This location no longer uses multiple people in the outside order line, resulting in excessively slow service. I spoke with 2 managers about this, within a month's time and was told, "they were a little under-staffed" and"our building blew down for that line". This location has problems getting the food out in a timely manner. Also tried mobile ordering & also had nearly a 10 min wait. If I wanted to wait 20-30 min in line, I would have gone to McDonalds. read more

I ordered a pretty basic order, and everyone was getting their food before us. There are simply 4 things in our order besides drinks?? like what is taking so long, not to mention there was a cop behind us and they got their food before us. Normally I can count on chick fil a for fast service and accurate orders, but unfortunately that was not the case this time. The drive through took quite a while and the person taking our order didn't have a menu for us to reference. Once we got through the drive thru, got our food, and got back through the highway, we realized we were missing fries for our order which was disappointed. read more

We go to the chick-fila almost every Friday night because we do enjoy their food but even more so we enjoy the front of the house employee Steve. He is so helpful and has an amazing attitude. We see that they are always promoting the teenagers that work here, but we look forward to our weekly catch ups with Steve. read more

Had a crazy experience tonight trying to get some milkshakes. We couldn't figure out their two lane drive-through system. We switched lanes. They mixed up our order and gave it to someone else both cars spent several minutes trying to get their attention. After several more minutes of trying to straighten things out while they largely ignored us, we never got our drinks so we left The manager did offer to refund. Will not go there again. read more

I was asked to pull ahead, waited over 20 min while other people with bigger orders than mine got theirs and were on their way. Never got an explanation for the delay. Never a thank you. Super friendly staff that was quick and efficient. The food was good per usual. Restaurant was super busy but it still was clean.

I'm going with a 3 for now. Breakfast has been super quick and easy, lunches not so much. I have done mobile orders twice. First time I waited for my order in the "Pick Up" area to find out that my order was On the other side. Had no idea, no one said anything. Today, there is now a shelf on both sides but I'm pretty sure they gave my order to someone else and then had to hurry and get another one put together for me. They are newly opened....I get it. I'll stick with breakfast and wait a few months for lunch service. Food is good as always. read more

7 pm on a Friday night seemed like it should be pretty quick. Nope. The drive through workers were enjoying the company of the car in front of us for much too long before even taking their order. Which turned out to be a couple bags of food. When we got up to get our food, we only ordered a couple sandwiches, we got our food immediately. However, we were stuck behind the person who ordered a couple bags of food. YOU CANNOT go around and get out of there. WHY would they bring ours out when they knew we were stuck. By the time we got home it was cold. The dogs seemed to enjoy the couple pieces of cold chicken they had before I threw it out. I will not be going back. read more

this is probably the worst chic fil a in west Michigan. you can't put a chic fil a in a city where people are rude and don't care about other people. last time I went I was missing half my order, they "fixed" it and when I got home the food was cold and couldn't really eat it and there were still missing items i guess shame on me for not checking the back because when I called up about it they immediately thought I was lying. i would rather drive 20 to 30 minutes to a different chic fil a then have to eat at this one. read more
