Got to the restaurant, and it was semi-busy. 5 people waiting for their mobile orders, so I'm glad we didn't wait until we got there. They don't start prepping the order until you click "I'm here." This location is AMAZING! They recently had an event for our pups where they gave snacks, bandanas, and free food vouchers. And though the freebies were great nothing could beat the wonderful service we were provided with. Everyone was so sweet, attentive, and positive including the store owner. Incompetent, typically gets my orders wrong. This time I specifically ask just for a sandwich by itself TWICE. No meal, no fries. I still got charged for a meal. When I inquired about my refund the the girl at the front window was annoyed. The "manager" at the window tried to patronize me by stating with a smart ass time "here's your $1.50 back." First of all, this is a matter about principle. I am not giving you free money for something I am not eating. I'm not surprised that this chic fil a has such terrible reviews. They always get your order wrong, theres always missing items. Last time I placed an order and it was missing 3 medium fruit salads. Bought a Southwest Chicken salad and some chocolate chip cookies. Requested 2 Avocado sauces. Confirmed everything with the individual taking the order. Paid for the order and picked it up at the drive-thru window. Food was for my wife. There were no avocado sauces in the bag although they were clearly documented on the receipt. My wife was disappointed and advised me to always check the contents of the bag before leaving the window. Am highly disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. I've never been to a fast food place where I have to pay for an employees mistake. We dined it I clearly said I wanted to add American cheese to my grilled sandwich. It came without. This location of Chick-Fil-A is lagging and my order was completely wrong. It was a very simple order of Chick-fil-A chicken nuggets grilled combo with either Fanta Orange or Hi-C fruit punch. I ordered through the mobile app for pick up at this location I got my order about 10 minutes after I had placed it. I had to wait in the lobby for quite a while. Upon receiving the order I went straight to work and to my disappointment I received the crispy chicken nuggets instead of grilled. I wanted grilled NOT crispy nuggets smh. I contacted corporate and complained and they were happy to provide me a replacement compensation coupon that I can use for my next visit. This Chick-fil-A is very convenient and I'm excited they brought one to this area. However, I came here about a month ago and ordered a breakfast sandwich for one it tasted as if it was a leftover sandwich from the day prior. I frequent Chick-fil-A often and I have never had a breakfast sandwich that tasted like it was old and sitting up. So this morning October 5, 2022 I decided to try this location again and I don't know what this location is doing but they need to be retrained because they're making the Chick-fil-A brand look horrible. The chicken in my breakfast sandwiches were PINK in the inside which means it wasn't cooked all the way (check pictures) I have never had a pink piece of chicken at any other Chick-fil-A. The sandwiches didn't even have that signature Chick-fil-A smell, even the smell was off. I will start by saying that I love Chic Fil A. But this location has been so problematic. My business is in walking distance so I go often and every other order something is missing or wrong. No prob, I just eat whatever they give me and move on. I provide feedback through the app so they can improve. Well, last week thursday I was on my way to a meeting when I went through the drive thru. The woman handed me my coffee and the lid was not on correctly or fully so when I grabbed it the top popped off and hot coffee spilled all over my cream colored pants and in my car counsel and all over my things. The girl apologized and handed me a napkin then gave me another coffee and told me to have a nice day and apologized again. I was kind of in shock so I moved out of the DT so I wouldn't clog up the line. I went in the store to use their restroom to clean up. After that I went up to the counter and asked to speak to the manager. The manager assured me she would put in an incident report and someone would review and call me. I also called customer care and filed a report and just asked that someone call me. No one ever called me, so I called back this week wed and they assured me that they would have someone return my call. It's Friday and still no call. I have met the owner of this store Chris, and he was a very nice guy who seems very keen to serve his customers well so I just don't understand why I can't even get a call back.
