There was however, one Chick-Fil-A located in the Fairfield mall which was like an hour and a half drive...My mom would take us here for lunches if were were over there shopping. When I was 15, my family relocated to Ga, and although this was a very tragic experience...I was in Chick-Fil-A heaven! The cows told me to EAT MORE CHICKEN, and I couldnt help but listen. I absolutely love the signature Chick-Fil-A sanwhich, the light breading, the waffle fries, the fresh side salads, the chicken strips, the grilled sandwhich, the tea, the Chick-Fil-A chicken buscuits, the soup, the cole slaw, the brownies...Lets just say, I'm in Love. Also highly addictive is the buffalo sauce for dipping. Want to give your sandwhich, french fries or salad a kick? Add the buffalo sauce, a little mayo, and Sha-Zam! Its a trip to fast food heaven! also, the sunflower seeds are seriously YUM-Me. This particular location is always very prompt with their service, food is fresh, and the dining room is clean. If you are considering the drive through, proceed with caution...Taking the logical right turn as you near the building's end....could cost you as their drive thru layout is a bit funky. Just proceed with caution, because the line wraps around..and well..you dont want to get hit, and you dont want to hit anyone. I ordered cfa yesterday around 8:45 am to be delivered around 9:20 i got a text saying it was delivered but it was not. I called the store and they said call back if it doesnt come in 10 bc app crashed. I called again at around 9:45 and a girl answered didnt say her name and just left me on speaker and i could just hear the staff. I waited 10 minutes before realizing she wasnt going to answer and then i tried to call again but phone lines were busy. I ended up getting my order later but i just thought the way everything was handled by the store was super unprofessional and not characteristic of what i think of when i think of CFAs customer service. read more

The Chick-fil-A app completely changed my view on this location, for one reason and one reason only: Terrible. Drive. Thru. I find it so odd they put it in the back of the parking lot, only to have it moving slow as molasses? Do yourself a favor and muster up the courage to go inside for you order, because it will be at least ten times faster. Now, onto the food. You should expect really delicious, classic Chick-fil-A meals at this spot. I've never had a bad meal (cold fries, under-cooked chicken, etc.) and my order is always correct. Circling back to the app - this location does a great job filling app orders. Since I can completely customize my options, it's up to me to make sure the order is right. The app also allows for delivery (woah), in-store pick up and drive thru ordering options at this location. And, you might get the occasional free treat! The service can be a little meh at this location. But sometimes, I can appreciate a normal interaction with staff in the restaurant industry since Chick-fil-A can occasionally be over the top. Only advice: fix that turtle race of a drive thru. read more

I needed something to go with the salad I made for my lunch. I work across the street at the hospital and we venture to CFA often. The staff is always so nice and courteous. And late in the evening it's not crowded. I love the chicken tortilla soup and the chicken nuggets. My favorite sauces for my nuggets are honey mustard and the zesty buffalo. I love to dip my fries in polynesian sauce. Everyone knows CFA is a little more pricey than regular fast food. But it's so worth it. Stop in and visit for a great treat also. The milkshakes are awesome too. Vanilla is my favorite. read more

I usually like Chic-fil-a they usually have great customer Service. I went to chic-fil- a in Atlanta on Peach street. This one is near Piedmont Hospital and the Shepherd Center. So after a two hour ride in the car.( I had taken my SIL there for an appointment). I walked up to chic- fil-a. I ordered my egg and chicken biscuit and noticed the cashier did not hand me a number. I said to him should I wait here or will you bring me my sandwich. He said, "go ahead and sit down we will bring it to you". I was getting up to find napkins. tThen they told me the dining room was closed. So I got my biscuit and got back to the table to get my drink I had left. I decided to eat on the tables outside but the door was locked. I just wanted to eat it while it was hot. I started eating between the doors, there was a small ledge to keep my drink.A young lady worker came up and told me I wasn't allowed between the doors. I was away from everyone else in the dining hall.(employees were eating). I was getting my stuff when the manager came with a police officer. I told them why didn't you just say that before I paid for the sandwich?! The manager was very crude, because I was leaving before he got back there with the police officer. Of course he told me to have a nice day but that was just so mean because I was forced to eat on a curb or walk to my car and the sandwich would have been cold. I did tell him to go to hell. This morning i had the best experience, I've ever had in any restaurant. The food and service was great. I was seated at the counter top, enjoying my breakfast when i heard the (owner or manager, not sure) tell their employees the following " I don't mind if you give a meal away sometimes. If that customers is down on their luck or just having bad day, make their day a little better by showing we care". This was a beautiful thing to witness. Either I came on a good day or the service here is AWESOME! We all know that Chick-fil-A is always crowded around lunch-time. I came here around 2-3 o'clock on a Monday and noticed that the parking lot was full and expected to be waiting in line for a long time. When I walked in, there was no one waiting in line for food! Right after I ordered, my food came the same time she was making my drink. Service was that quick! Not only was the service pretty quick, but this locations was very clean. My food order was not only quick but actually right. The food was amazing as always. I really enjoyed not standing in line all day waiting for food. Traffic nightmare... and not just for their customers. For EVERYONE on Peachtree Road because of the cop they pay to direct traffic into and out of their driveway. What makes them so special? I know they Cathy family and Jesus are pretty tight, but this really frustrates me. To appease the neighborhood (I think) they finally made the exit a right turn only. That makes me a little happy, except when I want to go south toward Midtown. Just recently I visited my local chick fil a. Very nice costumer service, extremely passionate about the drastic change in sauce packaging. It was nice to see someone really caring for the aesthetic that the costumer view. They seem to be able to construct a chicken nugget platter in negative minutes. So guilt-lovin good. Forget KFC, BK and McDs chicken sandwiches, Chick Fil A is the real fried chicken sandwich. I like that they don't mask the taste of the chicken at all. Spicy fried chicken in a burger bun. That's it. And it was good with the right amount of spice. And I love that they have waffle fries. I have no shame admitting that if Chick Fil A ever comes to my hood, I would probably eat there way more than my gut would want me to. read more

