First time ordering pickup from here, I normally go through the Drive thru window. As I was picking up an order from target I put this order in to do curbside pickup through the chick fil a app. I like that it's convenient what I don't like is that they start your order once you are close to the location. I was right across the street but you have to be at the light in front of chick fil a for the app to catch that you're nearby and they can start your meal. read more

Chick Fil-a Chicken sandwiches shrunk. What happened? The prices have gone up and their sandwiches have gone down in size. Not right!!! I think this Chickfla location is good. Jennifer and Nick were very helpful when I ordered and picked up food, Jennifer was polite and patient. Nick was helpful refilling drinks and I barely drank any and he still did it I was very very thirsty and got a refill before I left. Every time I come to this location there is always good service but they really need to work on cleaning the floor, tables, and keep everything organized but I would say my experience is good here and I enjoy this spot. read more

We had ordered from Einstein Bagels and they cancelled on us the morning of with no warning or notification. Only found out when I went there. We called this Chick-fil-A and they answered the call. Within 1.5 hours of making the request, the team there had made 200 sandwiches for us. I commend the effort, the professionalism, and the kindness the entire team that worked the morning of 11/26/25 showed to me. They even assisted carrying everything out to my car. Had a very unfortunate experience with the manager, Reyna. I have never written a review but deemed this was necessary enough to let others know. I only ordered a mac and cheese through a gentleman in the line, as i approached the window i heard a woman say " who f***** orders mac and cheese at this time?" I was with my kids and it was what i could afford. I brought this to the attention of the young woman handing me my food, i asked for the woman's name which is Reyna. The young woman at the window apologized to me for Reyna's behavior and agreed her comment was extremely rude. Not looking to get anyone disciplined just wanted to make sure she is aware there are all kinds of people from different walks of life and to be considerate of others. As I'm in the drive thru I think it's very unprofessional for a leader manager to reprimand an employee while he is in the drive thru servicing guest. There's always a time and place to correct , fix or coach a behavior. I'm sure the one with the raspy voice is some sort of leader of this team. Maybe let's try to conduct coaching behind the scenes so the employee doesn't feel embarrassed or discouraged about doing their jobs. And FYI him (the young black guy) as well as the other ones in the drive were doing an excellent job. Just hearing her voice irritated me so I'm sure it made them uneasy read more

For fast food it's not bad but let's be honest here.. the chicken nuggets are better than the sandwich since Popeyes has taken the top spot for chicken sandwiches... just tried the breakfast chicken biscuit thingy... that should be offered all day long...really good but the biscuit will drop crumbs all over you if you eat in your car... be careful..this location seems to get a lot of orders wrong... Ordered on the mobile app for in-store pickup. It says to click "I'm here" when you get there, but the order took a while last time, so we pressed the button when we were about 7 minutes out. Got to the restaurant, and it was semi-busy. 5 people waiting for their mobile orders, so I'm glad we didn't wait until we got there. They don't start prepping the order until you click "I'm here." Everything was ready to go about 7 minutes after we actually got there. Entire order was perfect, and everyone was happy.
