We made a VERY large order in the drive-thru. When we got home we were missing only a few things. I went back to the restaurant and the manager, Pon, was very helpful, kind, and understanding. He provided us with the food we were missing. All of the employees were also helpful and kind. The food was great. Pretty good; my teenager thinks the chicken and sauces are the best food in the world. I had the grilled chicken and it was pretty good. The waffle fries are nice and the fruit salad is fresh. All three of my sandwiches were barely warm, the fries smelt like the grease hasn't been changed and tasted bad, the milkshakes were like soup, and I was refused whip on my frosted lemonade. I spoke to the general manager, and he gave me a new container of still smelly fries and some whip for my drink. Overall unhappy with how this was handled. I will not visit this location again. I feel cheated out of my $38. I don't come to chick fil a often it is a rare treat. So dissapointing, will not return. read more

This is the closest fast food location to my office in Auburn and I frequent it at least once or twice a week. I have to give kudos to the staff here, they are what makes this location! The employees here are always helpful, friendly, courteous and with a smile on their faces. Generally, I am getting a to go order through the drive thru and my order has yet to be wrong. I wasn't initially a fan because I'm generally do not enjoy chicken sandwiches. However, I have been trying to eat healthier (never mind the waffle fries) and they allow me to do so. I can get unsweetened iced tea instead of soda, a side of fruit rather than fries and the grilled chicken wrap is actually tasty. This location can get extremely busy and the parking lot can prove to be a major sense of frustration. However, the staff does do their best to keep things moving. read more

I would give no stars if it was possible. We just ate here and had the worst experience. I'm not one to leave reviews but we are very unhappy with the customer service provided. The cashier was extremely rude, inpatient and in the middle of our 2 meal order kept asking if we were done. We ordered no pickles on our sandwich, and the sandwich came out with pickles so we asked for a fresh sandwich and all they did was take the pickles off of it- that's not helpful when you have a pickle allergy. In addition, we were ordering a Mac and cheese and I asked what sizes they offered and I was told "small/medium/large" and I asked what they looked like and they wouldn't show us the sizes. We will not be returning to this location. read more

I've written a couple of very good reviews for Chic-fil-a before, but was sadly disappointed tonight. In fact, after tonight's visit, I'm unsure I'll even go there anymore. My boyfriend and I usually choose CFA because they usually have stellar customer service, low wait times and awesome food. None of which were true tonight. After a rather long wait, I finally got my food. Another reason we usually choose CFA is because our order has rarely been wrong and we don't feel the need to check the bag before we leave. Guess we should've tonight. They charged me for 2 meals and only gave us one order of fries, the wait was long, they didn't even get my name right, the girl had the nerve to be rude to me about her misunderstanding AND THE FRIES WERE SOGGY. If I'm not given at least a goddamn free fry, I'm never returning. This location is awful now, please remain picky about who you friggin hire. read more

The drive thru service was horrible. Food wasn't up to par with literally any other chick fil a. Ordered a large fry with a meal, and it was half full with sauce. Barely had any fries at all. This is the second not-so-great review for this particular Chick-fil-A. My husband and I both ordered 4-piece chicken tenders. His tenders were perfect. Mine weren't fit to re-sole shoes with. There were about six nugget-sized, borderline burnt, not-at-all-chewable pieces of chicken with breading. We had gone through the drive-through just before 9:00 p.m. and checked our food before driving off. We went to go inside and exchange the burnt chicken for some that was edible, but as we were walking up to the door, a worker locked it. Your signage, as well as the internet, all claim that your restaurant stays open until 10:00 p.m., but apparently, that's not the case. So we were stuck with inedible food that cost a pretty penny. $26 for two meals is ridiculous. In-N-Out is ten dollars less, and their food is consistently better for the same amount of food. I knew we should have gone there instead. We had hoped that this particular Chick-fil-A had simply gone through some pandemic hiccups and would follow the other restaurants just down the hill in the Roseville/ Rocklin area as far as food quality and service, so we gave this store another chance, but I can't afford to pay that kind of money for sub-par, tough, burnt chicken. I know you can do better because my husband's chicken strips were 1000% better. So, don't serve food like the tooth-breaking, pocketbook-emptying, nuggets of doom you tried to pass off as edible anymore. SO disappointed with this place. I want to like it, and the food is good, but they take FOREVER to get your food out to you. I am usually craving CFA on the way to work, but invariably I stand by myself for several minutes waiting for the ONE staff person to have time to take my order between drive through orders, and then wait another 5-10 minutes for them to scoop eggs into a bowl . Really? Chick fil a was clean and tidy but management seems to be off.. I ordered the Peach Shake that's currently in season and I asked the cashier if it was any good. She mentioned that she never tried it but she's heard very good things about it! So I ordered the shake and took two sips... let's just say it wasn't my cup of tea. It was sooo sweet and sugary. I had my boyfriend have a sip and he literally just said "oh my gosh what is that?!" Anywho- I walked over to the cashier and asked if I can switch out my shake to the cookies and cream since I wasn't a fan of the Peach. The cashier walked over to the manager to ask if it was alright. Turns out it wasn't and I could only have a soda or a lemonade. What I don't understand, how I can pay almost $5 for a shake and in return I can only have a dollar soda? Also my shake was completely full. I thought chick fil-a was known for their customer service and hospitality but this location showed me otherwise.
