Service here is awful. Came here with my two nieces and was treated like I was a huge bother. I had a very simple order, was kind even after being spoken to like I was an idiot. They forget all of my Drinks which was not a big deal but when I came up to the counter to advise them the young kid just laughed in my face and then proceeded to get the drinks. I advised the manager ( woman) that her staff weren't very polite and she just rolled her eyes and said sorry. The person who took my order was also extremely rude and not friendly at all. First time coming into the facility and just such a terrible experience. Never have I been to a chick fil a that was ran like this. My normal experience is friendliness and being welcomed, just very unfortunate. No one seemed to care at all which is I fine I guess but just really is sad.

This is the salad that they supposedly put all this extra fruit in

I've been to this location three times because I love their market salad. Three times I have asked for extra fruit and I have been charged for extra fruit. The first time I called the manager said we make you a new salad and they actually put extra fruit second time it was the same thing And I just went back for a third time trying to give them the opportunity to fix things and it just seems that they cannot. I am attaching photos of the salad supposedly has extra fruit and I'm attaching the cup that they charge me for extra fruit on the shift had a nasty attitude and seemed frustrated with me when I was trying to point out that this is not, what I paid for.

Lunch time at Chick-fil-A. Today Jay Jay passed his math time test at school and everyone in his class clapped for him. Took him for lunch to reward him, and they gave him free hot cookies THIS LOCATION IS OUR FAVORITE IN AUSTIN. Newly renovated, always hot food, clean environment, polite and friendly staff and always welcoming. Thank you

Never heard of this before. My wife went over there to get drive thru to bring home. Long line as usual, but whatever. 3 and 5 year olds in the car, gets the order (happened to be all of the hot stuff) but they left off her Cobb Salad. So rather than having her pull to the side or whatever they tell her she needs to go back through the line to get it. They mess up the order and my wife needs to get back in line. Any time I have been to a drive through to order and they screw up, they have me pull to the side and bring it right out. She even asked another person and they said yeah, you gotta go back through. She had already paid for it. Guess the difference is she is Mexican and I am white. So she comes home with her fresh salad and everyone else's food is cold. Thanks guys

Drive through was extremely slow. Signage for 2nd Line can't be seen. They need to learn from the one on 183 & Braker Ln.

I…read morefeel like the kind of people who are interested in a healthy bowl of nourishing food would be split not quite down the middle between both of these restaurants. Are they hoping the better-known Mediterranean bowl place will be so full they can catch their overflow? People in a rush might skip the line and try this less-known healthy bowl food restaurant instead? But I digress... I had tried CAVA four times or so and every time I saw MAD Greens and thought, Someday I'm going to try that place. Well, last Sunday was the day. I got to eat what I wanted because I was eating solo. I'm going all in on this trial run, I thought to myself, so I bought one salad for that day and ordered another to be my lunch the following day. I walked in and was the only customer in the restaurant. I was greeted warmly by the young man behind the counter, who called me queen and had no complaint about my asking for no tomatoes and the dressings on the side. I tried the Greek one and the sesame sriracha one. The place was clean enough and the employees seemed to be enjoying themselves, chatting and goofing off a reasonable amount. The bowls were great. I chose the Greek one first when I realized it had pita chips inside. It came with two dressings, the creamier of which was a.m.a.z.i.n.g. Confession--I am a recovering picky eater and I hate cucumbers, but I love sneaking them into my body underneath delicious dressings and salty kalamatas. The second day I ate the sesame sriracha situation. It had tofu, which tbh I have never successfully eaten, and it was really good. It reminded me of the paneer in Indian food. That salad had edamame too, so I was definitely satiated and I'm guessing I got plenty of protein. Overall, I will definitely go back. CAVA has had some consistency problems for me, as well as some of my favorite offerings being limited-time or seasonal (isn't it the worst when restaurants lure you in with seasonal offerings you can't count on?!), so I'm glad to have had such a positive experience here and I'm hoping they will be consistently good.

