She packed my order quickly including the treat for my dog. I just found out the business contributed to this administration's party so this might be my last visit in protest. A very disappointing experience with my grandsons We came for dinner and there were 5 of us in our party. So the order was on the large side. We ate in the dining area. The cashier was friendly, but the order was messed up. I think of the five orders, only two were correct. Water was replaced with a lemon drink, fries were omitted, one sandwich was missing. We were late in getting the boys fed, and they were cranky, so finding meals messed up added to their bad moods. This is probably only the second time I have been in this particular location. Hey, y'all, it's Chick-fil-A so you know the food is great! Fortunately, the folks at the location, as well as every location, are the best! I placed a mobile order using their app for the first time last night. I think I half expected it to be harder to pick it up through the drive-thru than it would had I parked and just gone in but they were packed to the gills! Again, because they were busy (always are) I thought it would probably be a little longer. Imagine my surprise when we were approached in the drive-thru line to take our order and I told her we had a mobile order. She got my name and said it would be ready when we got to the window. I didn't expect it to be that easy! The food and the service was top notch! If you haven't downloaded the app, do it!! Ordering through the app and picking it up in the drive-thru was so easy!! I'm just frustrated. Granted, I woke up mad because I had to be up so early on a Saturday. But, first off I asked for fries instead of hash browns (I always do this) and was told I couldn't do that, and then told I couldn't scan my points because the transaction was over but that I would get a receipt and could put them in that way. I realize I cannot complain about long lines at Chickfila because they all have them, but these are the worst. In addition, their routing for the lines are extremely confusing. You have to go one-way all the way around the building and stay within the cones. However, people are always confused and cut in line.
