An amazing experience with impeccable service! We placed a mobile to go order for pick up. Upon arrival, the manager informed us that our food was slightly cold and implored us to allow them an opportunity to redo the order so that we would have a fresh meal. We were shocked at the extent of care we had been provided. Having just recently moved to the area, we are frankly not used to this type of service. The food was delivered in record time and was delicious. The manager apologized again for the delay and even went so far as to offer us coupons for the next visit. Although this was unnecessary, it spoke volumes of their genuine care and commitment to service. Finally, I would like to point out how impressed we were with the positive attitude displayed throughout the entire staff despite the obvious dinner rush hour. We will definitely make this our fast food restaurant of choice in the future. read more

I'm not huge on fast food. I'm giving them 3 stars because I appreciate how they have family night with crafts for the kids and have a play area. It's a casual place to meet for a play date with kids. I do find the staff to be very welcoming and friendly. They must have been trained well because whenever I have gone they are always smiling and accommodating. read more

Unfortunately this is the closest Chick-fil-a to me so I have been a few times. I have always had the same experience. This is the slowest drive thru line I have ever been to of any fast food restaurant. The employees are somewhat friendly, definitely not your typical chick-fil-a employee. They've also always gotten the sauces wrong (if they even include them), they've also left fries out and because the line is a nightmare I just cut my losses and leave. It's very disappointing. I refuse to go here anymore. We eat somewhere else or go to the other Chick-fil-a across town which is amazing...super fast and so friendly!!! The reviews don't do the poor service justice - anyone you talk to in town about this particular Chick-fil-a says the same thing about the service. Awful. So disappointing. read more

This Chic-fil-a has the SLOWEST drive through I've ever experienced at a Chic-fil-a before. So frustrating!

Alright, so I'm going to probably be completely biased here. I lived stateside for a long time and then moved to Hawaii for about 7 years. Being away from Chick-Fil-A for 7 years was far more difficult than any one man (or woman) could ever imagine. The simple fact that Hawaii doesn't have one is terrible, and it's a heartbreaking experience that should never be felt by someone on their own (you'll need someone there to tell you everything is going to be okay). Recently I've moved back to Florida and this was the first place I had to eat at. I'd dig into what I ordered but honestly I've eaten here 4 or 5 times now since moving back about a week ago, and everything is delicious. From their chicken nuggets (grilled included) to their soup and salad to their breakfast biscuits, everything is just as perfect as I remember it being. To top it all off though, the people here are incredibly friendly. They never seem upset to be there working, and the managers are often seen working the register and checking in on tables around the dining room. They offer the type of service you expect from a sit down restaurant even though they really don't have to. It goes a long way to not just have great tasting food, but to also have people who really make you feel welcome in their establishment. A quick note to anyone who has or currently does take this company for granted. Just don't. The food and service is top notch, and no other fast food experience comes close. read more

