I had the tenders, with BBQ and Mild sauce. They were super yummy and juicy and came with a great dipping sauce. I also appreciated the seasoning on the fries and the pickles served with the tenders. They have so many other great and new (to me at least) items. I mentioned a few favorites. Another interesting one is the Mopo Corndog, mozzarella cheese covered with a breading that includes crunchy potato cubes. It sounds strange but it was really good. It looks like they've expanded their menu since I was there. But the fried rice and bao are just my go to order. I've only had pickup and I've never had to wait more than a couple minutes and the employees are kind. Food is hot and travels well. The only downside is it's a bit expensive, but it's worth it. FYI they don't advertise them but they do sell gift cards, I got one for the whole family last Christmas. It was definitely a favorite gift.

Food was fantastic! The pork bulgogi was thankfully not filled with fatty pieces and had a pleasant heat that didn't take away from the other flavors. I was not a fan of their kimchi so that and the "salad" they gave as a side went untouched. I think my only suggestion would be that because the bulgogi is such a great portion, I wish there would have been more to the side of rice. Over all, I really enjoyed my first experience and look forward to trying their fried chicken next!

When I got there, it was closed. It was around 6 pm when I was in this area. Sadly, many fast food eateries have been closing early due to being short-staffed. I have driven by this KFC many times. I typically try and find eateries that I don't frequent back home. Then again, I haven't hit KFC much. I used to after work when I worked from the office. I hit this KFC's drive-thru to check it out. I had chicken tenders on my mind. However, when I spotted the mac and cheese combo with popcorn chicken on top, I knew that I had to order it. There was one car ahead of me. When it was my turn, I placed my order. I got a Diet Pepsi as my drink with this combo. I paid with a credit card. My meal was well under $9 with tax. I got my food pretty fast. I thanked the nice man and drove back to the hotel to eat in my room. I wish that KFCs in Canada had a mac and cheese bowl with popcorn chicken. I'd get it all the time! I absolutely loved this bowl. The mac and cheese was creamy and cheesy. The elbow noodles were perfect. I love the popcorn chicken at KFC. They were the perfect amount in this bowl to keep me happy and not pass out immediately on the couch. This combo came with a chocolate chip cookie. I liked getting dessert. It was the right amount of sweetness at the end of my meal. The Diet Pepsi was the perfect drink to wash everything down. I loved that my drink and my cookie had Kentucky Fried Chicken spelled out and the Colonel's mugshot on it. It felt like what I grew up seeing as a kid. Now, if KFC Canada would bring back the mixed salad with the corn kernels from my childhood, I'd be a happy camper! At least the coleslaw is no longer that weird green colour. I loved the mac and cheese bowl combo so much that I came back to get it my final night in Eagan before I returned home. It was comforting and yummy, which was what I needed that evening.
