This is one of my go-to spots whenever I'm in the area and one of my very much favorite Chick fil A locations. The service is consistently great and I love how they serve the ice cream cone inside a cup. It's so much easier to enjoy. I like that they have ample seating. The front lounge area has a nice setup when you're waiting for your order and there's plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, throughout the restaurant. It has a welcoming ambiance especially with real flowers on every table which I love!

The food is amazing. The chicken is delicious. The fries are outstanding. The service was great. The ambience was full of kindness. The food tasted fresh and not greasy. You just enjoyed every bite. I really think this is one of the best chicken restaurants around. It's very healthy. And the place is fantastic. I highly recommend you try it when you are this particular Chick-fil-A.

Brought the kids for lunch and they had flowers on all the tables . Thought the was the cutest . Ordered on the app ahead and food was at our table within 5 mins.Kids shared the nuggets in the heart tin with fries . I always get the grilled nuggets with the kale crunch salad . Will definitely come by again .

Super nice location! I was confused at first because I thought they had a drive through but they don't. The inside is really clean and nicely designed. It felt very elevated for a fast food restaurant. Lots of seating available and they even have a little lounge area if you are waiting to take your order to go. They even had real flowers on the tables. Service was great and the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately they messed up our order which was a bummer, but it was still tasty. We wanted the grilled nuggets and they gave us the regular. Bye bye diet! The food here was consistent with other locations. Plenty of parking. It was cute they had a QR code to RSVP for a Mother/Son Date night event. Love that they are putting on events! Overall, a good experience.

Beautiful space, the service was friendly. Unfortunately my food was burnt & cold. Would not recommend. Would not go back.

I ordered Market Salad w/ Nuggets! Do you see it!! I don't see the chicken Strip on my order??? Where does it come from??

What is WRONG with this Chick-fil-A location?! They never get my order right. All I want is the salad with chicken nuggets, and they mess it up every single time. Even the label on the container is wrong! This is not a one-time issue -- it has happened three times in a row. That's completely unacceptable for any fast-food restaurant. A mistake once is already too many, but three times on the same order shows this location has a serious problem. Is the manager not paying attention? Can't they train their employees properly? This isn't funny anymore -- it's frustrating and disrespectful to customers. The Olive Ave Burbank Chick-fil-A STINKS!

A very odd appearance and taste. There was no breading on the sandwich. The buns tasted stale.

    Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit

Honestly I love chick fil a breakfast, specifically the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. It's usually hot, a little crispy on top and amazing. I haven't really been to this location so I placed my order for here and realized that no one gave me a table plaque to sit down. When I asked they told me to just wait at the counter. Wasn't the cashiers fault as the supervisor approached her during my order and told her to go on break, plus she was kind and polite to me. However I received the worst biscuit in existence. It had no rise to it, almost completely flat. As I took my first bite the whole thing crumbled apart. It was more like I was eating an egg patty, and the bacon was underdone in comparison. I ate it, don't like wasting food, but it's nothing like when I go to the one in Woodland Hills.

Do they have a indoor playground?

    Not at this location

Is there a good time of day to go when it's not crazy busy? My daughter has been dying to try it, but I'm sorry, I don't want to circle around and wait in a long line just to get a fast food meal. KFC is 2 minutes from my house.

Go after 2pm on the Weekdays. The crowd should be gone by then. Also, you could download the app and order your food so it's ready for you when you arrive. Plus, with the app, you get reward points.

I first found out about Handy Market on social media for their weekend BBQ about a month ago. As I had been craving bbq for a couple weeks now, I found today to be the best opportunity to give them a try. I placed an order for pick up the night before. I got kind of carried away with the order, as I wanted to try almost everything on the menu. The prices were absolutely insane! I think I ended up paying about 65 dollars for food that would easily feed me for a good 3 or 4 days. When I arrived to pick up my order at my pick up time, I had noticed my order was being packed. I asked the employees if I can leave my order with them for a bit so that I can pick up some meat inside the market. They obliged, and I went to the meat counter to order my beef back ribs to cook for tomorrow. For 5 pounds, I ended up paying about $34, which was definitely a bargain. They were also selling breakfast burritos and sandwiches in the store, which I found to be awesome. I took everything home and opened my bag of spoils. After I took everything out, I statted thinking of what I wanted to eat first and what I wanted to save for later. It was so much food that I thought I could feed an entire army. Definitely will be back for the breakfast burritos and sandwiches, and for the meats again, for sure!

However, I am compelled to rate this establishment one star due to a particularly unpleasant experience with a female deli employee whose first name begins with the letter "J." Despite my frequent visits, the overall customer service in the deli and meats department has declined. The season butchers have been replaced with individuals lacking the necessary experience and customer courtesy that were previously present. Over the past three months, I have encountered the same issues with this particular employee. It is important to note that the fee charged for slicing a Tri Tip into a carton container is not the primary concern. The issue lies in the employee's behavior and attitude, specifically their unwillingness to properly wrap the sliced meat. This has occurred on multiple occasions, most recently at the checkout counter when the cashier pull the foil-wrapped package from the plastic bag causing the juices of the meat to spill all over the counter. This has happened to me every time this employee has served me. The Tri Tip sliced meat is dry and devoid of juices due to this careless employee's failure to wrap the meat carefully. It is imperative that this situation be addressed. Management should provide this employee, "J," with proper training on how to wrap sliced food correctly. Additionally, it is crucial the ambiance that all employees, including the deli and butcher employees, maintain a pleasant and friendly demeanor. A salutation is always appreciated. Despite these concerns, the BBQ remains outstanding as always.
