My order was totally wrong. The first fries were burnt. They replace them. My Burger tasted sour. And didn't have cheese on it. I drove all the way from Aiken to visit. I haven't been in a year. It was always worth the drive. I don't know if they change owners but I want the old Zacks back. I would drive there at least 1 to 2 times a week. What an awful place!! I just had surgery and was starving! I placed my order by 9:14 PM. So, I take myself the 15 miles across town to pickup my order. I arrive by 9:34, there is NO ONE in sight! The building is securely locked! There's a person outside in their car to tell me they were already closed and I should've been there by 930!! I've only been to Zack's twice, but LISTEN! My first trip was a few years ago, and I was definitely not overly impressed, because the food is all like frozen, and premade. However, I went a few weeks back with my friend, who is a REGULAR, and I ordered the butterfly shrimp, I believe. While it was obviously frozen, it was cooked to order, and it was actually pretty tasty! I also had the fries, which were cooked to order as well. Overall, I had a good experience the second time around. The staff is very friendly as well, and they are super sweet! Would definitely go back - only real downside is the previously frozen food, and the cleanliness of the place - it definitely is not the cleanest place around, but it's not terrible, either. read more

The staff are always very friendly when I come. The wings are cooked very good, crispy not soggy, even the ones with a lot of sauce on them are still crispy. You can ask for your wings to be cooked longer too. I've eaten food from here three times so far and I'll continue to come here. The fried catfish is very tasty. Philly cheese steak is great. Things are my favorite though. If you are not a fan of spicy wings I suggest you get the Parmesan garlic wings. They are full of flavor and the sauce is just incredible. I am a fan of spicy wings so I also get the "Russy hot" Flavor. They are spicy and I'm pretty sure they are seasoned with gochujang (Korean red pepper paste). Delicious. I have eaten here a few times. It seems to be a pretty good place for wings since that's all I have ever ordered here. Portions are ok, but the wings are the usual drums and flaps you find at Bdubs. The variety of sauces and flavors puts them in the same flavor sauces category as Bdubs(Buffalo WW). They are a better price though. Mostly a clean front store and the staff is very friendly and knowledgable about their product. Sorry, I can't comment on anything else they make.