Very disappointing service and food. My first time at "this" location I went through the drive through and and I'm the only car in line and they tried to rush me when I'm ordering. Then I get my food and I get back to the hotel and notice my LARGE fry box is only filled halfway. I paid for a large and I got a small portion of fries and it wasn't even hot. Served Inedible Garbage - No Responsibility I ordered a Frosted Key Lime from this store. When I got home the first few sips tasted like it had fingernail clippings in it. I poured a little out and saw it did have little floating stuff all the way through. I strained the rest through a mesh strainer and it was obvious they had put the garbage back in the drink. I had seeds, pith, and basically everything that is strained and tossed after squeezing the lemons. I posted a pic of the strained garbage, seeds and all, on the store FB page and their only response was "sometimes we miss a little pulp." No responsibility at all for literally serving inedible garbage (or compost material). No need to hope I give you another chance. read more

Ok...I heart Chick-Fil-A. I mean...there's some sort of addictive ingredient inside their delicious chicken that makes me crave it, but this location...is frustrating. The food quality is standard for a Chick-Fil-A...addictive, but the they can't handle the traffic. First...getting in and out of this location is a nightmare...even with the "right only" turn when exiting. Still very annoying. Also...the drive thru takes forever. Not just when it's packed...even when there are a few cars. I'm not really sure why they are so slow since every time I get up to the drive thru window...I see a lot of employees. So clearly they aren't understaffed. Overall...I will forever love Chick-Fil-A and when I'm in the neighborhood of this location and craving some of their goodness...I'll most likely stop by. I just hope it doesn't take forever. read more

My three boys and I eat at a lot of chick-fil-a restaurants. We're strong supporters because the food is served with friendly smiles and speed. They often offer help to my table while I get my boys taken care of. This chick-fil-a is a disaster. I thought the first disaster visit was a fluke, but six times later something has to be said. The service is less than polite with employees wandering behind the counter and don't help the awaiting line. When they do help they lack eye contact and abrupt. The tables aren't wiped, the floor is gross, they turn around the repulsive trash cans hours before closing. Our order has missed at least one item that we ordered 4 out of our last 6 visits. One time the service was so terrible that an employee walked around handing out CFA coupons for a free item. We appreciate the condolences, Unfortunately, the issues haven't changed. This is a disappointing location when CFA so consistently delivers detailed, polite, above-and-beyond service. If things don't change this location may as well turn into a Burger King. read more

Have you ever been to a Chick- Fil- a you didn't love? Well this location is no exception! I went to this location and as I was placing my bag in my car the bag fell on the floor with all my waffle fries. The lady in the window saw it and said "honey your fries just fell out", and she politely passed me a new bag and told me to have a blessed day. I kind of felt like God was trying to tell me I didn't need fries, but the devil made me reach up with a smile to grab the new bag. read more

As an Atlanta native, I love Chick-fil-A. And, always crave it on Sundays. I've had just about everything on the menu, and love most of it. I'm not a fan of the new Frosted Lemonade because it's so ridiculously sweet. The Ice Dream is sweetened, as is the lemonade, and it's just too much for me. Lemonade by itself, however, is one of my favorites and keeps bringing me back to CFA. This location is not one of my favorites, mostly because it's so hard to get in and out of. There's tons of traffic in the area and the parking lot is always full. Come at the wrong time and you'll be stuck in your parking spot because the drive through line is so long. Also, because of the volume they do in this store, this is the only location I know of that has a number system like Corner Bakery or Zoe's Kitchen. Where you place your order at the counter and they bring your food to you. Although, I'm not sure how effective it is because I've only gotten to-go orders like most of the people in there. As far as food goes, this one is consistent with other CFA locations. The traffic and difficulty getting there is what turns me off, and is why I go to Colony Square. read more

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a #Chickfila in my life. I needed a spoon for my daughters ice cream and sauce for their nuggets. All of which I had to ask for multiple times and Dominique who is one of the assistant managers at this chick fil a kept saying have a nice day indicating that she wanted me to drive away. Hate to say it but this is probably the worst chick fil a I have ever been to and I am a pretty experienced chick fil a customer. Unfortunately this is my neighborhood chick fil a so I have to deal with it when I get a craving. The traffic can't really be controlled because of its location so I'm not knocking them for that. The drive thru seems to move very slow even for the amount of people coming through here and when you get there they may not even be friendly and worst of all forget to say my pleasure They are said to be under new ownership and management and are aware of the issues. Stopped by this location to grab a small bite to eat during lunch rush and I must say... THEY HAVE THE RUSH ON POINT! I definitely thought, when I saw the extra long drive thru line, that I'd spend half my lunch hour waiting, but I was mistaken. The restaurant had two lines going at the same time and the cashier took my order using an iPad. I pulled up to the window swiped my card and was out in less than 5 minutes.
