Horrible customer service at this location. Walked inside because it should have been faster service. The drive thru had 2 lanes jammed packed. Our food took over 10 minutes because it seems that the individual working the front forgot to get the order, then it had to be remade. No smiles inside or greetings... Not normal at all for a chick fil a. Also, this is the only Chick Fil A that doesn't honor military discount. And, when I asked about the military discount, I almost felt like I said a bad word. The person behind the counter let our a large breath and sighed, then said that is not something that Chick Fli A does. When told this, I was puzzled, because every Chick Fil A I have been to many over the years in many different states. Long story short, this was a very sad experience!!! I just started eating Chic-Fil-A for breakfast this past couple months and it is amazing. They are generous with their chicken and the employees are VERY polite. I came through the drive through once around 6am and the young lady who took my order was full of energy and happy. I came in kind of frustrated and tired, but I left happy. I forgot her name but she's the reason Chic-Fil-A earned my business. However, this location around 7-7:30am is packed! be prepared to do a 10+min wait. I would say out of the 10 times I have been there around this time, at least 3 times was a really long wait. 10min may not seem like a long time, but if you are like me and don't always leave enough time to make it to work, you will be late. We really like Chick-fil-A, most of the time. I don't know what it is about this one, but there always seems to be something wrong. Usually it's just the ice cold temperature inside. The last two visits...two weeks ago, went thru the drive in. One chic sandwich was fine, the second one almost half the size of the first (ordered two number one's). After emailing a complaint to corporate customer support, I got an email saying they didn't understand which sandwich I got. I don't know that really matters, but, it's now been almost two weeks since I let them know it was the number one...no follow-up from Chick-fil-A!?? Yesterday, it was time to try them again and see if the above problem was an isolated case. I ordered a chicken biscuit at 9AM, along with a large coffee. It was not busy and my order was quickly filled. I unwrapped the sandwich; the biscuit top was hard as a rock around the edges and one side. The chicken had a "bald" top...missing breading? Maybe this was the diet version...lol. Time for me to give up my chicken obsession for a while, save my Chick-fil-A visits for when I'm somewhere else. I was disappointed with the customer service I received today around 2 in the afternoon. I pulled in to the drive thru because the line wasn't too long. Too long to me is when it's in the road, and it wasn't. So the wait I thought couldn't be too bad.. but the wait was crazy. I've never waited this long in a Chick-fil-A line ever when when the line was double this size at other locations. And I totally understand people are short staffed. But the people working today made me think, okay is it short staffed or people just don't care? Everyone looked aggravated and bothered by us being there. (I was in the drive thru) The person who took my order didn't say hello or anything just 'DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WANT?' I told them. 'ANYTHING ELSE?... PULL FORWARD' just real loud and unfriendly. Never had an experience like this. Even the people at the register looked aggravated and made me uncomfortable to get food there. I'm still giving this 3 stars because my food was great and it's not the food I'm upset at. For fast food and drive thur this is one of my favorites, alway busy at any location. What's nice here is they always add the extra staff to take orders while in the lines before you get to the automated menu boards. Most times there's even a extra checkout person that can ring you out before the window, so it makes the drive-through very speedy and there's no confusion on who's next. I ordered a couple of the same items here I get salads, the cool chicken wrap, spicy kale salad, chicken & biscuits, frozen lemonades, kids meals, yogurt & granola. I never had a problem with the food in quality, taste or freshness. Another I like is they offer many options and even special diet course it's a very easy meal for most young children which I happen to have so this makes for a very easy stop and I don't feel like they are eating a lot of greasy fatty foods. Great customer service here, even on the busiest days. The only downside would be the parking lot is quite small and on busier afternoons you may have to park in the lot behind the restaurant. It amazes me how quick they are here, even if there are long lines they always get your order to you quickly, fresh and always correct. From the food, to the staff and culture, this is the best fast-food place on the planet. *All* staff are friendly, happy, and helpful. They get a long line at the drive-thru all day, but they sure keep it a movin'. I have never received a wrong order, and never had any issues with the food I got. If you are here between 11:30 and 1:30, there are double lines around the building. Somehow though, I find them to be the fastest *and* the most accurate drive through I've ever find through. They are amazing! I love their chicken sandwiches, their fries, their shakes, their sweet tea (my favorite sweet tea ever), and their homemade lemonade. I'm here once a week. read more

I have to admit I walked into this place totally expecting to dislike it for some unknown reason. Well, I was wrong. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and fries. The sandwich was very plain, a decent piece of spiced up chicken breast on a bun with 2 pickle slices. That's it. But I must say the spicy chicken WAS spicy and very juicy. A nice surprise. Liked it a lot. They have waffle cut fries, just not a fan. I don't like the texture, feel stale to me. I like a good meaty fry. The place was clean, but seating was scant. Not the most comfortable. Now I know why the drive thru line is so long. Employees were nice enough. A typical fast food place, nothing supper special. I much prefer Zaxby's for chicken items. The lines at the drive thru are always super long no matter what time I come. The food is healthy and taste great, so I suppose that is why but there should be a better plan than servers walking the line taking orders because it is not speeding up the line. Today I got half way home and my order was wrong. I had to go back park and go inside. This totally was not convenient and defeated the purpose of going through the drive through. The lines inside are as equally long but they now have a system where they give you a pager and you have to wait for your order. Monday May 17. 7:15pm. Very Long lines as usual. Odered 2 chicken clubs. One with pickles and no Lettuce. Got home and pickles had not been added and the other sandwich had no tomato. Chocolate shakes were delayed forever at the pickup window and then had no cherries. French fries were soggy. I called the store and talked to Yasmine. She offered a replacement meal the next time we come. We've always had good service here but this was a very disappointing meal. May try the Bloomingdale location bext time. read more

Made the mistake of trying to come during the noon hour and spent a while in line. Ordered the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich and an extra three piece chicken strips. Loved the sandwich, but the clamshell they put it in left the bun soggy. The strips on the other hand were really stringy and disappointing. Worst service ever seen from a Chickfila. No manager in site, the inmates are running the asylum. Was dirty, service was very slow, and instead of taking orders as the cars were wrapped around both sides of the building, 2 of the 3 order takers were hanging with some friends in their car while in line. I eat here because I work in the plaza nearby and it's a short walk . But today I never expected my trip to go like this . On a multitude of times I've been given cold food or the wrong order . The wait here is a normal I mean it's chic fil a but I atleast expect it to be hot today I went in and asked for a specific meal the meal I specified I wanted fresh food . The VERY POLITE . Cashier said ok ofc and told them . My food still came out warm (only because of the warmers ) I can tell what's fresh and what's not . I brought it back & im very familiar with the general manager they call "grandma" and she's never been rude to me before . So the young girl told her . She rudely turned around and me looked and told the girl "they are all made cooked to order " turned around and THREW the new food in the bag . I come here maybe 2-3 times a week if not more .
