They don't offer their own delivery, and don't offer curbside pickup. They don't offer a salad as a side option, like every other location does. Definitely lazy management. I went through the drive through at the Chick-fil-A in Boone and got a salad and a large drink. I immediately went through again, to get an item that I had forgotten, and asked for a refill of my drink. They told me that they didn't give drink refills because of "store policy." Since the Boone store is unwilling to open the inside of their restaurant, they should treat customers going through the drive through as they would customers that go inside of other Chic-fil-a restaurants and provide refills during a limited time frame. If you want a more customer friendly option-go to the Wilksboro Chic-fil-a. In an effort to meet the needs of their customers, they have chosen to reopen inside and you can get a drink refill there!! read more

We found a human hair on one of our chicken sandwiches that was sealed inside the sandwich bag. The drive thru was also incredibly long, but that seems to be the signature feature of pretty much every Chick-Gil-A now--one of the worst restaurant chains for drive thrus in my opinion. The parking lot was also incredibly difficult to navigate--very inconvenient for vehicles entering, exiting, trying to access the drive thru, and trying to get to the mobile pickup area. read more

Currently sitting in the Chick-fil-A parking lot crying happy tears! Unfortunately, I got a flat tire and pulled into their parking lot to assess the situation. It was around 9pm when this happened so I called Chick-fil-a to explain the situation and to make sure it was okay that I left my car overnight. They said absolutely- not a problem. A few minutes later an incredibly kind employee walked up to my car and brought me a cup of ice cream completely unprompted. This small gesture absolutely made my day and reaffirmed the idea that Chick-fil-a has absolutely unparalleled customer service. On our way out of town the kids decided they wanted chicken minis for breakfast. We attempted to place a mobile order for curbside and realized when we got there that curbside wasn't available. Ok, no problem it happens. We circle the building and join the line that meets where it ends. The line moves quick enough and before you know it, we're placing our order with a young lady named Sierra. The first think I order is 3 10 piece minis when she quickly stops me and tells me she can only process 2 through the drive-thru. I apologized and said I didn't realize their dining room was open to take orders. She flatly told me there aren't open. So now it's got my wheels spinning and I'm trying to formulate a new plan on how to get 30 minis. Now I know what you're thinking, how are you going to eat 30 minis? I'm not, I have 6 other people in the car with me. If I tell everybody they only get 2.5 minis they're going to disown me. So I say how about 2 10 counts and 2 4 counts? That only puts us at 28 but 4 minis a piece is a Gods plenty. Apparently that isn't against the drive thru policy and she put it in. Obviously the food was delicious but at the end of the day is the 2 max on 10 piece minis really necessary Sierra when I can still order the 4 counts?
