Raising Cane's is good at chicken and so that's all they do. That and sides. I encourage you to try the Cane's sauce, it is what they are most known for. Service is always quick. Ambience is typical of any fast food restaurant. Also they have good iced tea and lemonade. You can buy gallons of both. We have been avid Canes eaters for years now. Our favorite location is at Tulsa Hills. My daughter still eats the children's meal, but wanted one more piece this time around (kids meal has two pieces plus fries). So I asked the cashier how much for an extra piece. $1.89 he says. So I agreed. You should have seen the piece they gave me (see below). The girl at the window looked at me and said, "I know it's sad looking" and just walked away. Btw I'm in the drive thru or I would have asked for a manager, but there was a line and I didn't want to hold it up. Cane's you have got to do better!! Went to the drive-through on Memorial because I couldn't go with my friend to STG pizza and was I was hungry. Also I had a free lemonade coupon from an earlier visit. I got two individual fingers and my free lemonade. Not much of a meal I admit but I wasn't wanting to eat much (it was late afternoon) or go home to make a PBJ. The drive-through girl was as friendly as I would expect and the wait time was quick. My chicken fingers looked a little scrawny and pathetic sitting alone in the Styrofoam box, but I was taking the cheap way out. Unfortunately they were dry and chewy. The togo ketchup I asked for was entirely used in order to add moisture. The lemonade was tasteless, nothing compared to tangy, sour, fresh-squeezed. I almost resorted to squeezing the dried lemon slice that floated on top to add extra flavor but decided not to because of my greasy fingers. I think it'll be a while before I return-even with the free chicken finger coupon I won on my cup. read more

This place for the past 3 years has been the Superior fast food go to place. For it is simply amazing. The chicken is the best you can get for fast food the fries and Texas toast is amazing to and wash it all down with there ice tea. I went here two days ago and let me tell you it's always amazing. I get the usual box combo, 3 cane sauces, double Texas toast, and a sweat tea. The chicken this time through was amazingly juicy and crunchy and savory to every bite. Then the heavenly crinkle cut fresh fries were salted to it's finest. Then the double Texas toast was baked to a crisp. Then the king of canes the sauce I always order three but they gave me four this time I mean you can put this on your Texas toast to. The tea is excellent they freshly make it and it taste very true. Raising Canes is great in general. However, the staff at this location, in particular one lady who works the drive thru, move way too fast. I'm all for efficiency, but they always read back your order faster than you can understand, and forget little things. Want ketchup? Better ask 3+ times because otherwise you will not get it in the bag when they throw the food at you. It's a small thing, but incredibly annoying. Really wish they would slow down just a bit and listen to the customer. Otherwise always good food. read more

Why is the indoor dining still closed? It's been 1 year since "flattening the curve"... it's now 3/2021 and y'all are still locking people out.... I'm not going to feed a family of 6 in our car because you think Covid is infecting the tables and chairs inside... New favorite place for chicken strips! We came here for the grand opening, and the service was fantastic! Even better than Chick-Fil-A service, and that is saying a lot because they are really nice at Chick-Fil-A. The food is awesome. Be warned though: there is not very much variety. They only serve Cain's sauce or ketcheup on the side, but it was ok with me because I really liked it. The upside to fewer options is that it makes ordering a breeze. I don't know if you have ever been at the drive-thru and felt the anxiety of having to look at a menu with over 20 options and panicked because you felt like you only had 2 minutes to decide. I hate that feeling, so I loved the fact that you only have a few options and they are all fried chicken! Also, the combos come with pretty good crinkle cut fries and some bomb garlic toast! I had heard and read comments from different people about Cane's so the wife and I decided to give it a shot for dinner last night. Due to it being a long day we decided to grab it to go. On the drive home I commented to the wife that based on the aroma alone I didn't have high hopes for what dinner would taste like. When we arrived home, famished as I was, I wasted no time in preparing my plate. Much to my dismay, the fries that come with the meals are...prefab...crinkle cut fries of the cheapest, flavorless brand imaginable. Okay, perhaps it was an off night for the fries, I can't live with that because I had succulent chicken (or what appeared to be) to stave off my hunger. The wife and I were every bit as disappointed in the chicken. Although it was battered, the ONLY flavor the chicken had was the light bit of salt that I had sprinkled on it. I was hoping the taste would improve but I was left unimpressed as bite after bite proved to be as bland as a piece of chicken that had been baked in the oven without even a pinch of seasoning. In fact, I've had better chicken out of a frozen bag from Walmart and that's no exaggeration. The only things Raising Cane's has going for it is the friendly staff and the cheap prices, thus the reason for a single star. If you want GOOD chicken, Zaxby's is where it's at. read more

Usually I am satisfied with Canes but my last trip left something to be desired. The strips in both Big Boxes that we ordered in the drive-thru were all very small! I usually have one or maybe two that are a little smaller than the others but out of eight strips, none were larger than 2.5 inches. For the price I expect full-size chicken strips. read more

In one order, had what looked like the dregs of a batch of fries which was disappointing. We all concluded one cup of the highly valued canes sauce is not enough for any of these meals especially when Chick Fil A will provide dipping sauces of your choice and quantity. Then you find the quality of Cane's chicken fingers subpar at best. What I liked about Cane's chicken fingers are: moist and lightly floured and not the overcooked heavily battered small chicken fingers that I got tonight. This place is definitely a one trick pony. You would think that if the only thing on the menu was chicken strips, those strips would be exceptional in some way. They are not. They are not even consistently mediocre so that they might appeal to those who like spicy, or bland, or whatever. Their signature product is an inconsistently prepared, usually bland, often undercooked dry piece of chicken. I've experience Cane's in four cities now and although the menus are pretty much the same, the only similarity is the blandness. I'll give it two stars because kids seem to like bland. read more