This is a fairly large location. They have many tables and they were SUPER crowded on the day of my visit/review. The drive thru line was wrapped completely around the building (but it seemed to keep moving). That seem consistent with some of the other reviews. But one reviewer suggested that disorganization was a problem here, and the wait time for their food was unacceptably long. My visit suggested that either the staff has dramatically improved their organization, become as stellar with their service as all of the other locations I've visited across the country, or that complaining reviewer just happened to visit on an off-day. The play structure is tiny. But my kids would take a tiny play structure over no play structure any day! The last thing that stood out to me (and I've never seen this anywhere else), was a little basket up front filled with snack sized cups of Cheerios for toddlers. What a thoughtful idea! I don't know how many times I've gone out to eat (fast food or not) and wished that I had a quick and easy snack for my toddler! The only mistake I noticed on my visit was the guy refilling my lemonade- I said "Thank you" and he didn't say anything in reply. Their standard is to reply "My pleasure." I am a Christian counselor affiliated with most of the churches here for over 20 years, recently in the last three months my son was in intensive care and when he was able to digest food, there were certain foods he could eat at Chick-fil-A such as grilled chicken and a grilled chicken salad with no tomatoes no green peppers so they would drive back to With tomatoes or they forgot the salad or would put fried chicken instead of grilled on top I would have to drive back from the hospitals because the dietitian said he cannot eat what they have placed on it on their errors. so I did go back and have them correct it on top of that I would order my normal breakfast meal after spending over $2000 a month for the last 3 months, not to mention on a daily basis ordering my husband and I our usual breakfast meals. two weeks ago I was told by Cameron that there's just been too many issues and implying that I should go elsewhere to another Chick-fil-A. My husband and I went to get our breakfast pick up the normal meal for breakfast and we drive away and they again forgot to Give my husband his sandwich so my husband had to go back in and get our sandwich. I also was told after picking up my son order that included my order and I'm a senior that I can only get a discount on whatever's in the bag that I eat. This is only started happening since Mikalia started working there and being at the drive-through window, always making smart remarks when I come to the window, which my husband and I have both heard. The only one that truly reflects the glory of God is Levi. He has always been kind always very respectful and make sure before I leave with the order is correct. I had talked to Logan today. I called in and was telling him how I was mistreated that both my husband and I were told me that there's been too many issues and I continue to say to him. Why aren't you supposed to be the manager and make sure that your staff make sure the food is correct for your guest? He told me that these two girls are complaining about me on staff, which I know are the root of the issues and the problems and said that to the owner, Jonathan and Jonathan told him to just trespass me if I come in there again to eat, and if there are any any issues whatsoever to be trespassed, I believe I heard. I don't know what's going on, but I do know that three weeks prior. I sent a commendation letter regarding Levi and Sage saying that they do excellent work. It seems like they're good with all the commendations, but if they're wrong food being distributed, you better not tell them about it because they will recourse to trespassing you, I have been going to Chick-fil-A since it opened 23 years ago. I have never had any issues there until the last 3 months because of Ema and another dark hair girl who is I guess becoming a manager I'm not not sure of her name but it's very disturbing. I think her her name is Andrea. because this is a Christian organization that is supposed to be showing the love of Jesus in our community and standing out as a light in the dark world that it's best to correct mistakes and cater to the needs of your guest. Jesus has never turned anyone away nor does he threatened to trespass anyone, my husband, I cannot believe what Logan saying to me and my husband that he would gladly correct the mistakes, knowing that there are truly mistakes even the staff at the hospitals could verify and not siding with two people, and that is very rude and created all this havoc should not have stood for what's right before God fix what is wrong instead of telling a guest that the next time you come in we will have your trespass as self is a Christian woman who've been there 23 years would actually take the time to come in there to create issues I have truly wanted my son to live and was bringing food that he could eat and this is what they did it's very sad very alarming instead of just saying we are sorry will correct it for you that the consumer pays for and give them the right food that was ordered recourse to trespassing their guest. We all need a community to do something about this. I'm sure I'm not the only one we can only pray for them, and take us further and treat people like Jonathan who would not even talk to me. I was told he does not talk to people that he suggested just trespass the guest and giving them the right food that they ordered. This is very alarming to be right here and Lakewood Ranch and Manatee county that I've been a part of for 23 years and have served as a Christian counselor , I have never seen anything like. The team at this location was very efficient and remained safe practicing CDC recommendations. The staff were friendly and welcoming but the line was very long, so give yourself time if you choose to eat here (no fault to the location...Covid related). I do feel a duty to report that the chicken nuggets and tenders made my wife and son ill. My wife broke out in hives and my son has been throwing up all morning. Horrible wait times inside and out. Only one register open with other employees joking around while also on their phones. When the manager came out I thought finally he'll tell them to open another register and get the line moving. Wrong... he joked with his staff and went to the back again. This is one of the only Chick-fil-A restaurants that I wouldn't recommend. I finally quit going there after repeatedly waiting in the drive through, only to be sent to curbside to wait longer. Every time they forget about me and I have to get out of my car and approach the drive through window to just cancel my order after waiting 30 minutes. This is the only Chick-fil-A that has ever had me wait in a drive through line and then go wait longer in the curbside line because my order "is not on the screen." And it wasn't a difficult order, just a regular chicken sandwich meal. I always use mobile ordering and the person in the drive through line always checks me in, but this is the only Chick-fil-A that can't "find my order on the screen" when I get to the window. Changing the Chicken Strips to an all spicy option only has completely discouraged me from dining here. I tried the nuggets, but not the same flavor at all. So I waited until the test run was over. I believe this location is a family favorite. I've been here a couple of times. The 1st was a play date & the kids enjoyed the play area. It's very small but a play area nonetheless. Our latest visit was yesterday for "I love the 80's" family night. They were playing loud music, handing out balloons for the kids, the cow was hanging out, & the employees were dressed in 80's attire. It was really cool! As usual the food was great, it's Chick-fil-a!!! What made the experience most awesome was the hospitality of the older gentlemen who was walking around making sure all the customers were ok. Just went through the drive through to get some dinner. Ordered a number one with fries and chik-fil-a sauce. They gave me soup instead of fries and no sauce. When I rolled up to the window after waiting quite a while, I saw a good reason why I was prob waiting longer than normal. Two of the employees were huddled by the drink station on their phones.
