Been going here for approx 10 years and their game is still strong as ever. It is one of the better run CFA's in PBC and rarely ever have an issue. In fact, we have had some of the best tasting chicken here it comes out blazing hot and pefectly battered. I don't understand how it's legal for these guys to block traffic the way they do. Half the time you can't even pull into the parking lot. Which would be bad enough if it was just their parking lot but theres other stores here too and people can't get to them or even get into the parking lot half the time. you guys need to get your sh*t together and figure out what to do with this traffic issue. I would report it to the police but apparently they don't care or they wouldn't have let it go on this long but it sucks you have to wait in line at the chick fil a drive through line for 30 minutes just to get into the parking lot to go to one of the other stores. I am a chick-fil-a regular, but this location is by far the worst. Waited insanely long for my food while 8 girls in the front are all chatting amongst themselves, meanwhile the dining room is a mess! The food is finally ready & the girls chatting finally stop & then decide to make the milkshakes we ordered. Got our food and it was wrong & half the items were missing. Talk about Spice Chicken Sandwich! This is no joke! The best I have tried so far. I was in a rush so decided to go threw the drive thru. Once it was my turn to order I could not help but notice that the girl taking my order sounded like a flight attendant. The computerized voice and how friendly she was being.. I was not in a very good mood so it annoyed me a bit to have someone so bubbly talk to me! She was so proper and I just could not picture someone in that good of a mood taking orders at a fast food restaurant It seemed too good to be true kind of deal. Once I got to the window I was able to put a face with the voice. I felt really bad afterwards. This girl (wish I would have gotten her name) was so Nice and started a small conversation with me. She was so attentive and made sure my order was correct and I did not need anything else. Talk about great customer service! She asked me how was I doing.. So I asked her the same and she responds.. "I am just super tired.. but grateful to have a job." I just smiled.. She definitely made my day and change my attitude that day. The food here is delicious.. Ok, so I'll admit that I have only gone threw the drive thru when coming here. This has been done several times and it never fails. This place is like a god send with how they are so pleasant. I'll be honest with you, but if I was working at a fast food restaurant, my mood wouldn't be quite the happiest. They somehow make it work and they have never failed on our orders. The best fast food restaurant in Boynton Beach, period. I frequent this store because the people who work here actually seem give off the impression that they are working, not just stuck in some crappy job. I appreciate the fact that Chick-fil-a is the only fast food restaurant to consistently use the words "thank you", "my pleasure", "you're welcome", and "have a great day". Even the best McDonalds can't compete with the customer service here and I do have sneaking suspicions about the Christian-centric origins and practices of the restaurant. Well, this athiest doesn't care. I might start going to church if this is how you get treated. Today I took my son here for a quick lunch. I ordered some nugget meal for him and a spicy chicken sandwich for myself. The cashier who looked like a manager offered to bring the food to my table which was awesome since I have a child. The meal was excellent as usual but the nice thing was twice I was asked by a nice girl If everything was OK with my meal. I replied "Excellent thanks". She even took my tray when we were done. Word of caution, there is another chick-fil-a in the Boynton Beach mall across the street. I have eaten here once but it was distinctly not quite as memorable. I LOVE this place. This place is fantastic. The customer service is great... better than most restaurants actually. I don't know if I have ever come here and not had a stellar customer service experience. Actually, scratch that... I have NEVER come here without receiving fantastic customer service. Aside from the great customer service experience the food here is great. For a long time I had said that I loved Steak-n-Shake but this place is trumping that for the food. Their chicken is amazing! It's always so soft and tender I have no idea how they do it... especially for a fast food restaurant. It's also great how they will make your food in any way you want just to make you happy. For instance... they have a chicken, egg and cheese sandwich on a bagel which is a standard item on their menu. I, personally, would hate to eat a bagel sandwich because I find bagels too heavy for me so I always ask for it on a biscuit. Whenever I order it like that it seems like there isn't actually a way to put it into the computer to let the back know that's how I want it (or maybe there is but it's just hard to do?) and most of the time the people will tell the staff to make it with a biscuit. All in the name of a happy customer. Oh and as a little note the prices are great too! For the quality of food and what you get... the food is well worth the price! I think it may even be cheaper than McD's and astronomically better in quality. Thank you Chick-fil-a! I rarely go to CFA because I feel the food is way overpriced for what you get, especially at a fast food joint. This visit only served to confirm my suspicions and reiterate the fact that I will probably never go to a CFA again. I ordered a cater platter of the chicken mini sandwiches for a customer, and since I was starving, I also got a chicken, egg and cheese bagel. The bagel sandwich was laughable and embarrassing. The chicken took up barely half of the bagel, and was the size of a large nugget, not something that belongs on a sandwich. I asked the server if this was the normal size of the chicken on this sandwich and she said "Yes". She offered to get me a fresh piece, but what good is a fresh piece of chicken if it is the same size? Freshness wasn't the issue. I should have taken a picture but I was starving. Last week was the very first time I ever stepped foot into a Chick-Fil-A. I've had it at Dadeland mall before, but this was completely foreign to me. William (or Billy) behind the counter greeted me with a smile, was real personable, and made me feel very welcomed. He explained the menu and even -- gasp -- gave me recommendations. And this is supposed to be a fast food joint! The server who brought me my food (yeah, that actually happened) was equally as pleasant. It is tough to find a restaurant to bring 3 toddlers that doesn't cost a small fortune, but this place has it all. A giant playroom where my 3 little ones (ages 2, 2 and 4) can play and make friends while waiting for the order and then after we eat. As far as "fast food" goes, this is by far a better option. Its only slightly more than yucky double arches or the BK, and well worth it. The chicken was fresh, and I ordered a salad which had fresh fruit and great lettuce (not wilted