This was absolutely my worst Chick-fil-A experience i've ever had! First of all, these workers have an awful attitude. All I got was sass from these children, absolutely disgraceful. As I gave the lady my money, she rudely asked if I wanted my change back, as if it was inconvenient to her while she owed me a whole $10 back. Went to this Chick-fil-A for breakfast on a Wednesday around 9 am. The line wasn't long at all but my food still took forever, the bread on my chicken minis were stale and tasted like they had been sitting out for a really long time which is odd since it was only 9 and breakfast still had another hour and a half. On top of all that they gave me the wrong drink. At that point I needed to get to work so I didn't go in to get it fixed I just kept it, but this is not the first time I've had a negative experience at this Chick-fil-A so I wanted to share it while I was still able to remember the details because I am so disappointed. Always like my Chick-fil-A! No matter where I am. I like the food but fresh. It beats all the other fast food chains that make their food Taste like processed food. My go to is always the chicken sandwich although I like the popcorn chicken but there is so little of it! read more

Chick-Fil-A is great if your looking for fresh food and polite service. If your in a hurry for take out food, I found the two lane drive through is always busy and long. One of the better fast food stores treat there employees well. read more

The Chick-fil-A crew is consistently moving at a incredible speed for a fast food place. I speak for this one and plenty in my area. Never misses your sauce and everyone is friendly. Chik Fil A you have a serious flaw in your business model. I have stopped at 2 locations this morning along the highway and the latest at 930 am. The line for dine in is almost to the back doors. And I just counted 28 cars in the drive thru. YOU need more locations or build a size able Location to accommodate the customer base you have. I won't wait as long as you insist for fast food. This restaurant is so COLD!! Everyone was complaining to the staff and all they said was "oh, yes it is" as if it is like that all the time. People were taking their orders out to their cars to eat because of it and others (like us) went to our cars to get a sweatshirt. But then my head was cold. It was crazy!! It's typical brand fast food. They have very nice and kind staff there but management needs to organize the staff better. It is chaotic and you do have to wait too long for your food. The staff fumble over each other and orders are given without being complete. The kitchen help seemed organized and set the food up fairly quickly but the frontline help was disorganized and seemed unsure of what food went with whose order. We were there for an hour due to waiting for our food and asking for the rest of our order. I have to say, I won't be back until someone posts that they have organized the front end staff. read more

Fast, efficient, super-friendly! This location is clean and always busy, but quick to handle the traffic (the drive-thru has a double lane for faster service). They do special events on Tuesdays which our family loves. And the food, as always, is amazing. read more

I will continue to use drive thru, but I will never walk into this particular location again. I wasn't even greeted at the door and Chick-fil-A's are known for their hospitality and the whole ordering process seemed to labor intensive for the employees who were very short with me and pretty much showed no passion for what they were doing. This chikfila used to be great. Now it's way over staffed and it seems they are getting in the way of each other which makes you getting your meal take a lot longer. I usually wait anywhere from 15-30 minutes to get food inside and have waited as long as 25 minutes in the drive through with only 3 cars in front of me. Slow service. read more

People are friendly but the filling of orders was inefficient and ineffectively fulfill orders. I went inside and was going to eat in the dining room - but sadly decided to take my food and go home. Stay in your car - maybe the drive thru moves faster. This is a management issue because I do love the franchise. Added a star because the Market Salad was good. read more

We have eaten at several Chick-Fil-A's and always been good till today. We ordered take out at the Bradenton one and the food was horribly greasy so we ended up throwing a lot of the food away. Normally I would give give this place a 5 star rating. Love the food! It was super busy today (Friday) right at lunch time. Parking lot full and drive thru rapped around the building with both lanes full. We had windows down and finally get one car behind the window to get food. Manager is hanging out the window flirting with a customer. Not that we are against this but she is saying very loudly that "don't worry I will just pretend I am taking a difficult order so we can talk as long as we want". It's nice that you want to be friendly or want to flirt but when it is that business and you are messing up orders doesn't seem like the right time. Only 2 of our items were messed up. I've been to many chick-fil-a locations where the staff were as friendly as they could possibly be... not so much here, the food was fine, but the order was missing several items and when I went to get them, the team leader completely ignored me when I got her attention. I placed an app order that took at least 15 mins to be filled. My salad dressing was missing, my utensils were missing, the ranch sauce for my fiance's wrap was missing. I was told they were out of it so he went back up, asked for ranch salad dressing instead and they went and got him the sauce they'd just told me they were out of. I'd have overlooked all of that if the staff hadn't been so unfriendly... ambivalent at best. Very disappointing. Definitely the slowest service Chickfila drive thru I have ever been to. I go to Chickfila probably 1-4x per week and am currently traveling so my Dad and I stopped in at this one... We waited 10-15 minutes with only one vehicle in front of us the entire time. read more

We love Chick-fil-a, but this location is the worst! It's not unusual to wait in line at the drive thru for 15-20 minutes in the middle of the afternoon. The location on 41 is so much faster and they are able to handle heavy volume in a fast and courteous manner. It's too bad this location can't seem to get it together. read more

It's very hard for me to rate any Chick-fil-A a 2 but I had high hopes after they reopened they would be faster. I hate to compare them but the manager of SR 70 needs to consult with the manager on 41. There is no comparison when it comes to fast and friendly service. They said my name wrong and was so embarrassed. I asked 10 times for poly sauce and they gave me none. I had to then walk inside wait in line for 20 minutes and ask for sauce AGAIN!!! We come to Florida during snowbird season after living where there's no Chick-fil-A's. Have eaten there three times in past two week. Our fast food preference. If there's a problem with Chick-fil-A, it's how busy they are during lunch time. Restaurant is near full and drive-thru line is long. They have figured out how to make the drive-thru line go faster w/ use of an outdoor cashier during the busy times. Always enjoy the nuggets, waffle fries are very good. Management usually does very good job training employees to be friendly and helpful. read more

Dine in took way too long because they were trying to game their drive thru times by serving every car before the inside customers. It's fast food: just give the customer a tray at the counter and call their number, and don't have fake waiters or demand customers' names. read more
