I was in this neighborhood attending to someone receiving medical care at West Boca Hospital. It appears to be a recently opened location in a new center which is still attracting tenants. The store was clean, staff responsive and positive in attitude. My order came up very quickly. It was hot. Fresh tasting. The food was quite good - consistent across all Chick Filets. I guess I'm kind of a Chick-fil-A fan. I've been eating at their chain for quite a few years now in this location on Glades is my usual go to spot. I have to say though, I've definitely noticed a decline in their service quality as of late. They are nice as always, but the orders are constantly getting screwed up or they are not giving us the quantities we paid for. For example, I usually get grilled nuggets 12 count and sometimes I'll get a big fresh fruit cup. In the past the orders have been right on the mark. But over the last few months they have been routinely short-changing me on the nuggets. Instead of 12, it's 10 or 9 or something like that. And the fruit cup, it's like $5, and lately they've only been filling it up half way. I usually get the curbside service which is great for convenience, but when they screw up I then have to go inside, wait on line and show them they made a mistake with the quantity. It's really annoying. They always fix the issue but guys, what the hell?? Get it right. Have to say I'm a little jaded with Chick FIL A lately, to the point that we're going there much less than usual. Two stars. They gotta get their act together. read more

Well we decided to dine inside since we had the time. Somehow I always manage to get an employee in training. Somehow she couldn't get the order right. I wanted to use my reward for a Qw piece chicken and the employee had no idea how to use the reward. It took another 10 minutes for them to figure out how to do it (for the record you can't use the reward on a meal- they had to break it down by separate items- a drink, fries and chicken. We sat down and had the food. I like the garbage cans where you don't have to touch anything. I would have liked more sanitizer around the place however. They do have a drive thru which seemed to be moving along and an outside area where you could sit in the shade or the sun. My family and I drove a little farther than usual to visit Chick-fil-A, mainly so our kids could enjoy their indoor playground. Though the playground wasn't big, our kids had a blast and played for over an hour! The staff was super friendly, even going out of their way to accommodate our kids. One of the employees was constantly walking around, cleaning tables and sweeping--keeping everything spotless. I did notice that one of the restroom stalls was out of toilet paper, so I mentioned it to the staff. They took care of it immediately. In the last week, one of my orders was completely wrong (I believe they gave me someone else's food, didn't think to look because I've never had an issue before). This is the first time I've had a curbside issue with Chick-fil-A. I placed my order, parked, got the message that a team member was bringing my order out, and after sitting in my car for over ten minutes, I went inside. My order had been sitting on the counter. I don't know why this happened, but I wasn't upset about it. But then when I got home, that's when I saw that the kid's meal and the entree were practically the same size. My "medium" size drink was in a kid's cup and my fries were only half filled. My mom got the kid's fries, and her portion was practically the same. First time that I have to give a one star . In all honesty, this was so disappointing that I can't believe that I giving this chain only "1" star! I decided to grab lunch and I had a small window to drive to the location, grab the food, drive back and have lunch before I jumped into more calls. I placed the order, I drive to the location and it took me about 15 minutes. When I get to the restaurant around 2:20 PM, I saw the drive that was very long. I said to myself, "I am glad that I used the app..." to my surprise, it was no different inside. There were so many people waiting for food that I thought I was at another place like "M". I waited for about 5 minutes and nothing. People were waiting there a while and the food was being put together and just sitting there on the food line getting cold. One of the staff members walks in (Shift Leader) and goes straight to the counter. He picks up a bunch of receipts, walks over to a small room and disappears. I keep waiting and another 10 minutes go by when another staff member walks in and ask me for my name. I tell him that a lot more people have been waiting before me and that they should be served first. I walk over to the counter and it was a total mess. The floor had a lot of receipts, condiments on the floor, the team was not cohesive, the shift leader did not know what was going on, the driver did not cared about what was going on and just focused on his next delivery. I asked for my money back and I called the headquarters but I have yet to hear from them. All I know it is that I have yet to get my refund and I will not be going anymore to that Chick-Fil-A. I haven't had pork in 12 years due to religious reasons and developed allergies as a result and leave it to chick fil a. After driving 20 mins back to this location they refunded me the cost of the sandwich. I'm more upset about the fact that because of someone's negligence I ate pork and now I'm sick. When did they begin selling pork? My whole body is itching. To add on to this, chick fil a policy doesn't allow for a customer to return their products at either location.
