This is the worst location I have ever been to! I placed an online order for carry out at 10:11am. Checked in at 10:14am, said my order would be ready in 1-6 mins, went inside at 10:18, and told the cashier my name. The cashier said it was on the screen and should be out shortly. At 10:31, I had not received my order and I asked how much longer and that I could just cancel my order because I had somewhere to be. There were 3 employees standing in a crowd in the back staring at the kitchen, and the cashier asked them how much longer and he said "when it's ready." When I pulled into the parking lot there were 4 cars in the drive thru and one person eating in the lobby so I know it wasn't too busy. I told the cashier I would just cancel and then out walks somebody with my order at 10:35. All I ordered was a large hash brown, egg white grill, and medium sweet tea. 21 mins for two items is insane, I could have drove to the Roseville location and been treated way better. Absolutely horrified. We placed an order through the app for drive-thru before 10am. There were only five cars ahead of us, yet it still took nearly 30 minutes just to reach the window--only to be told to pull forward and wait even longer. When we finally got our food, the hash browns were greasy and the bread on the chicken sandwich was undercooked and mushy. That alone was disappointing, but what pushed me to write this review was what we discovered in our drink. We ordered a large Dr Pepper, and when my husband went to take a sip, he noticed something in the lid. After removing it, we were horrified to see several ants floating in the soda and crawling around the rim of the cup. This is absolutely unacceptable. Not only was the wait and food quality poor, but finding insects in a beverage is beyond disgusting and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety at this location. Let me add. We showed up right before close and they laughed at us in the drive though while we could hear them taking someone else's order and decided not to take ours. Well what I was hoping to be the best part of my day ended up being such a huge disappointment. I'm pregnant and have been so sick. I've been working an event all day and we rushed back as fast as we could and pulled into the driveway 4 minutes before close. So excited to see another car in the driveway. The only thing I could think about eating for some reason is Chick-fil-A. I had been looking forward to it since 12 noon. Charlie welcomed us in the drive through and and we were trying to take our order when she kept saying the same thing. She did this 4 times. I could literally hear her laughing and snickering at us through the intercom. The worst part is I could also hear the car right next to us make a full order with her when she actually welcomed us first. When we got up there was a nice man at the counter who at least gave us chicken nuggets but unfortunately because I'm pregnant I can't even look at them. Food is pretty standard for a Chick-Fil-A, but we loved the amazing service! My friends and I were looking for a place to chill in the AC to escape the heat, so we decided to stop by this Chick-Fil-A for some mid-afternoon snacks. We came on July 4 afternoon around 4 pm and it was pretty empty. I got an Icedream cone for $2.25 and it was the nicest looking soft serve I've ever gotten from a fast food place. It was delicious and really hit the spot on a 110 degree day! My friends got chicken sandwiches and enjoyed them as well. We chilled here chatting for about an hour or so and never felt rushed. The employees were so nice and even came up to the table to bring us waters and clear the table when we were done. I've never had such good service at any fast food location before. Would recommend this Chick-Fil-A in Auburn if you're ever in the area. read more

If your looking for fast food with great customer service don't go to this location in the mornings. It's one thing when they are busy but when there is only 1 inline order waiting and 1 car in the drive thru and still just have your customer at the window waiting not even trying to explain the situation just making it awkward starring at your tablet. Then finally when your food is ready for them to just shove it out you not ask hey do you need anything or make sure the order it right considering how long they just say ignoring you. You Never expect that service from here but I guess just not to go during the morning shift! You would expect your food to be extremely hot after that wait but no just warm unfortunately read more

Lady at the register about a week ago "forgot" to submit my dine in mobile order so I was waiting for a good 15 mins while everyone else behind me was getting their food straight off the bat. After i finally got my order it was short on chicken. I got the salad and I mean it literally looks like they tossed a teaspoon full of chicken and put as much greens in as possible. I got nuggets and was short on that too. Honestly wouldn't go here, they ration as much as possible and the service is bad. We were amazed by their customer service & food quality so far this is the best CFA we have come across... Every customer was treated with smile & very friendly service even though they were super busy... my husband actually went ahead & spoke with the manager ( owner) & congratulated him for doing such an awesome job. Our food was brought out to our table with a smile & also the server asked us very politely do u need anything else..?? We have never seen this in any CFA so far... within minutes of our seating the restaurant was full but still same service to everyone. Ordering ahead is the best way to go!! I always use the app and it seems to beat the line!! Not only that, there's less contact between people because you don't have to exchange money. At this location, I have ordered and picked up inside and then have ordered and picked up in the drive through. The thing I dislike the most is when there is a huge line and as worth it as it is, if there's a quicker way, my kids need it! My kids are the biggest Chick-fil-A fans I have ever met. They could eat it for dessert and be happy! I have had tons of positive experiences here and there happens to be a hidden perk when you use their app. Every here & there, the managers of that particular Chick-fil-A will gift you in your email a freebie. That is how I discovered the Chicken minis! The waffle fries are addicting, as well as their unique Chick-fil-A sauce. It must be poor management because this location consistently forgets items in orders. Maybe not poor management but maybe there is something in the air at this location that causes the grown employees to forget how to count? I've never had this issue at any other Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. But this has been an ongoing issue for YEARS at this location. I've spoken to the manager once about this. I tried to call to see if I could get my missing item and I guess no one actually answers the phone? I'm curious to see if I'll get a call back but seeing as how this location is unable to accurately do the primary purpose of their business (give food), I find it pretty unlikely that I'll hear back or that this issue will ever be resolved.
