I've gotten better service at zaxbys consistently than i have on my last visit to this chick fila. Ordered a sandwich plain - even said it on the box - and it was fully dressed. No big deal there. But when i asked if they would mind replacing it, they had the most sour attitude. Manager included. As a test, i took a bite of the sandwich then covered it up prior to having it replaced. The one i got back was the exact same sandwich, still covered in tomato juices from where they took it off. The sandwich ended up being fine but the idea of my sandwich being touched by about 5 different people then handed back to be isn't the most sanitary. read more

We are so happy to be back in Athens with this amazing chick fil a. After spending 6 months in Orlando and the chick fil A's there not even coming close to the experience here-the customer service- the food- it was so nice to mobile order breakfast at almost time for breakfast to be over (10:15) and to have it hot and fresh with amazing customer service. Last week I ordered a tea and there was a hole in the bottom of the cup which got all over my truck and ruined our table runner we got from Disney World. This week I decide to give them another shot and ordered an unsweet tea with two Splenda on the app. Guess what? No Splenda in the tea or the bag. The staff here is so friendly and kind, and they make the effort to go above and beyond. They're always cheerful and joke back with me when I'm in the drive through. When I'm not feeling well, they make my soup extra broth-y (per request). My food is always warm, and my order is always right. If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. I hope everyone here gets a recognition for how freaking awesome they are. Anyone who says otherwise is delusional. Thank you guys! read more

They are fast but the food isn't to great. Also no pick up parking spaces. Usually chick-fil-a is awesome but this one lets me down. My chicken biscuit wasn't cooked well. When I go to Chick-fil-A I expect a swift drive thru, good service, and delicious food. However, my experience there this morning was everything but that. The drive thru was moving ridiculously slow and they even made me pull past the window and wait an addition 5 minutes for my food. Not to mention the young lady who took my order came off as quite rude, I believe her name was Ansley. On top of all of that, the food was terrible! My break was soggy and my chicken had big pieces of tendon causing it to be very chewy. This Chick-fil-A should be out of business! read more

Don't get me wrong Chick-Fil-A is my favorite go to restaurant because it fits my eating regime but I left feeling like I'll never eat at this particular location again. I felt racial profiled as my husband and I waited to have our order placed!! Then when we FINALLY asked to pull to window to have our order taken the manager who was standing by didn't attempt to diffuse our feelings while an employee tried with a poor excuse to why I order want taken. I would've felt better if BOTH of the order takers weren't standing looking at us while we waiting, but my food was hot and correct as always so I can't conplain on the quality at ALL! read more

This place is great. With my working and driving all over town I come here a lot. The service is far above any reasonable standard. The food is always excellent. This is hands down the best Chick-fil-A I've been to. Very well managed and speeds through long lines. Other Chick-fil-A's should take note with the employees taking orders on foot rather than waiting to use the speaker. This Chick-fil-A makes the one in Peachtree Corners seem like a McDonald's, well done. read more

We are in Athens from Marietta with 40 8th graders. I called around 11am to let them know that they would be invaded around 2pm.
