This Leann Chin is great. Super clean, plenty of space and the food containers are always filled and available. I ordered the cracked pepper chicken with fried rice and my coworker ordered the lemon chicken with fried rice. The total came to about $17 which I think is a little steep for two meals but fried rice is technically an extra so it makes sense. I'll definitely be back here. They're super quiet in the middle of the lunch period which is nice.

Raw Chicken!!!! We got this served at Leeann Chin (me and my kids ).. now I am all worried about salmonella poisoning

Pretty good in satisfying a Chinese food craving. I got the noodle bowl, which was okay. I would highly recommend the green beans!

Very stuffy inside and the food had a hint of burnt grill flavor.

We tried the Szechuan dumplings in chili oil, cream cheese wontons, and the kung pao chicken. There was a lot on the menu that caught my eye, especially the orange beef - but unfortunately, they do not sell that dish anymore. The dumplings were mostly warm, but some were cold. The flavor was impeccable, so I didn't mind the mixed temperature. That's something that could be improved. I haven't ever ordered kung pao chicken, so I don't really have anything to compare it to, but it was amazing. Seasoned well and served with a little heat. The amount of chicken you get is impressive. It is served with a side of rice. The wontons were some of the hottest/freshest wontons I've ever eaten. Steam was coming out of my mouth! It definitely was a fresh order due to them originally forgetting that part of our order. I was pleasantly surprised by this experience, although the dumplings were cold, and an order of wontons was served late, everything was unique and cooked well. The flavors are amazing. Will definitely be back.

They also have an open kitchen view which is always fun to see. The basil wings are a must have. If you've been to their sister restaurant then you already know. The sauce was so good we put that on rice to make sure nothing went to waste. Dinner was Red Curry with Chicken and the Short Ribs. The Short Ribs were very tender and juicy. The peanut sauce had a good amount of peanut flavor with umami that went great with the short. The Red Curry was top tier! The chicken was super juicy and thai basil gave it great brightness and freshness to the dish.

We started with the vegetable spring rolls, which were crisp, fresh, and served with a flavorful agave, ginger and sriracha sauce. It was the perfect light appetizer. For our main dishes, we ordered two wraps, the Thai Noodle Wrap with tofu and the Island Time Wrap with chicken. Both were absolutely delicious. The Thai Noodle Wrap had just the right amount of heat from the blackberry habanero drizzle and a creamy balance from the spicy peanut sauce. The Island Time Wrap was bright and tropical with pineapple, basmati rice, and a fantastic ginger teriyaki flavor. We loved that everything was customizable, clearly labeled with gluten-free options, and cooked fresh right in front of us. The kiosk ordering system was quick and easy, and our server Mark T. made sure everything came out perfectly. Urban Wok has such a fun and modern vibe with food that's flavorful, healthy, and totally crave-worthy. We'll definitely be back.

I've gotten two build-your-own style stir fries here and they honestly tasted great. I got one with dumplings tossed in there and those dumplings were satisfying too. This is quick, satisfying food. I came in this last time because I got an email that advertised "$.75 chicken wings". That was misleading; you still had to buy them in quantities of at least 6. I wanted to mix and match a few to try their flavors, but that didn't appear to be an option. Also not an option was using the remainder of my gift card to pay for part of the order. Suckering people out of a few bucks from a giftcard is a scam that does not sit well with me. Also their machines (you order from a screen at the counter & they bring it to you at your seat) had a lot of trouble reading my giftcard. Maybe avoid their giftcards. Okay but the people there are friendly and they seem to be working hard to get your order quickly. And again, it all tasted great. I got their jalapeno sauce on the side for one of them and it was very yummy, but it was also yummy without it. When you select your ingredients for a build-your-own, additional vegetables that weren't requested turn up in the mix. I don't know if it's an on-purpose thing for flavor reasons or that it's just hard to wrangle diced red peppers and cabbage, but take note. One more thing... there is a water cooler that appears to be there for you to have some free water. But the water is... not transparent? Is there lemon in there? Cucumber? Horseradish? It looked grimy and unappetizing and so I didn't pour myself a cup of water even though I was thirsty.

We had a later lunch and by the time we left, there was still a long line to get in. It has a nice variety of dishes to select from. One of our favorite parts of the buffet is the hibachi area - my husband, our older son and I all had our own selection of ingredients stir fried for noodle dishes. Let's start with the obvious: it's a buffet. We're getting our own plates, our own refills, doing the whole "DIY dining" thing. Fine. But for that price, you'd expect at least decent food. Instead, it was bland, forgettable, and sitting somewhere between lukewarm and questionable. Now the part that really sealed it: as we were literally getting up to leave, an employee approached us and demanded a tip. Not suggested. Not politely mentioned. Demanded. Then another staff member came over, pointed at the receipt, and told me I needed to tip. I'm actually a generous tipper, happily so, when it's earned. But being confronted like that? That's not service, that's pressure with a side of audacity. I even tried to clarify, thinking maybe gratuity wasn't included and I misunderstood. I was told, "No, service is completely separate." Okay... then maybe make that crystal clear somewhere? A sign, a note, literally anything. I would have gladly run to my car to grab cash and come back if it had been handled respectfully. But after being cornered and told I had to tip? Absolutely not. If your business model relies on tipping, act like it. Don't ambush customers on their way out like they're skipping out on a bill. Between the overpriced, underwhelming food and the aggressive tipping situation, this was easily one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a while.
