Quick and delicious meal. I'm literally here every week, if not twice a week. The lines get really long during lunch time, but it still goes by fairly fast. My favorite thing there is a spicy chicken sandwich and the frosted coffee (so good-their cold crew + icedream). The crew is always really nice; huge props to the cashier who dressed up as pikachu for halloween :D. Also if you play pokemon, you can reach the starbucks pokestop while you're in the drive through lane. Oh and if you download the chickfila app and scan it when you checkout, you can earn treats fairly fast. Once in a while the store will send you a just because treat too!!. read more

Like some of the others here, I have to say that this isn't typically the type of place I'd think about reviewing; I mean, it's Chick-Fil-A right? You more or less know what to expect going in. Thing is, they're better than expected; and when people do their jobs as well as these folks do, they deserve to be publicly commended for it. I'd never been to this location before; truth is, I almost NEVER eat "fast food". But my wife and kids do, quite often - and the kids flat-out LOVE Chick-Fil-A, so it wasn't a gigantic surprise when our 4-year-old said she wanted to have her birthday party here. (The bulk of her party happened at a nearby bounce-house place, but she wanted to eat at Chick-Fil-A first, so this was where we congregated initially.) So we get there at 2 PM on Saturday, and the place is just completely SLAMMED. Customers everywhere you look. The wife had called a few days ahead to inquire as to whether they could accommodate us, and they basically said: "Yeah, just show up and we'll take care of you." As I'm approaching the door, I'm thinking: "Jesus, we've got 20 people who will be showing up in the next 10 minutes and this place is packed to the gills; this is going to be a complete disaster." As I walk through the door, I'm immediately and warmly greeted by a young gent who must have been one of the Managers on Duty (I believe his name was Kyle). We explained to him (somewhat sheepishly, given how busy they already were) what we were hoping to accomplish, and he couldn't have possibly been more genuine, accommodating, or gracious in making sure that everything we needed was taken care of quickly. He and another guy (who I also presume was a manager - I'm irritated at myself for not getting his name) spent the next hour or so making sure, amidst all of the other chaos they were tasked with managing, that our experience was perfect. I can't speak highly enough about their attitudes, or the competency with which they managed the situation we threw at them - just outstanding, on every level. EXACTLY what you want from management in a service-oriented business. If I ran a Chick-Fil-A, these two guys would absolutely be at the top of the list of people I'd want running it. My sincere thanks to both of them for hitting an absolute home run with our group. At the end of the day my daughter said: "Daddy, this was the best day EVER!" - and while Chick-Fil-A was only one part of what we did that day, it did set the tone for everything that followed - it could have easily gone badly, and ruined the whole day; but the managers there who took care of us made sure that didn't happen, and their diligence went a long way in making sure our day got off to a great start. I take my little man to fast food places a ton! Not for food but for the play scapes. Down here in Texas it gets so hot outside I can't stand it for to long and since my son is a toddler he can get over heated fast and that is not good. I enjoy taking him here because it is the right size for him he can go up play in the tubes and car. I can tell he loves it and we try to go when it's not overly packed. Those big kids are not always thoughtful of the smaller kids. What I like best is family night. This is there ploy to get a crowd on a slow night but it is now one of their best nights now. They have arts and crafts. They have had "Sparkles" the silly clown. She is pretty good getting the kids to take turns and line up. She does face painting and balloon craziness. Little man only gets a sword. I love going letting him play and do a craft. It's good for him to get out and socialize with kids. I would say family night was there best move. Hate they don't on Sunday but good for them they don't have to. read more

I am not a big fan of chain restaurants, but having two boys, my dining options are limited to -- food that they can eat and a place that will get them out of my hair. This place seems to fit the bill and I feel less guilty because I can recognize the meat. This particular Chick-fi-la is the best. It is super bright, clean and has super service. The employees bring you your meal and cleanup after you. They even ask to refill your drinks and bring you mints! That is service I don't expect from a fast food chain. Also, they have family nights every month where there is either a clown or some other activity for the kids. And, since we're in the burbs, there is 2 drive thru lanes! read more

I love Chic-Fil-A food and it's customer service! It's what it is known for!!! However, today I saw an employee aggressively belittle their own team member right in front of me. It was rude and distasteful, especially since this is the opposite of what Chick-fil-a stands for!!! The look on the employees face was embarrassment and shame! The drive-thru operater was also very short and expressed a low demeanor of dealing with face-to-face customer service. Very rude, if you will!! She needs to be retrained or maybe that is not the job for her. I hope someone addresses this for I have never seen or experienced this type of behavior at any of your stores. Thank you! read more

