Chick-fil-A needs to bring back the well done button and here's why: Tonight I asked if my nuggets could be made well done and was told by the manager that this is not something that can be done. His words exactly, "we can't refry them." I took his word for it in hopes that the nuggets would be fully cooked. To my surprise they were not which was disappointing. Please see the picture for reference. I contemplated writing this review, but something needs to be done so that this does not happen again.

Heads up; No Military Discount offers here like other local establishments and their brand.

I asked for ice cream in a cup with the cone separately on the side, which I have done many times before at other Chic-Fil-A locations. Today for some reason I was told at this location they could not do this. Instead the flipped the ice cream cone upside down into the cup. I would love to know how that makes more logical sense than doing what I suggested. I would've been okay with it if the manager had not been extremely rude. I've going to Chic Fil A as long as I can remember and this is the first time anyone has ever been rude to me. I didn't catch her name but she was a shorter blonde woman and she was very rude for no reason whatsoever. All I did was question the logic of the situation and she brushed me off with her nastiness like I was a piece of trash. Will never come back to this location.

We decided to grab lunch after our long wait for mask supplies and Chick Fil-A was nearby. I have eaten here maybe a dozen times in my life and when I do it's pretty good. I have to hand it to this location, they had an organized outside program with a cash and credit card drive thru and order takers outside. Not having a menu board stumped us, but the young man taking our order on his tablet knew everything on the menu. He was patient and courteous. I tried to tip him and he said they couldn't, I said sure he could, but he politely repeated himself and I told him to let corporate know my choice and I put the money on his tablet. These kids are out in the sun all day, working hard to make some money and ensure people have food, and he deserved it. The down side was our order though, and I asked the young man if our sauces and ketchup were in the bag and he said yes it is. It wasn't, and their fries are good with ketchup, which we did mot have.

My correct order from mobile ordering!

Chick-fil-A is typically pretty on point with service, but yesterday I did a mobile order well over 10 minutes in advance with hopes of just walking in and my order be ready. (The app is helpful and easy to operate, by the way) When I arrived, there was a line for the mobile order(Door Dash, etc) area. When it was my turn, the employee took my name and said it'll be right up. I am not sure if it was the manager or not but he said don't worry about it I'll get it, I guess she had another task. So i waited about four extra minutes for sandwich(wait for it) and a couple more minutes for my oreo milkshake, which is amazing! So I get home and I then realize I was given the wrong sandwich, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles, mac and cheese, and my milkshake... I received a spicy chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and the normal two pickles. So glad i'm not lactose, I would have been highly upset but I removed the cheese and indulge. A spicy chicken sandwich in my opinion needs extra pickles, so was truly let down about that and the wait since I used the mobile ordering. Also, if you're wondering how their mac and cheese is... it's okay. It was a lot better than I imagined but definitely wasn't anything to hype up. I'm sure your kids would love it. Don't get me wrong, it is not nasty... just nothing special about it.

In my opinion Chick fil a delivers consistently good food across most of it's restaurants. The servers are hard working, very helpful, and polite. This location is no exception. It is a very busy place with long drive thru lines during breakfast, lunch and dinner hours. The food is delicious and the restaurant is clean. For breakfast they have various egg sandwiches with a choice of cheese, bacon or sausage. You can have your eggs on a muffin, biscuit, or bagel. Add coffee and hashbrowns and you have a great meal. For lunch and dinner their chicken sandwiches are a must. They offer fried chicken, or grilled chicken sandwiches. Fried or grilled chicken tenders. Add one or more sides like fries, mac n cheese, salads, chicken soup, and fruit. Bring your patience if you plan to use the drive thru. I have found it quicker to park and order inside at the counter.

Review update: June 2020 I am very impressed with how this location has adapted due to COVID-19. They all are wearing masks, they stand a safe distance away when taking our order in the drive-thru (indoor dining not open at the time I am writing this). They allow you to swipe your card for payment as opposed to taking the card for you. They 100 percent are doing everything possible to make the experience as safe as possible for involved. They have redirected traffic to only enter the drive-thru from the back in order not to block traffic in Causeway. They have water stations outside for their employees as well as taking shifts to rotate working inside. Gloves, masks, and distancing is exactly what I needed today. This visit gave me hope that it can be done correctly. The food was fantastic as always. --------- Old review of three stars: This is our family go to location. If I was writing this review six months ago, it would be five stars, however something is up with things at this location as of late. I come here for breakfast more often than I care to admit. In the last few weeks the consistency is lacking. Granola and a spoon (both) frequently missing from the yogurt parfait. Splenda missing from the drink or bag almost Every. Single. Time. Their inconsistency in the drive-thru is the only thing I can depend on and this makes me sad. The taste of the food is still good when it is correct. The drive-thru area frequently backs up and if you try to park getting out can be a hassle due to the line. Pro-tip, park in the buy buy baby lot (closest to Chick-fil-A) and walk over (watch out for parking lot traffic!). It will save you a headache. Also this place does have a play place, however we do not have experience using it.

