I was sitting there just in a good space and one of the young person's asked me if I want her to remove her my trash. I went to Chick-fil-A yesterday to turn in my free card for a biscuit sandwich. I received a free card because they gave me the wrong order the last time I was there for breakfast. I pulled in the drive-through today and received great customer service as always. The grounds outside were clean as always. The food quality today was poor at best. The bread and the meat was cold. The top part of the biscuit was falling apart. The bottom part of the biscuit was crunchy. I mean very crunchy. I could hear the crunch when I bit into the biscuit. I was on my way to work and running a little late otherwise I would've turned around and gave them the biscuit sandwich back. I have never had such poor quality at this particular Chick-fil-A. Of course I still support my local Chick-fil-A. I hope they see this review and make some changes. I understand I got there at 10:20 am but I don't expect the quality to be that poor. read more

As I was picking up an order from target I put this order in to do curbside pickup through the chick fil a app. I like that it's convenient what I don't like is that they start your order once you are close to the location. I was right across the street but you have to be at the light in front of chick fil a for the app to catch that you're nearby and they can start your meal. read more

I think this Chickfla location is good. Jennifer and Nick were very helpful when I ordered and picked up food, Jennifer was polite and patient. Nick was helpful refilling drinks and I barely drank any and he still did it I was very very thirsty and got a refill before I left. Every time I come to this location there is always good service but they really need to work on cleaning the floor, tables, and keep everything organized but I would say my experience is good here and I enjoy this spot. read more

For Thanksgiving, my team is responsible for getting food for our entire site -- 200 people. We had ordered from Einstein Bagels and they cancelled on us the morning of with no warning or notification. Only found out when I went there. We called this Chick-fil-A and they answered the call. Within 1.5 hours of making the request, the team there had made 200 sandwiches for us. I commend the effort, the professionalism, and the kindness the entire team that worked the morning of 11/26/25 showed to me. They even assisted carrying everything out to my car. Had a very unfortunate experience with the manager, Reyna. I have never written a review but deemed this was necessary enough to let others know. I only ordered a mac and cheese through a gentleman in the line, as i approached the window i heard a woman say " who f***** orders mac and cheese at this time?" I was with my kids and it was what i could afford. I brought this to the attention of the young woman handing me my food, i asked for the woman's name which is Reyna. The young woman at the window apologized to me for Reyna's behavior and agreed her comment was extremely rude. As I'm in the drive thru I think it's very unprofessional for a leader manager to reprimand an employee while he is in the drive thru servicing guest. There's always a time and place to correct , fix or coach a behavior. I'm sure the one with the raspy voice is some sort of leader of this team. Maybe let's try to conduct coaching behind the scenes so the employee doesn't feel embarrassed or discouraged about doing their jobs.
