If I need something fast and yummy, Chick-fil-A is always a pick for me! This location on Burbank is awesome. For me there is always a line in the drive-thru ( with LSU being SO close), but there is always a worker ready to take my order when I pull up in my selected line. I always pay right there with the worker, so when I get up to the window, all they do is hand me my food. So easy and accommodating. I have never waited too long at this location to get my order. I almost always get the grilled chicken cool wrap as an entree, so I got that but I didn't want fries. So, I switched it up and got the Mac n cheese, which is to die for. They burn the top of the Mac n cheese a little bit, and it tastes like it's home-made. I wanted more protein with this dish, but I didn't want nuggets or another sandwich. So, I asked if they could just give me the chicken filet, and they actually can do that... never knew this before, but will definitely be doing this WAY more often. This place has been the go to spot for 4 years. Always met with exceptional service and the food is always great. But for some reason they cannot ever manage to include the hot sauce that I ask for in my order. I don't know if it's written in invisible ink but without fail it's forgotten every time. read more

If you have been to one Chick-fil-A, then you think you've been to them all, right? Not all are created equally. Even though they almost always say, "it's my pleasure" to serve you, it sometimes shows when they really don't feel like being at your service at that moment... LOL. I haven't been to this location too many times, but for the times that I have been, something is always missing in my order, but it's little things. The food has always been consistently good. I love the waffle fries so much and I am a fan of the spicy fried chicken sandwich. I'm always up for a shake or a cookie, too. The drive-thru lines are always ridiculous, but they go fast, so be patient. Their breakfasts are not half bad either. If you plan on going during breakfast, be sure to get there before it ends, because they will end it right at the cut off and it immediately turns into the lunch menu. read more

I never, ever, ever eat fast food. I saw the ad for grilled chicken nuggets and thought "omg this could be a game changer - fast food I can eat!" That combined with the raves and memes and constant glowing reviews of their amazing and accurate, yet lightening fast service, really enticed me. Hard no. I drove in, ordered a small grilled chicken with a side of honey mustard and an iced tea. Got my order and didn't check it (because of all the memes and glowing reviews). Imagine my disappointment when I opened up a large, FRIED chicken nuggets with Buffalo sauce (wtf?) and a sweet tea. Literally every single part of the order was wrong. SO disappointed. I have almost NEVER had a bad experience at Chic Fil A ! But TODAY WAS DIFFERENT ! I always ask for no salt on the fries . I sat in a long enough drive thru line for them to be no salt and cooked properly . ( At least 20 cars ) When I received the fries they were RAW ! I handed them back and asked if I could have more . The girl looked at me as if I wasnt making sense , said nothing and called her manager. The manager on duty came to the window and just looked at me . I said once again that they are obviously undercooked . She took them and said pull around to the front without saying anything else nor was she friendly and eager to help . As if I messed something up . I just felt that there shouldn't have been an attitude for me expecting proper quality food . I promptly asked for my money back . Very disappointed. Went there this morning and placed a mobile order at 10 for breakfast. Called and asked if the curbside was still open due to weather they said no. So I go through the long ass drive thru line for me to be the next person at the speaker at 10:33 telling them I ordered breakfast on the mobile app. They say oh yeah we stop breakfast orders at 10:30. When I was in undergrad, I always ate at the Chick fil a on campus, longing for a closer off campus location. I finally got one, but this location might be the reason why I haven't had chick fil a in months. It was fine at first, but after a while something was wrong with my order literally every time I came here. It started with just my sauces being forgotten. Then there was the time that I ordered and paid for a 12 count meal and received an 8 count meal that I drove home with. Tried going inside to dine in once and because the cashier didn't confirm the order, of course food was missing. Idk why but I was kind of surprised when friends said they had the same kind of experiences. Maybe because it's not the typical fast food joint, people continue to be loyal. I will say that the food quality is always good, especially the breakfast. It's always clean and I never had an experience with anyone being rude. Hopefully there's been some improvement so I can consider coming again. Also not afraid to admit that I like the chick fil a chicken sandwich better than Popeyes. read more

I went to get a simple ice cream cone and then I saw an old classmate that I have a bad history with. She proceeded to charge me a whopping 10 DOLLARS for a little ice cream cone and when she went to hand it to me, she swerved and shoved it in my face. So rude. Just went to chick fil a and received bad service for the first time. My 2 friends and I were using the free breakfast reward on separate tickets. In the line we were told not to put our orders on 3 separate tickets. When we went to pickup my free breakfast, there was a short haired lady working the window giving more attitude than any chick fil a worker could ever give. We paid for one of the 3 meals which was helpful but the free breakfast should have been FREE. The has brown breakfast bowl looks kinda nuts tho. read more
