Unfortunately I did not see her name tag but according to the receipt her name was Maribel. I'm not surprised that this chic fil a has such terrible reviews. They always get your order wrong, theres always missing items. Last time I placed an order and it was missing 3 medium fruit salads. Thats $15 I just gave away to them!! I told them the next day I went and the worker gave me attitude and started talking to another customer while I was still talking. I was very polite to her too. I would of understood if I had been rude but I said I just wanted them to know so they could tell their workers to double check orders and she rolled her eyes. Paid for the order and picked it up at the drive-thru window. Food was for my wife. There were no avocado sauces in the bag although they were clearly documented on the receipt. My wife was disappointed and advised me to always check the contents of the bag before leaving the window. Am highly disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. This Chick-fil-A is very convenient and I'm excited they brought one to this area. However, I came here about a month ago and ordered a breakfast sandwich for one it tasted as if it was a leftover sandwich from the day prior. I frequent Chick-fil-A often and I have never had a breakfast sandwich that tasted like it was old and sitting up. So this morning October 5, 2022 I decided to try this location again and I don't know what this location is doing but they need to be retrained because they're making the Chick-fil-A brand look horrible. The chicken in my breakfast sandwiches were PINK in the inside which means it wasn't cooked all the way (check pictures) I have never had a pink piece of chicken at any other Chick-fil-A. The sandwiches didn't even have that signature Chick-fil-A smell, even the smell was off. This location needs to seriously fix these issues because I probably won't be coming back here even though it's a convenient location. This location of Chick-Fil-A is lagging and my order was completely wrong. It was a very simple order of Chick-fil-A chicken nuggets grilled combo with either Fanta Orange or Hi-C fruit punch. I ordered through the mobile app for pick up at this location I got my order about 10 minutes after I had placed it. I had to wait in the lobby for quite a while. Upon receiving the order I went straight to work and to my disappointment I received the crispy chicken nuggets instead of grilled. I wanted grilled NOT crispy nuggets smh. I contacted corporate and complained and they were happy to provide me a replacement compensation coupon that I can use for my next visit. I will start by saying that I love Chic Fil A. But this location has been so problematic. My business is in walking distance so I go often and every other order something is missing or wrong. No prob, I just eat whatever they give me and move on. I provide feedback through the app so they can improve. Well, last week thursday I was on my way to a meeting when I went through the drive thru. The woman handed me my coffee and the lid was not on correctly or fully so when I grabbed it the top popped off and hot coffee spilled all over my cream colored pants and in my car counsel and all over my things. The girl apologized and handed me a napkin then gave me another coffee and told me to have a nice day and apologized again. I was kind of in shock so I moved out of the DT so I wouldn't clog up the line. I went in the store to use their restroom to clean up. After that I went up to the counter and asked to speak to the manager. The manager assured me she would put in an incident report and someone would review and call me. I also called customer care and filed a report and just asked that someone call me. No one ever called me, so I called back this week wed and they assured me that they would have someone return my call. It's Friday and still no call. I have met the owner of this store Chris, and he was a very nice guy who seems very keen to serve his customers well so I just don't understand why I can't even get a call back. Our order took ssssssoooooooo long to come and when we kept asking where our food was, they kept saying 1 more minute, 1 more minute and minutes and minutes pass with nothing.
