Took a 15 minute ride to Lowe's on Rt 70 in Brick. After we pulled in the parking lot, we decided to first grab a quick take-out lunch at Chick-Fil-A. We innocently merged into a line which was coming around from the other side. After a minute or two we approached the individual outside taking the orders. To our surprise, we were told we cut the line and were requested to leave and go to the end of the line. I asked what she was talking about. Apparently there is only one way in to order food. NO SIGNS ANYWHERE THAT WE NOTICED! I said you're kidding. When she insisted we leave, I said a few choice words saying how ridiculous this is and that we had come in from that way in the past. She identified herself as the manager. I also said we're here right now, Is this worth loosing customers over? She said yes! Really. Boycotting Chick-fil-A and going to Roy Rodgers on Hooper from now on. How stupid are these people anyway that work there??? read more

My first time at Chick-fil-A was awesomeness. My friend would always tell me if I had to grab some fast food on a long drive CFA would hit the spot and the quality was steps above the usual clown and king stuff. On my way back from Atlantic City there happened to be one located conveniently off the Garden State Parkway. I opted for the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich while my hermano took the regular chicken sandwich (he's not a fan of lettuce). He got some classic nuggets on the side just because. I liked the waffle fries but there was something off about them. I'd take some mcky dee fries any day. But the sandwich was off the hook, for a fast food joint. It was spicy as promised but not overwhelming. I was surprised as to how hot the food was when we got it, and the incredibly quick service time. My drink came in this nice little styrofoam cup, which didn't have the same condensation effect the plastic cups do, which was nice. The reason chick-fil-a is getting 5 stars is how well that chicken was cooked and tasted. It shed apart easily and was fluffly jn a way, almost like it was pulled. I'll deff opt out for Chick-fil-A above any other quick snacking joint next time I'm on the road. read more

I think you would be hard pressed to find something wrong with Chick Fil A. Their service is superior and there isn't any other fast food chain with fresher chicken and lemonade. Their shakes are to die for! This is a great place to meet up with friends for play dates with little ones. They have an awesome play area and are very family friendly. They even come around to refill your drinks and take away your trash. So excited for the Brick location to open!!! read more

This is a pretty good fast-food restaurant. Healthier options that some of the other local fast-good places. The staff is very friendly, the store very clean and the food prices are ok. The only negative (which really isn't a negative, because it was an accident), was the last two times I went in to order, I asked for a packet of dressing. In both cases, the cashiers acknowledged the request and added it to the receipt, but never gave us the dressing. This is not a huge deal, as the dressing is a free item and we didn't order salads (just a craving to have w/waffle fries), so it is understandable how it could have been missed. Great place and we'll be going back soon. read more

This Chic Fil A used to be my favorite spot, I loved coming and getting chicken with a side salad and buttermilk ranch dressing. They do NOT have buttermilk ranch and the garlic herb is just not the same... Please bring it back!!! read more

I am a huge fan of Chick-Fil-A and have been to several up and down the east coast. The store is brand new and customers are not use to the new dining experience where your food is actually brought to your table, which is a nice touch. The staff is friendly and the prices for a fast food chain may be a bit high, but again you receive better quality than other chains. My only gripe and it is minor, is that I asked for extra extra extra pickles and what do I receive...4 pickle slices. This same scenario occurred at a C-F-A in North Carolina and I wrote the company about it. I went up to the counter and requested a side of pickles, which they were able to produce. Parking is decent and the store is kept extremely clean. Would I go back? You better believe it. read more

Have found a hair in my salad 3 times now. Yes the service is great but it does get crowded, the set up is frustrating. While pulling up to the drive through that is also where they put the entrance and pedestrian walk way. So you have cars behind you wanting you to move up buts it's conflicting. If you are in a huge line of cars waiting to order you're also blocking cars that are parked. It's anxiety ridden for me I enjoy chic fil a but the workers need to wear hair nets or put their hair up and the drive thru is all around terrible. read more

Food temperature and quality is very good. The Manager here actually comes around to your table and throws out your garbage for you. The staff is friendly and curteous. I have yet to have them make a mistake with my order and I have been eating here for about a year and a half. read more

