3 stars for this place is a stretch, I love eating at any of the locations but this one seems like they don't know what they are doing. I live in town but rarely go to it due to the how long everything takes from putting in your order to food coming out. I have been here about 4 times and every time its a s*** show either the workers not taking orders fast enough for the lobby and take for ever to give you your order and by the time they do its cold or just warm, I do understand that this location does sell a lot and are always busy but if you want to live up to the reputation this chain lives for communication needs to improve. Staff always friendly when taking your order and everything just after that is where everything goes south, hopefully they get their act together and serve items at a more timely matter. read more

This Chick-fil-A has a Godsent lovely beyond amazing woman named Jeanette working here. Not only she went above and beyond for my family but it was more than that. Listen, Chick is amazing as always but you really go there for the service and experience okay? Jeanette saw right through me and knew I was having quite a long day, by the end of it I was crying in her arms, we touched each other's lives and I'll remember this moment in Colorado forever. I've never eaten at a Chick-fil-A, even though we've had one in Minnesota for years. After moving to CO and driving by the Brighton Location and seeing the line for the drive-thru wrapped around into the street ALL THE TIME, I decided to stop in and see what the hype was about. The food is not great, tastes like pressed chicken parts, not whole chicken, and my sandwich was barely warm. Fries were alright, nothing special. The Mac and cheese I ordered was burnt and had burnt pieces throughout the cup. Not sure what standards people keep here, the food doesn't taste good, and it's not even cheap. I just don't get it. We eat at this location often. The staff are always polite and they have never gotten our order wrong, which is impressive since we almost always have some special requests. I gave them four stars because traffic flow can be difficult during rush times. The turn in is narrow and Chick-Fil-a's always have long drive thru lines. The traffic always backs up onto the roads surrounding the location. Right now there is a lot of construction near them and with the giant pothole and the fenced off sections of road, leaving their lot can be a bit treacherous. read more

We love Chick-fil-A, but how petty can you be. I did an order for 4 people and asked for 10 BBQ sauces, which is 2 1/2 a piece. We love their suace on the chicken and waffle fries. They would only give me 7 (between 4 orders) and I had to purchase another 8oz. I asked the "manager" about this, and she didn't care and had no time for customer service. I love Chick-fil-A, but this particular restaurant has been skimping on their Cobb Salads for some reason. I noticed this a couple months ago; the size of the salads had shrunk and have consistently been smaller than they were before. So I went to a different Chick-fil-A a couple times on Hwy 7 & I-25, and sure enough, theirs are much larger, like this one used to be. I don't understand why they're cutting back on the lettuce. It's lettuce for cripes sake and the salad is nearly $9. Please fill them back up! read more

This Location is Absolutely Awful now. I don't know what the GM was thinking when you have a bunch of 16-17 year olds running around like chickens with their head cut off. Ordered 2 combos and order a side salad for one and fries for the other, Haha not what i got though I drive 20 minutes home just to find out everything else except the salad was in there. So excellent. This place is freaking packed every time I drive by. The drive thru is into the street literally every time. Today we swung by after getting last minute needs before school at Kohl's. They had a guy with an iPad walking to our cars (I'm 12 cars away from the window) happy as can be helping us. We then get to another guy standing outside for our payment. Again another professional happy guy. The young lady at the window also friendly even though she's helping with freshman orientation at her high school with a mountain of other things. Usually my experience at this location is great! Tonight was horrible. Placed my order and when I got to the window the cashier said that the person that took my order accidentally put it in as Brad... she handed me Drinks and 2 bags. (I assumed it was my Order). I then looked and realized she gave me the wrong order. She had me hand everything back through the window 2 drinks and 2 meals. I saw her grab the bags and I told her "you aren't going to through that away are you? She said "yes" and continued shoving the PERFECTLY good food in the trash. I told her I would have taken it instead of her just throwing away perfectly good food. I am beyond upset about this. She handed me the wrong order and because she made that mistake she just threw away edible food. Then... I'm guessing the lead for the night refunded the $20 I paid for the meal they handed me and charged me for the 33.00 order that I had. Once I got my right order I drove off noticed they gave me zero of the sauces I asked for. I went back through the line and mentioned that they didn't give me any sauce for my 30 piece nugget. I'm really shocked at how expensive this place is and the food is extremely dry and tasteless. The children's play area is small and I don't like that there is nowhere for the parents or anyone to sit inside of the play area. My daughter let me know there was something wet around the top of the slide. When we let an employee know, they acted as though we were inconveniencing them and took an eternity to get it cleaned up. Sorry, but wet stuff in a kids play area...It probably wasn't soda, if you know what I mean! And then... While we were eating our food, some lady took it upon herself to sit down at our table next to me and start telling me how important it is that I take my kids to church and how they needed to be in church and learn about God, etc. I do believe in God and my kids do go to church, I don't need some stranger shoving it down my throat while I'm trying to enjoy a meal with my family. Food was great, service was great, but the last 3 times I've been there (probably 6 or so months between visits), I have had the absolute worst food poisoning about 15 minutes after eating. I normally love chic-fil-a. LOVE! This location.. I would steer clear of. The drive through actually took long enough for me to get annoyed, find my phone, open yelp, check in, and then write this review. At least 3 times longer then any other chic-fil-a. I stopped in this morning for their free breakfast promotion. I tried a (free) chicken biscuit and ordered a chicken, egg & cheese bagel. The bagel sandwich was better than I had expected. The scrambled egg was more like a super-thin omelet, but was fluffy and fresh. The chicken was tender and fairly juicy. I was impressed that the bagel was multi-grain. The sandwich was slightly let down by the texture of the bagel. It tasted great, but the bagel seemed like it had been steamed to warm it up, which ruined the chewy goodness that I expect from a bagel. It tasted fine -- in fact, the bagel sandwich tasted much better than any breakfast sandwich you get from the burger joints. The chicken biscuit was disappointing. Only having two ingredients (as per the name) you'd expect both to be of good quality. The biscuit was fine, slightly above the fast-food-biscuit average, but the chicken was dry and a bit rubbery. I do have to say that this was on the last day of a highly advertised promotion where Chick-fil-A was giving away a free breakfast item on every Weds morning this month. The store was crazy busy, and the chicken biscuit was THE free give away this morning. The service was fast and friendly. The employees were working hard to take care of the customers. I'm taking one star for the tough chicken, but I'll give them another chance on a morning that is less crazy. read more

Had chicken cheese bagel sandwich (never had chicken for breakfast) and it was not bad! The oatmeal was not bad either. They'll give you 3 small packages to chose from. The fruit cup is a tad bit small for the price ($2.39 for medium), some fruits inside didn't taste so fresh especially the grapes, but the apple slices were good. Ended up going here by accident as that restaurant my partner and I were at was not so good and the chicken didn't even resemble chick or even taste anything remotely like chicken.So, we went to this Chick fil a.
