This location does an extremely high volume of orders and they are quick! The lines are always long but they move fast. This location is good if you just want a standard menu order. However when it comes to custom orders in the drive through they are annoying because it's going to be a hassle every time. This is an example, I order the nugget meal sub the fries for fruit and sub the soda for apple juice. When I got to the window it was the kids juice box so I asked if I could get a sweet tea instead. I thought it would be juice in the cups. One sip and that juice box gone. they proceeded to tell me it would be a price difference which I don't care about but I thought the combo automatically came with a soda? Why is sweet tea an up charge only at this location. I didn't complain so they was nice enough to just give me a small tea. Also ALWAYS check your bag when it comes to the sauces for whatever reason they are stingy with the sauce. I hate when I forget lol I advise ordering from the app and pulling into the app parking spots it is the most convenient way to ensure your order is correct and you get remarkable service. Like almost all locations, the food and service was way above average. There is no inside seating but the way they have it set up makes it quick and easy to place and get your order. They modified my breakfast item (no meat) without any issues. The food here is normally a lot better than other fast food places and that's why you normally see the wrap around line. For 2 days in a row I stopped in around 1pm during my moving runs. The efficiency of the service reps in the parking lot and the cooks is outstanding. The staff at this location are great. You always feel welcomed here. I went during packed lunch time.. The drive through was so efficient as they have associates on the outside taking orders as well as walking the food to you. I barely waited. Food is good especially for a fast food place.. This Chick-fil-A has gone downhill and it makes me sad. You can't prep hot items way ahead of time, slap a hot piece of chicken in the middle of it and call it done. My bun was supposedly toasted and it was cold like it came out of the refrigerator with a hot piece of chicken and a cold piece of cheese. I asked them to warm it up, even if they had to microwave it for ten seconds . Instead they made me another half cold sandwich! The third time, they finally got it right. This is a fast food restaurant that deserves a Yelp review. Chick-fil-A and their service cannot be compared to any other fast food restaurants! I never have a problem at any Chick-fil-A. I go to this location frequently. When you come during lunch and see an insane line of cars, don't turn around. It somehow goes by so quickly. There are wonderful employees standing in the heat with their iPad things, taking orders car by car. You drive up to the corner to be greeted by another employee who takes your payment. Last window, you get your hot food and they never get it wrong. Sauces are all in there too. Their nuggets are delicious. I get the 30 count for parties. The waffles fries are my guilty pleasure. Yes, I confess to visiting Chick-fil-a on Cow Appreciation Day and taking advantage of their free entrée offer. It was worth the embarrassment of donning a cow costume (admittedly minimalist) to get a chicken sandwich. We haven't been to Chick-fil-a in several years, and we had forgotten how good their chicken sandwiches are. I enjoyed the grilled chicken with cheese. Surprisingly it was on a nice, multigrain brioche bun. Mr. Cow (aka my husband) chowed down on the battered deluxe chicken sandwich with bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Despite the crowd (free food!), including a summer camp dressed like young calves, the service was great. The food was hot and fresh, the server was friendly and helpful when I asked about the various dipping sauces. (Go with the sweet & spicy siracha for just the right zing!) Ordered curbside and waited about 20 minutes before I decided to walk in and get it myself, just to pick up soggy fries and cold nuggets. I counted and there were over 12 cars that went through drive through after I had already ordered. What's not to love about Chickfila! Hands down this is one of the best locations! Of course the staff is beyond friendly but the play place and restaurant are both very clean. I'm a huge fan of their mobile app ordering feature and not having to get out of the car and waiting for my food. The curbside service is wonderful. While I've tried most of the items on their menu, my all-time favorite is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, served with waffle fries and a Chick-fil-A lemonade. It is always a good idea. Trust me! This particular location has great service and the food comes out relatively quickly. Today, we went around 11 am and got two of the spicy chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. The food came in a couple of minutes and the spicy chicken sandwiches tasted super fresh and hot. It was deliciously spicy, juicy, and very crispy. The fries are your standard waffle fries and you can get any of their unique sauces. My favorite are the chick fil a sauce and the Polynesian sauce. The staff are very friendly and ask you how things are doing when you are sitting on the tables. Writing this right after this dumbass incident occurred. Got to this Chick-fil-A at 8:20. Asked for a market salad with extra grilled chicken. I've made this order here before and at other locations. The person who took my order seemed confused when I asked for extra grilled chicken. She literally looked at me like I was crazy. The line was short, but she went inside to ask how to "add extra grilled chicken". She comes back and charges me for the extra chicken and more order comes up to $17 and some change. There are 4 cars in front of me. No biggie. I get to the window. They ask for my name. I sit there for about 5 minutes as they're now giving orders to cara behind me. Finally, I'm asked to move to the "red sign". I wait. And wait. Annnnnd wait. Meanwhile several cars have now left and I'm looking in my rear view watching 2-3 workers chat and laugh at the window. 25 minutes have passed. I honk my horn. They began looking at eachother like they forgot I was there. A male worker comes up and asks me wtf my order was. At this point I'm PISSED it's now 9:02pm. He comes back to the window and asks how I paid. He then asked for my card. I ask why? He says im getting a refund. I give him my card. 30 seconds later he comes back with my card and no receipt. By this time, im more angry. Leave the parking lot and call the store. A manager answers and when I express my frustration, she giggles. THEN I snap.
