The food is consistently incredible, the staff is always welcoming, and somehow they can get me through a 40 car drive thru line in under 10 minutes. On top of that, the owner always hooks it up with free rewards through my chick-fil-a app. I've spent so much money here and I plan on spending a lot more. First off, the design of the parking lot is horrid, you have to risk your life cutting across the to-go cars. You have to buy the deluxe sandwich to get tomatoes and lettuce, that's horrible! The waffle fries were soggy and the sandwich was not worth price, the spicy sandwich was utterly bland. I cannot understand why some rave about this pathetic, pedestrian place. read more

Always friendly service, good food, their app is great, their drive thru is fast. Can get a little busy and cause traffic around the area. They have never messed up my order. While my son was sitting claiming a table for me my Mom and I ordered food. When I can back to the table he had a ice cream cone and I had not bought one and even if I did it would not have got there by then. He told me that a employee went to wash the tables as he was sitting there and then asked him if he wanted a ice cream cone and he said yes. The employee brought it to the table and my son also said he heard a lady get a free meal but he's not sure. read more

These 5 stars are for SIERRA. During one of the first few days after opening, I was eating with my daughter when Sierra sat next to us on her break. We chatted for a bit and introduced ourselves. She was super sweet. Well last night I was back with my little one and I saw her, but didn't even think she would notice or even recognize me. Well now I'm here with my son, and she's working again and talked to me. She did recognize us and asked about my daughter. It was kinda funny bcuz I was telling my son about her before we even came in. She is one very friendly and sweet employee here. So these 5 stars are for her!!! read more

I live closer to the Clackamas location, but stopped in with a group of friends at this one when I was in the Beaverton area. The staff was very friendly and upbeat, especially Itzel who took my order and Madeline who brought the food out and checked in on us throughout our meal. The only thing that's weird about this location is the parking lot- I feel it's an accident waiting to happen! Overall, I will be back! read more

Of course the service at Chick Fil-A is always amazing. I took my partner here for the first time this past weekend and they were a bit skeptical of if they were going to enjoy the food. We roll through the drive thru and there was no line- score! The young girl who took our order was hilarious! Her name is Sami and we chatted with her for a bit and she just made our day, she had told us that it was only her second time outside taking orders!! She was friendly, attentive, sweet, and had great service. As my partner and I used to work in the service industry we always get overjoyed to see people who put their all into their work! It was getting late in the day and Sami still had the biggest smile on her face... and it was genuine! Genuine service will always have me coming back (not to mention the waffles fries are the best thing on this planet). I told Sami that I would write her a good yelp review and here I am! I visited Chick-fil-A This morning and had a pretty horrible experience. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal. I went through the drive-through and park in the parking lot to enjoy my meal and found out that I had been given a chicken biscuit. I proceeded to go back through the drive-through and ask them to correct the order and meet me outside so I didn't have to wait in the line the person I was talking to was very rude and told me I had to go back through the line and present my receipt to show what I ordered. When I told them that I did not want to wait in line for with the other 40 cars ahead of me they told me that they would not be able to help me. When I finally did wait through the line they presented me with a receipt that showed that I had ordered a chicken biscuit which I had not. I clearly said a sausage egg biscuit. The manager proceeded to argue with me for the next two minutes while I was holding up the line. Never going back. I wasn't offered the correct order and left with no food after paying $8 for the meal. Never going back! read more

Let's just say that it's not always their pleasure to serve us. A few hours ago I had my order taken by a sweet young lady in the drive-thru who was clearly stressed and had some trouble getting my order right but we were working on it, which I was totally happy to do. All of a sudden a staff member named Amelia - who I can only assume was her manager - came over and LITERALLY stepped in (pushing the other girl aside). Only by this point, the other girl had already taken my order. Amelia was very rude and aggressive toward the other girl and myself, telling the other girl "no" and to "go inside" while not acknowledging me AT ALL, snatching my card out of my hand and then forcefully telling me to "go to the window." Which I couldn't because there were clearly other cars ahead of me. She also failed to tell me my total or read back my order. The whole situation just felt very uncomfortable and I felt really bad for the first girl who was trying her best. Also side note, the people who are usually at the window never really acknowledge the guests, are distracted and never say "my pleasure." (it may seem like a minor detail but it makes a big difference!) read more