like other fast food joints)... it was fresh and top notch service. They helped bring our food to the table and someone else came by to ask if we wanted any refills on our drinks. I have never had that happen at any other fast food place before. All the kids ate all of their food and they thought the waffle-fries were cool, which isn't something I've seen at other places. The place was also clean, I took one of the little ones to the bathroom at 8:30pm on a Friday night and it wasn't shockingly a disaster... I noticed they had a staff member going around to clean tables right away after people left, and it was a very busy Friday night. They are on the ball here. And the girl who took my order was really polite, friendly and sincere. She was making conversation and had a big smile on her face, not rude or incompetent like many other places I've been to. The kids had a great time and we will definitely take them here again. This was the second time going since we discovered this place here and both times we were very pleased. While we all can confirm that Chick-fil-A's customer service is over and beyond great, today's visit literally took my experience to a whole new level. Why or how rather you ask? During the anytime of day long line drive-thru rush which somehow managed to always move quickly.. pause... seriously how do they do it.. I get to the hostess only to be confused about what I wanted because I didn't feel well and what I thought was an annoyed server took my order and I proceeded through. I blame my grouchiness on the nausea. The surprise, I get to the window and the young lady says Ms Brittany whoever took your order decided that today's meal is on us! I asked 3 times if she was sure. Obviously the attached receipt is proof. Once again they exceeded my expectations to day the least. My friend and I came here with the sole purpose of using one of those free chicken sandwich cards that we got one time in Ohio by a manager of Chik Fil A when an order went wrong. We tried to use it and apparently the card had expired and we were given a bit of a hard time. However, Steven came in to our rescue. He gave us a new card + an additional card for the inconvenience. My family just walked into the chick fil a in Boynton Beach, Florida at 9:45pm and as a former server and restaurant owner I was cringing when I realized the time. We had been at an event that had just ended and none of us had eaten since noon so we were starved!!! There were still cars wrapped around the building in the drive thru so I relented to my family's begging and we went inside. We were welcomed with greetings and smiles as we always are at any chick fil ta any time - day or night. I apologized profusely for the time and one of the managers (Brittany) assured us they were still busy and we were welcomed to dine, they had hot fries and fresh sandwiches. She even convinced me to try the water melon mint lemonade... (by the way I am now it's number one fan) We told the crew we didn't mind if they started to clean as they had already started a few closing procedures, but they all stopped cleaning in the dining room and worked up front. I was impressed by several things on this particular visit... 1. The camaraderie and spirit of the team on this night was lovely. They seemed to still be in good spirits even after a long shift I am sure and having customs come in so late. 2. The managers performed the same duties as the other workers, Brittany even running out to take one last order at 9:59 - that is leadership!!! They even served two others who came in the door just a few minutes after 10:00 (Jason- another manager) 3. They have a security guard at this location who walks employees out to their car as well as the last patrons. I asked Jason why they do this and he said that the they have a lot of minors that work there and the owner just wants everyone to be safe. I appreciate that so much as I have two teenage daughter myself. I really just wanted to give a shout out to this chick fil a store (#1703) and its owner Justin Mize for the amazing crew of employees you have in place and the job they all did tonight. First time going to this store. Been trying for a couple years but it's always so packed can't get in. Couldn't figure out why for a fast food place. Went early for lunch. 11 am. Walked right in. Not knowing the protocol we ordered but had to ask what we did next. Did not know that food was delivered to table. Some times going to a new place is a little uncomfortable because you just don't know the menu or how things work. The guy who took our order got so excited when we said it was our first time explained the whole menu to us and made recommendations. We Sat at table. The food was brought out. Sandwiches were good. Fries ok could have been hotter. But here comes Our order taker to see how we are Doing. He was so enthusiastic about the place I thought he owned a piece of the franchise And I asked if he did. This store was once far better, Chick-fil-A once distinguished themselves from other fast food restaurants by their quality, friendliness and cleanliness. On a recent visit, despite visiting at an off peak hour, I waited about 6 minutes for my order to be taken, I also asked for a cup of water and was not given one. I waited patiently for some 7 minutes for my food to arrive. No food was forthcoming and no explanation or apology was ever offered. I finally gave up and requested that my credit card be credited. I left hungry and disappointed. A complete waste of time. I e-mailed the company and they pointed out that it was owned by a franchisee. That really didn't concern me and should be completely transparent to me. To their credit, they mailed me a gift card for a free sandwich. When it arrived, I returned. The employees were friendlier this time but even though I went off peak and out of season in August at 2pm on a weekday, the wait to get my order taken once again seemed excessive.. The top of the bun was quite greasy, I have eaten at Chik-fil-A since I was a kid and never remembered this. Unlike many fast food restaurants, there is no system to channel customers to the next available cashier. This leaves customers milling about with no idea who is next or when a cashier is available. The men's restroom stall was out of alignment and could not be locked. I came away with the perception that this franchisee simply does not really care about his restaurant. I intend to contact the company again, for what it's worth. You should know that, while I am NOT gay, I boycotted this chain for three years after it's chief operating officer, Daniel Truett Cathy, made anti-gay statements to the Christian media. This can be like yelling fire in a crowded theater! Look at the violent results of American Evangelical Christian efforts in Uganda! The charitable arm of Chik-fil-A gave MILLIONS of dollars to anti-gay causes!. I still remember a kooky woman who was a religious fanatic at work who was delighted by Daniel's anti-gay statements and specifically wanted to eat there after his anti-gay statements! I was disgusted by her low IQ, sheep-like response. Uganda became virulently and violently anti-gay thanks to the efforts of American evangelical missionaries.
