amount. The pizzas were. AWFUL- an invisible amount of sauce, in some places almost 3 inch wide crust with no topping or cheese, and the toppings were in a pile, mostly in 1 quadrant, so 2 slices were ample, and the rest nearly empty. This to me seemed a sign of a chef not caring a bit about what emerged from the kitchen, an apparent lack of pride in both quality and appearance. I would expect a 6 year old learning to cook to produce something better! If we had not been in a hurry, I would have sent it ALL back, and I VERY RARELY even complain in a restaurant. Ambience'wise, It looked like a lot of people were enjoying their evening, but the food was unacceptable' bland, poorly made, and not satisfying. read more

My husband loves the pizza here. Last time I got a caesar salad and it was drenched in dressing so I'd suggest getting that on the side.
