Hello I usually positive reviews , but today was an exception. I wanted breakfast I realize it was getting close to 1030 so I called the store. Unfortunately they don't take phone orders. So I pulled over my car and place my order on the app. I thought I processed the whole thing, but I had to finish it and say I was already there. The person on the phone didn't make it clear that I had to put I'm already here. So my order didn't go through. They couldn't help me !! Bad customer service. They couldn't think outside the box they couldn't make me a just a chicken biscuit , they didn't offer me coffee or anything for my inconvenience!! I had ordered a Chicken Club Sandwich and requested the combo which I was told comes with fries and a drink. I asked if you can request something else other than fries with my combo? She explained the choices, one of them being a salad. I chose the salad. To my surprise, I was charged an extra $1.60, which is not a large amount, however, I asked about the combo if I could substitute the fries for the salad. She charged me for the larger salad which I did not ask for. I spoke to the manager and explained my situation, he listened but said he was sorry. That was it, he just stood there and said nothing. Every time I come in the morning for breakfast I'm greeted with a smile. The dining area is extremely clean, tables spotless, not sticky, seat cushions are comfortable and wiped down, men's bathroom smelling fresh and sanitized. The team members are always smiling and say thank you after my food purchase. Maribel has excellent customer service and always recommends a meal choice when I feel like changing it up and undecided. The music is soothing and you can feel the spirit of the holidays. I'm a total fan of this establishment. Uber and delivery drivers avoid this place. They take so long and they will help the drive thru people before they get to you.

Disappointed. This place is very popular hence always crazy busy but attention to detail is always a must. Ordered via drive thru and double checked our order that was smashed into one small paper bag- a large chicken soup, a delux chicken sandwich and fries. Once we got home we realized they gave us unsweetened iced tea instead of the lemonade we ordered and there was only a few fries with a couple burnt ones! Very upsetting. Chick fil a is so good, sometimes. They're so inconsistent and it makes me not want to go there anymore. Sometimes you get pieces of chicken that look like this. I love the food at this place "no doubt"! But lately they are really messing up on all of my drive thru or DoorDash orders, not giving you sauces, items I order, it's just never right for the last 8 times if not more. Pay attention to your order when received even when they pretty much rush you through the line, I will recommend this place because their food is great BUT they need to get it more organized with their orders and actually "READ" the instructions given to the drive thru teller. This place was the best "Fast food" place to go but no more... Food is still good but how the workers are... Sad how it was great to "McD" level... They cannot tell what drinks were ordered or how to mark the drinks. The top of the drinks were covered with overflowed drinks yet they just hand it to you anywhere. I would not be able to give this Chick-fil-A location anything but five stars. Each and every time that I have been here the service has been great. The location is clean. The food is good. Even on a occasion when I used the drive thru and they forgot to give me one of the meals ordered, they were very apologetic about it and extremely nice. So much that I wasn't able to be upset about it. Which is pretty odd cause I wanted my food. But the way they handled it when I called to let them know was unlike what I had imagined. This is the worse Chick-fil-A location I've ever been to, and I've been to NUMEROUS (more than 10). Both our cashiers were rude. We ordered 3 sandwiches and fries, and they were rudely questioning us why we wanted 3 Chick-fil-A sauces. On top of that, I used the Yelp check-in "Free Ice Cream" and the other Cashier questioned me why. Lastly, when we got our order, they gave us ONE Chick-fil-A sauce.. So i live near by and i go to this location a lot. I went on a Monday i ordered my food in the drive thru. I get home excited to eat. I sit down to bite my sandwich and the chicken was not edible. It was either over cooked or under cooked, the chicken was hard and chewy. I never complain like to complain about t stuff but the meal was expensive and i could not eat it so i called the location. I spoke to the manager "Denise " she gave me the option to call a number or to get in my car driven back to the location and get a new sandwich. I was really hungry so i decided to drive back. When i arrive i waited in the long line again. Got to the window and received a sandwich. I handed them the old one and they tossed it in the trash. To be honest i thought I'd get a coupon or something for having to drive back to the location for there mistake. But no nothing. I went into the drive thru to order for my colleagues and myself, so I came prepared with a list. As I'm reading the list out to the worker named, Candace, that's taking my order, it sounded like she was talking over me, but she mentioned that she was reading the order back to the person on the mic... The service recently was not up to standard, so I thought I would update the rating (just slightly) and reflect in a new (or "updated") review. Food continues to taste above average. (It could be the novelty factor wearing off, though, because I no longer think it's all that special. Still makes me smile and feel comforted, though!) Pricing continues to be on the higher side of fast food chains. Service, however, has taken a hit. Chick-fil-A, in my mind, used to be the customer service giant of the industry, almost like the Disney of fast food family. But due to COVID, it's made several changes to protect the health of its workers and its customers (which I applaud), and it indirectly made for some blunders: 1) They closed the doors to in-person ordering, which forces you to use the app to order, which is fine. HOWEVER, they require you to drive your car into designated spots so they can deliver the food to you while you're still in the car. The idea is great except the parking situation is horrible at the Azusa branch. Forcing us to battle our way to a pick-up spot is stressful, because there is always traffic congestion in the parking lot. I get anxiety just thinking about how my car can potentially get crashed into due to so many customers' vehicles moving about. And to make matters worse, there're only like THREE pick-up spots. If they run out, you just park elsewhere and have your blinker on to let the staff know where you are--EXCEPT they rarely pay attention to this rule, and I have to physically get out of my car, wave at them, scream at them, so they'd notice where I am. This is just a well-intended company policy gone wrong, not taking into account what each location has to work with. 2) There had been two separate instances out of about six distinct visits in the past 2 months that the order was not prepared correctly. That's one-third of the time, 33%, which is quite high for a brand that prides itself with excellent customer service. There's either the wrong item delivered to the wrong customer, or an item completely missing. I have contacted customer service today, pending their reply. While I am sure they will make right with its guests, I prefer it not to happen at all. And obviously, I waited for this kind of mistake to repeat to post on Yelp about it. Because, if a mistake is a once-in-a-while occurrence, it's just an honest error, a human nature. But two now? Maybe there should be a little bit more training involved with, perhaps, new hires? The reason why I think this is an issue is that, now that we no longer get to dine in, which I am fine with, all the items are usually packed away in a bag. And without the food items laid out in the open on a food tray, I've noticed, perhaps, they no longer check for accuracy as diligently? For reference, I've had ZERO example of mistake with them prior to the pandemic. I understand we all have to adapt to bad times, but as a customer, I think we should still alert the business when something's heading in the wrong direction. I do praise that all the workers abide to health measures regarding COVID prevention, and they are always pleasant and polite. That part didn't change. So I think 3 stars isn't unreasonable. Let's just hope we can change it back to 4 one day. UPDATE: I change it back to the original 4-star rating. The branch remedied the problem for me by giving me 2 coupons for my missing item. So basically, my missing item can be redeemed via one of the coupons (since it's already been paid for), and then I would get another complimentary one for their mistake with the other coupon. It's a small, cute gesture, I am satisfied with this arrangement, and all is forgiven and well. ...I've previously written some reviews for this business before, so if you have the time, please also take a look at some other aspects I've discussed in the past to gain an even fuller picture of its practice. The chicken sandwich tasted watery and salty. The nuggets were just mini chicken strips and tasted hard.
