This Chick-fil-A location overall does what needs to be done. I always feel like the service as Chick-fil-A usually has is great. The employees are really nice and helpful. The drive-through situation is a little confusing compared to most Chick-fil-A locations but that sort of makes sense, considering it's right in the middle of the city. Very nice restaurant, clean and pleasant staff. Food is hot and fresh and very tasty. I wanted just an egg and cheese biscuit and was able to get it. That was awesome. The Peachtree at Collier Chick-fil-A is an embarrassment to the Chick-fil-A brand. The lines are always outrageous and take forever. What is the point of me doing Mobile-Thru if I'm gonna wait the same amount of time/more time than the regular drive thru users. Employees are nice enough but the wait times are unacceptable. As a loyal Chick-fil-A visitor (signature status on the app) I only go to this one because it's convenient to my home. I think I may start going to one further away and it will still be quicker. It was remodeled a few years back and they have 2 drive thru lanes to help with efficiency, as opposed to one before. Service was good, food was as expected. Chicken was bland and over cooked, roll had not proofed properly and did not rise correctly - plenty of extra grease. I hate to write a review about this as my heart goes out to the homeless and their situation but I'm not sure why this Chic FIL A is allowing homeless to sleep in their restaurants. If anything, encourage them to go to a shelter. However I am not comfortable eating here with homeless sleeping in the main dining area. You can't go wrong with the lords chicken My go to meals are the crispy chicken sandwich deluxe with chick fil a sauce or the cobb salad with grilled nuggets and the avocado lime ranch dressing. The new renovations are not as efficient as promised. The wait to place an order is absurdly long, and this outdoor, carport-like drive through is counter intuitive. We have to pull up to the curb to receive our orders and there's always a mashup of cars not fully on the curb, some too far away, etc. it makes it difficult to even know what's going on and who should park where. It's honestly an awkward setup and the staff for some reason isn't the friendliest at this location. It could be because the drive through window is now a door of some sorts, exposing them to the weather. Which I'm sure sucks. This is a pretty good chick-fil-a! They did a good job with our order other than mixing up our name with someone else's. They are pretty fast and the order was good quality. One of the fries was not the correct size but I didn't view that as a big deal either to me because they are so busy in the drive thru during covid! Although the line was pretty long they got us in and out pretty quick! I would definitely come back to this one if I'm in the area! This is a nice and easy Chick-Fil-A to get in and out of. I have come here on a couple of occasions. Inside the staff is nice and work quick to get you your food. On the drive-through side of things, they work fast but need a better line management system. People drive across the parking lot to cut in front of others all the time. This used to be my favorite fast food restaurant and location and I have been coming here at least once per week for years. This is why I will never eat at another Chick-Fil-A restaurant. On 8/23/22 at about 4:30 pm, I ordered a chicken sandwich meal from this location. After eating most of my fries I found a fried cockroach at the bottom. I contacted the store immediately and spoke to a manager. He told me to bring back the remaining fries for a refund of my meal. After leaving the store in disgust, I saw only the fries was refunded. I called the manager again who told me to come back again into the store for a full refund. Again, after leaving the store I saw that they shorted me by $2.59. I reached out to Chick-Fil-A's HQ who put me in touch with the franchisee/owner. I sent him an email with the receipts attached showing that a full refund was not received. He did not refund in full until I sent an email to CFA corporate. read more

This is not CFA standards! This location has been aggravating me for quite awhile. I stay literally 3 mins down the road and I get home to this at 6:55pm. There was no line and non reason for this level of incompetence. Each time I've come to this location no matter if it's busy or not, my fries always taste old. Today I get home to 1/16 of carton of fries and barely 5 nuggets. This is not an 8 pc meal worth $7.39. This location really needs to be reviewed by corporate for quality standards. It's the only location I've been in all my years of eating Chick-Fil-A throughout the southeast where it seems it's run by high schoolers. Things need to change soon or this location won't last long. It would be a shame to lose the only drive through besides McDonald's that's on Peachtree. read more

The only bad thing about this Chick-fil-A location is the traffic outside, but that's expected at the busy intersection of Peachtree and Collier. You'll have to be patient getting into and out of this place, especially during peak times. It's not as bad in the evenings or weekends, which are the times I've mostly visited this location. From the street, it doesn't look like there's a lot of parking, but there's actually a lot of parking in a hidden lot in the back. This Chick-fil-A has free Wi-Fi with decent speeds, a functional drive-thru, and an indoor playground with slide for kids. Consistent with other Chick-fil-As, service is very good -- friendly and attentive. It's hard to go wrong with any of the menu items. I usually spring for the spicy chicken sandwich combo (around $6) or the nuggets (about $4-5 for a dozen). The food quality at this location is on par with the others. I prefer the Polynesian sauce (sweet and sour), but consider mixing it up and trying the Chick-fil-A sauce or buttermilk ranch sauce if you've never tried them before. Chick-fil-A sauce is mildly "mustardy," smoky, and sweet. I'm not a fan of the buffalo sauce. I think it's too salty and overpowering. Sweet tea is excellent. It's super sweet and addictive. Hello, diabetes. The waffle fries are always good. If you want to eat healthy, you can swap them out for a fruit cup. A fruit cup contains Mandarin orange slices, strawberries, chunks of red and green apple, and red grapes. They say the cups are prepared fresh in-store, so that's a plus. In my experience, the fruits have been ripe and never hard, too tart, nor spoiled. In all, this is a satisfactory Chick-fil-A. read more

Also highly addictive is the buffalo sauce for dipping. Want to give your sandwhich, french fries or salad a kick? Add the buffalo sauce, a little mayo, and Sha-Zam! Its a trip to fast food heaven! also, the sunflower seeds are seriously YUM-Me. This particular location is always very prompt with their service, food is fresh, and the dining room is clean. If you are considering the drive through, proceed with caution...Taking the logical right turn as you near the building's end....could cost you as their drive thru layout is a bit funky. Just proceed with caution, because the line wraps around..and well..you dont want to get hit, and you dont want to hit anyone.
