Ordered steak medium to cook. Delivery service seemed rude as food plates where placed aka dropped on table for delivery without utensils or napkins. Steak was hard as a rock and I couldn't cut into it, as it was well over done. Requested a new one and while that was being done the now COLD eggs from the original plate were delivered back to me to eat with the ONLY good thing, the pancakes. Steak was delivered again and cooked properly. But again, the steak had issues, as it was the fattest NY Strip I've ever seen.