This Chick-fil-A is a hit or miss but mainly a miss. Their wait time is almost always between 15 to 20 minutes no matter what time of the day. Their whole set up needs to improve. They took away curbside but that just made the drive-through longer and more cluttered than it already was. A lot of times something is wrong with my order. Every time I order the kale crunch I NEVER get my almonds. If they don't forget the utensils they give me a spoon when I order a salad. Fries are usually soggy. The breakfast isn't as bad but honestly the main issue here is the wait time. The entrance to get into this Chick-fil-A is just terrible.

    LOL. a joke.

Honey pepper pimento sandwich. Zero cheese on it and only 2 small slices of jalapeño. Very disappointing

Always good here! I always order the original chicken sandwich and it's always perfect! Well seasoned! The only thing here is the parking lot and how crowded it is! Never knew they put your clothing on your receipt to easily spot you lol

Slowest service at a chick-fil-a ever. I waited over 20 minutes for a large fry and a sweet tea at the curb side pick up.

Well, they've earned their rating with good reason!…read more A friend and I went on a bit of an unplanned adventure yesterday as the first place we were going to go to was closed for an event. After driving 30 minutes to that place in Plant City and realizing this, we decided, "why not drive some more?". Josephine's was on my radar due to their great reviews across multiple platforms, so we drove another 20-30 minutes to check it out. We arrived at the unsuspecting strip plaza, walked in to what was just one well lit, cozy strip in the plaza and were immediately greeted by Robby, the owner, who asked us if it was our first time in. We let him know that it was, and he proceeded to educate us on everything they have to offer, from their bar, their sandwiches, pizzas, salads, pastas, grocery and so on... the meatball sandwich was calling my name, along with their pizzas and their pastas - so many choices! I did land on the meatball sandwich and got a bag of chips and a glass of wine while my friend got the Italian salad and a coke. For note, this ran us about $45. It was well worth it. The meatball sandwich was 10" and was stuffed with fully ground beef meatballs, seasoned well and very cheesy - so good. I tasted the salad and it was great as well, with plenty of parmesan cheese to cover up the taste of leaves that I was consuming (I'm not a vegetables guy still). While we were dining at the bar, Robby took a bit more time to tell us how the store came to be, being named after his grandmother who, though she wasn't around to see what he had started, would no doubt be very proud as his/his employee service was excellent and the food was no different. At the end of our experience, Robby took our payment and we explored the store a bit. Robby was kind enough to offer me two of their mini cannolis and my friend a scoop of their salted caramel gelato on the house as a way of saying thank you for coming in; again, EXCELLENT service. Since leaving there yesterday, I have recommended the place to 7 people and will continue recommending it to more people due to their great value, service and delicious food. Huge thanks to Robby and the team at Josephine's for knowing how to do things the right way. I'll definitely be back.

After returning from our honeymoon in Italy, my husband and I were on a mission to find pizza,…read moreItalian subs, and authentic Italian foods that reminded us of our trip. We stumbled upon Josephine's Italian Market, less than 15 minutes from our home, and it has become one of our favorite special-occasion spots. The market itself is such a fun experience. They have a thoughtfully curated selection of imported Italian products, a refrigerated and freezer section with prepared foods to take home, shelves of authentic pantry staples, a small espresso and Italian beverage bar, and a fantastic deli with fresh meats like prosciutto, capicola, and everything you'd hope to find in a true Italian market. One thing that really stood out was how welcoming everyone was. I brought my toddler with me, and instead of feeling like I was trying to juggle shopping while keeping him entertained, the staff genuinely embraced him. They were so kind and engaging that it made the entire visit relaxed and enjoyable. Now for the food... absolutely incredible. Their Hot Honey Pizza is easily one of the best pizzas I've had outside of Italy, and their authentic Italian sub is unquestionably in my top five ever. The chicken cutlets, salads, and other prepared foods have all been consistently outstanding. I also love browsing their selection of authentic Italian wines to take home. Is it more expensive than grabbing pizza or subs from a chain? Absolutely. But the quality, authenticity, and overall experience make it worth it. We don't think of Josephine's as an everyday stop--we think of it as our go-to place for special occasions, family gatherings, or anytime we want to treat ourselves to food that genuinely reminds us of Italy. If you're looking for authentic Italian food, exceptional sandwiches, outstanding pizza, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, Josephine's Italian Market is absolutely worth the visit. We're so grateful to have a place like this so close to home!
