My brother was craving Chick-fil-a so bad. Where he lives, there are none in his area. This is the nearest location to my parent's home. When we got there, it looked like an obstacle course. Most cars were using drive thru. They do have indoor and outdoor seating. Also they have a shelf for pick up only. The inside was clean and the employees were super friendly. I opted for the #1 which is Chick-fil-A sandwich (I asked for extra pickles) fries (updated to large with an extra chanrfe) and unsweetened tea. My brother got 4 tender meal with large fries and lemonade. Our order was ready right away. Everything was super fresh and delicious. FYI, they do have free WiFi. A great experience. The customer service is always great. I ordered via mobile app & got in the drive thru. They were fast and friendly today as well. I only had one issue. I paid to have pepper jack cheese instead of the American on the sandwich & they still put the wrong cheese. I didn't check the order because they usually never get it wrong. read more

If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. I ordered via DoorDash from this Chick-Fil-A. I got a message from the dasher asking if I had received my order. I had not so I let her know and she went to speak to a chick-fil-a worker. She never got back to me about what happened but that's another situation of horrible customer service. Eventually I called chick-fil-a myself, and they told me my order was taken by someone and there is nothing that they could do. I was even told that they have this issue with orders being stole and obviously they don't care enough to change the way they do things. Extremely frustrated. I go to the peach orchard rd location. At times you will see the managers picking up trash on the outside or helping inside. You don't see this at other restaurants. Very disappointed, ordered catering almost 3 weeks in Advance. I wanted to make sure it's all done correctly and on time. Catering went for a Staff Appreciation Breakfast. The Breakfast supposed to been delivered and all set up by 7AM. Chick fil didn't show to 7:20 after I made several phone calls to the Manager. At one conversation he said she's just pulling in to the Event, that wasn't correct because I was sitting in the Parking lot waiting it took another 10 Minutes for her to get there. No Condiments for the buttered Biscuits were given, no Napkins. It was a real disaster. Staff wasn't able to eat to sit and eat since everyone had to be in their Classroom by 7:30. Still charged my cc the full amount. No apology from the Caterer either. read more

I was surprised by this location. I am use to getting good food. What I am not use to is being able to show up and have a meal in my hand less than 5 minutes after ordering when there is a pile of people in line. Everyone was super nice and helpful and made it seem like every meal they were trying to get out was an important one, rare you see that anymore.
