This chick- fil-A is organized, friendly and efficient. Just like any other of their establishments it's truly a joy to order and eat their food. This establishment is in a funky part of burbank, which can be a hassle to get to, parking is equally as tough as sometimes it's full and often difficult to find a spot. But! Their food is on point. Every time, and they are friendly- which makes it worth the weird and awkward parking/ location. This is a great location. Amazing customer service, but thats a trait that isn't unique to this location, as all locations nationwide and beyond have phenomenal customer service. Ok, the chicken sandwiches are delicious, but this Chick-Fil-A is a TERRIBLE neighbor. Although I have a big issue with the safety concerns they visit upon us with the traffic they bring to their cramped, busy section of Olive, right near the 134, I will focus on the tremendous amount of their consumer waste plaguing our neighborhood. The amount of garbage that our neighborhood is now forced to absorb since they moved in is disturbing. Since their corporation promotes its good corporate values, I wish they would actually use those values to take responsibility and rectify what they have wrought on our lovely little neighborhood. The problem is the worst in the little park next door to them on Fairview, so they can start there by either placing and maintaining a garbage can at the park or sending crew members to clean up the Chick-fil A garbage on a daily basis. This isn't a review on the quality of food. It's the same food at every location. This review is on an obvious service problem with this location and door dash. My work has ordered from this location twice now through door dash. We are 2 for 2 now with regards to NEVER receiving our order. I know it's this restaurant too because we literally order food from door dash every week from other businesses with not a single issue...other than both times we've tried to order here. It also doesn't help that whenever I call to check if they still have the order, they literally never have any answers for me or any idea if we even placed an order. It's not often that I feel compelled to review a fast food joint, but this Chick-fil-location was interesting enough for me to share my thoughts. Unlike every other Chick-fil-A location I've ever seen (with airport, mall, and Atlanta Falcons locations being the exception), this location does not have a drive-thru. Instead, to go orders are processed with a designated mobile pick up area located adjacent to the typical register set-up. While I observed many people walking to the location and picking up their food, many people using this service still came by car further congesting the already dismal parking situation. Many people have seemed to talk about the lack of parking in other reviews so I won't dive any further. The to-go area created a lot of chaos and divided the attention of the staff between dine-in customers (like myself) and to-go customers. To process the dine-in customers, a single employee was preemptively taking orders with a tablet (similar to In-n-out drive-thru) to speed up the line and free up the cashiers. This process seems like it makes a mobile order on your behalf which is sent to the prep staff so in theory, your food can be ready by the time you get to the register to pay. This is an ingenious system that will likely get better as the staff gain more experience with it (this is a new location). My only complaint was that the employee with the tablet incorrectly processed my order resulting in me receiving the wrong food which had to be discarded and re-made. Next time I might cut out the middle man and try the mobile ordering myself. The interior of the dining area was clean and modern. I came just past the lunch rush and the staff had obviously been attentive at keeping the dining area clean even with high customer volume. The food was the same quality and taste as other Chick-fil-a locations, so no surprise (or deductions) there. Chick-fil-a seems to be embracing the challenges of running this unconventional no drive-thru urban location. My advice would be to walk to this location if possible and use the mobile order feature to make sure your order gets to the prep staff accurately. read more

Never ever order from Burbank location. Spent $65 for delivery through postmates and they forgot to add 2 lg fries. When called the associate and then the manager Amber gave lip service and boiler plate answers with no apparent solution. Both insisted to contact postmates to get a refund while we didn't want a refund but rather our fries. I didn't know postmates made fries for chick fil A!!!! Major lack of training and customer service. They really need to revamp their service and third party policies. Will never order from them again. read more

Pre Covid chick-fil-a is great and impressively efficient. Order, 1-2 minutes later your name is called with a apology that they couldn't deliver in less then a minute. Covid era? My lord. Mobile order get there 10 minutes later, check in wait in the car for another 15-20 minutes with a child throwing a tantrum get home to only see your order was wrong. With the system they had in the past I can't imagine it being very difficult to migrate to the new system. read more

Chic fila is one of the places where you always get your food hot and made with consistency. The employees are some of the best trained and are extremely polite, courteous, and friendly. I would highly recommend the spicy chicken or getting a bunch of nuggets with a variety of sauces on the side for a wonderful experience of flavors. It's a bit on the pricier side for what you get but I can assure that it is quality chicken and quality food. One thing I'm upset about is when they are busy they have the tendency to mess up orders or forget items in your order so do your due diligence to check before you leave. This is why I left a 4 star, otherwise it would be a 5 star. read more

That hand washing station outside is filthy, no one seems to be cleaning or disinfecting it. Manager needs to clean that or have have a cleaning crew clean it. As far as the quality of the food, this place is always consistent, but it has been two times now that they messed up my order. For most small orders I've placed, I haven't had issues but the mess ups were on two larger orders I made. The first time, a few of the sandwiches were the wrong type. On this second occasion, they literally forgot to give four sandwiches and three fries. I guess they can't handle packing multiple items. Never going to this location again! I got so sick!! I think I got food poisoning because I couldn't sleep because of the pain and I know was the food there because my boyfriend is also very sick. It breaks my heart to write this, but my husband and I got food poisoning from this chick fil-A. Here's the worst part - I got it on a Friday, and I knew it was the chicken sandwich because it was all I ate that day. my husband didnt want to believe it was the chicken sandwich, so he kept going weekly and a month and a half later, he got violently ill. I have ordered with a co-worker three times from chickfila. I love it! I always get the chicken deluxe sandwich, fries, and lemonade. The chicken is crispy and well done. It always hit the spot. The lemonade is naturally sweet by itself, no need to add sugar to it. I will say that it is out of this world good. I have also tried their mac and cheese, a couple of times. Every single experience I've had with chick fil a is a bad one. Spent like $18 on two chicken sandwiches with a side of fries, and didn't bother to check the bag before I left. Come home to see that I got a dry chicken sandwich with the lightest layer of mayo and 1 pickle, ONE PICKLE. At first I thought it was a mistake but then come to find out LETTUCE,TOMATO,and CHEESE is about $1 extra. I love chick-fil-a but I absolutely hate this location. The parking is horrible, they don't have a drive through so you can get away from the horrible parking. The clientele is always the rowdiest and most annoying and their management clearly doesn't know how to handle a lunch rush. I was just there and the manager of the restaurant came and told everyone to line up outside of the doors into the parking lot while there was room in the line up queue. I honestly will never be going back to this location. I'd rather drive to Hollywood even though this is far closer. I can't believe how excited I was to have a chick-fil-a near my house only to discover that it is horrible. Even if this location is closer go to Northridge or Hollywood instead.