This was my families first-time going to this restaurant. What a nice friendly environment. Super super friendly staff!! Nothing like I've ever I've experienced. Wow!! You walk in, get in line , order and then wait in pick up area . The menu was easy to order from. We ordered the fried chicken sandwiches , chicken tenders and a vanilla milkshake. The sandwiches were soft and moist. The milkshake was hand spin and was super thick and made with good ice cream. A plus was the whip cream and a cherry. My husband liked the waffle fries . I'm not a waffle fry fan but I did try them and they were pretty good. The food came out super fast and was walked over to us by the owner. He also repeated our order to us when he came to us with the bag to go. They have the good Heinz ketchup dippers/ dunkers..for the to go order. They are not cutting corners at all. I saw people taking orders in the drive through with boards and it made the line moved so fast . My family and I spent a total of 10 minutes looking at menu, ordering and waiting for our food. 2 thumbs up !!! It's right off the garden State parkway!! Stop in and give it a try!! If you want great food and great service from employees that really care this is the place! You have never had a better chicken sandwich then a sandwich from here. Everything is made to order not sitting under a heat lamp. Every employee works efficiently to get the food out as quickly as they can. These employees can put all the other fast food place employees to shame. You won't find employees on their cell phones, no employees standing around doing nothing or chatting and ignoring what needs to be done, and no employee is waiting to be told what to do! These employees Get It! They even have employees walking around constantly cleaning the the place. This is one place that won't disappoint! Ive never had issues with chickfila like I do with this one. It is extremely slow and messes up orders all the time. I ordered a 4 count mini and thats it. I pull out the box when I get to work and its a 12 count nuggets. How do you even mess that up. Its not even lunch time for them to serve the 12 count. Now I have no breakfast and I cant leave work to go back and tell them they messed up. Definitely not going to this chickfila again. read more

I have been going to Chick-fil-A locations for the past 8 years now, and I have never had a single complaint about service nor food. This location is one of the most convenient ones for me as I come here frequently to say the least. The tables are constantly clean, the service is very fast, and the employees are all very friendly and have top priorities on the customers. I would highly recommend this location to anybody, as the quality of the food is always fantastic, and never subpar. read more

So i call and they tell me i can come get it whenever so I explained to them how i stopped on my way home from work and live 15 mins away so i told them that it was dinner for my father, mother, sister, and myself and that me and 3 people arent going to sit and eat in front of one so I would appreciate a refund. long story short he tells me that he needs to call me back cause he needs to call the owner, well he called me back and said "well the owner said we cant refund you but we can still give you that sandwich". I explained to him too how I work in a restaurant and that if we screwed a whole family's dinner up you better believe we'd be refunding them, alls he could say is hes sorry and that i can have a chicken sandwich on them when i explained to him numerous times how that doesnt make up for it because the point is that I live 15 mins away, thats what my WHOLE FAMILY OF 4 was supposed to eat for dinner but they forgot a sandwich so what they think we're just gonna sit there and tell one of the family members that they have to eat something else while we all enjoy some take out? yeah okay. Service is unbelievable for a fast food restaurant. They are always polite whether you're going through the drive-thru or dining inside. They clear the tables without you having to even think about it. Grilled chicken bites are the best for those dieting and the salads are delicious. For those not dieting, the waffle fries & shakes are to die for. read more

My 17 year old daughter and I went for dinner 6/9/15 at around 6pm after she had a painful procedure at the hospital and she had been crying . The girl at the counter was polite and efficient as usual when she took our order. I went to the restroom after we ordered and when I came out , my daughter was holding an ice cream cone . She said the girl at the counter came over to the table and gave it to her because she looked upset! I tried to thank her last night , but I didn't see her before we left . We love the food at Chick-fil-A but must say we were disappointed in the playground. I had to go to the FB page (photos) to ascertain whether there was a playground. We found they did indeed have one and off we went. Unfortunately, the play area is for toddlers only, 3 and under. This is fine, however, it would be great if it were advertized as such as this would avoid disappointed children. read more

I've lived in Brick my whole life and have tried the other fast food places in the area. Today was my first time at a chick fil a and I was very impressed. Everyone that works there is so very nice. And not a programmed nice I mean they are genuinely nice people! They do a great job sourcing the staff and dont just hire anyone off the street like burger king or McDonald's. The restaurant was very clean and the menu was easy to pick from. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and while it did not come with mayonnaise or a tomato slice (Im pretty sure you can ask for a mayo packet and put it on yourself) It is much tastier then the wendys thats across the street. The waffle fries were also tasty, just the right amount of salt and were relatively fresh and not mushy. I really like it here, next time I think Ill try a different sandwich to see what else they have to offer, but so far so good! Also a bummer they are closed on Sunday, as I am off from work and usually dont want to cook that day! read more