However, I must say that MAD Greens makes some MAD GOOD salads. My go to is the spicy bacon bowl with boil eggs. I feel better about my life when I order this because I'm getting my greens in, getting my protein with the chicken, and I'm actually enjoying my rabbit food (aka salad). This is a must have for me. Coming from a non salad person ( I know... it's okay to judge me) I really enjoy their salads and their spicy bacon bowl makes me happy. Another food item that I love is their Mac and cheese. It's so tasty. I love it here and love their salads because the greens taste fresh. #madgoodness

The food is solid, but basic... Jason's Deli offers a variety of sandwiches, salads and soups. My usual order is the Manager's Special, which comes with a half sandwich, chips and a side. For those needing something heartier, I recommend getting the full size. I always order the Chicken Panini (grilled chicken, provolone, pesto aioli, spinach, and tomato on sourdough) with the Spicy Seafood Gumbo. Strangely, the gumbo is solid!

They're huge! My wife and I should have just ordered one and split it. They are very generous with the toppings that came with Cheddar, bacon, butter, sour cream, green onions on them. The only complaints we had were, that both of our baked potatoes skins were overcooked and very tough, and the skin on the baked potatoes weren't seasoned. The inside of the baked potatoes were very good. The combo included one trip to the salad bar and unlimited soft drinks and tea. Everything on the salad bar was fresh and delicious. All of the vegetables that you could make your salad were very fresh, crispy and delicious. The potato salad was really good too. The chocolate mousse was to die for. It was so creamy and rich. To top all of this off, they have free unlimited ice cream cones....vanilla, chocolate and chocolate/vanilla mix. Nice way to finish off a good meal. The service was lacking. When we were ordering, the person made us feel like we were being rushed to place our orders. It felt like we were being an inconvenience to them...we would have left, but we'd never been to a Jason's Deli before and we wanted to give them a try...so we stayed. The restaurant was clean. It had lots of seating area. We came, we saw, we tried and we doubt we'll be back!

Then we ordered two pasta dishes and the rigatoni was my favorite! My husband ordered the fig old fashioned and I had the aperol spritz! We ended the night with the strawberry bread pudding. I'm typically not a huge fan of bread pudding, but this was hand down DELICIOUS! It tasted like a strawberry strudel or pop tart but way better. It was warm and served with strawberry ice cream. We had such a wonderful night! The hostess checked in on us a few times and provided recommendations and just overall a wonderful evening! It's one of those places that's reliable and feels pretty consistent, knowing you're going to leave happy and full after eating here. The two times we've been there, theres always plenty of seating and are able to walk right in. It's a walk in and seat yourself experience and then you pay upon leaving. The staff keeps the dining area and buffet line consistently stocked and clean. They even provide hand sanitizer and gloves for you. Even when foot traffic picked up while we were there, the food was replenished quickly and didn't look picked over. Now let's talk food...Everything tastes fresh, well-seasoned, and like it was made with care instead of just being "buffet food" an under seasoned. The variety is also amazing, and it's easy to build a plate for pretty much any type of diet whether you're keto, high protein, balanced, veggie-forward, vegan, etc... Some of our favorite dishes we keep coming back for: Shredded beef (SO good), Baked fish (tender and not fishy), Garlic baked chicken (wonderful crispy skin), Fried chicken, Baked kafta, Kafta kebab, Gyro meat, Roasted cauliflower, Eggplant, Greek salad, Fatoush, Kale Caesar salad, Zaatar pizza, Cheese pizza (pro tip: top it with shredded beef- a life changing buffet hack), Rice with lentils, Rice with mixed veggies. For the quality, variety and amount of food you get, this is easily one of the best deals in the city! It's rare to find a buffet that's both affordable and consistently this good! If I had one small wish, it would be for desserts to match how strong the rest of the food is. They're not bad, just a little more "fine" compared to how amazing everything else is. I've seen another Dimassi's (I think in Cali) that had a frozen yogurt machine and I'd LOVE to see that here because it would be the perfect finish! Make a cup and then crumble up some baklava on it! Overall we've LOVED it here and we'll absolutely keep coming back! Great food, clean, consistent, and worth it every time!