I normally wouldn't waste my time reviewing a fast food restaurant. I mean, seriously, the food is the same no matter which on you go to. But I thought I should comment on the service here. First, they planned the layout of the drive-through pretty well. There are two drive-through lanes and service is lickety-split fast. Unless there is a delivery truck behind the restaurant, you have a pretty clear view when you pull back out into traffic from the drive-through. But if one of those big 18-wheeler delivery trucks is there, be extra careful because your view of oncoming traffic is obscured. Now as for eating inside, I have never done it. Honestly, the layout for that kinda stinks. The drive-through lanes wrap around the restaurant so you have to dodge the cars in these lanes to get to the door. A little awkward. But, I love those chicken nuggets. And the people who work there are very friendly and nice. Also they will give your dog a biscuit if he is in the car with you. Be nice to my dog and you know I'll like you! read more

I went to chick fã lá this morning because my daughter has a doc appointment. And my card for some reason was not working at the moment and the guy at the window Joseph was very patient and respectful with me and I told him I needed to call my husband to see what's going on with the card. And as I'm on the phone with my husband the manager artiago idk how to spell his name but he came to the window with just the most angriest and rude face and told me I need to move because I'm holding up the line. Never in my life have I been talked to this way AT chick fã lá. I love chick fã lá not only because of the good food, but because of they have very respectable and kind people who work there. I was very shocked and hurt that he spoke to me like that. I told my husband about it and he went up there and used the same card and it worked! (Sept.15) Disappointed the playscape area isn't monitored. A sign states area is for ages 5 and under but some older, very aggressive boys were taking over the playscape. I was afraid for my 3 year old's safety! YesOur food was great, but no one stopped by our table offering refills or asking about our meals. Today (Oct. 8), I went through drive-thru at 3:44. I got home, started eating my #1 sandwich, and it was hard to chew. I've never had this texture with a chick fil a sandwich. I tried to call but after several rings after selections the option to speak to someone I gave up. What a disappointing sandwich today. I love this chick fil a location. Being here may times. Place looks great after renovation. They are always well staffed, efficient and extremely polite and helpful. Drive thru is always busy but you get out really quick, so don't be deterred by a long line. At rush hour they always have extra staff and makes the drive thru very efficient. Inside the restaurant is clean, staff comes deliver your food at your table in a timely manner and they allways check on you to make sure you have all the sauces that you need and if you need a free refill :) read more

What's not to like about Chick-fil-A?! Good food and the most polite and friendly staff of any restaurant chain. No matter what time of day I go there is always a line in both drive-thrus. Despite that they always get the order correct and keep the line moving at a decent pace. In real heavy times I've seen them post employees outside to expedite both the ordering and payment/pick-up service. The food is consistently warm, cooked well, and tastes good. I didn't think I should review a chain restaurant, because aren't they all the same? Well, after visiting many different Chick-fil-A locations, it's very obvious that they're not all equal! I just have to give praise to this particular location, because every single time we've gone here, the service has been above and beyond. Someone almost always brings a high chair to my table for me, and a lot of times they even bring the little place mats & cheerios for my toddlers for me. They come around and check on us several times to see if we need any refills or napkins. I really, really appreciate this especially having 4 kids- it's nice to have someone be so helpful. It's definitely not something I expect, nor have I ever experienced at ANY other fast food place. We love this Chick-fil-A, and they're doing a wonderful job with customer service here! read more

Me and my girlfriend went through the drive thru so she could get a grilled chicken wrap. She asked for it with no tomato and added pickles with a small fry and Mac and cheese. The person at drive thru was a teenager who did not check the order before she handed it out. When we got the food the Mac and cheese and the fry's were missing along with the pickles not added and tomato on top of the chicken wrap. When we went through the drive thru again to get the order fixed the same teen girl with a spotted mask was there. When I told her what happened, instead of an apology she just said "for real?" And I was just dumbfounded because I was sure that chick-fil-a had the most respectful employees but I'm not sure anymore. Hopefully this isn't an issue in the future. read more

Super clean store with supurb customer service! I love that they have little flowers on the tables and that the staff comes around to check on you and offer free refills on your drinks. Staff members at this location are very hospitable and welcoming. Every visit I always see someone cleaning the lobby and ensuring everyone is taken care of with everything they need. Managers are always present and helping the staff for a quicker experience. This location offers a play area for the little ones to play while you enjoy your food. Food was great and I loved the environment! They are very personable! At the beginning of our order, Micah asked for my name and took our order. He brought our drinks to us and called me by name (kudos for remembering names, I can't to save my life). Food was brought out to us and when we finished, they asked if we were done with our tray and took it away. I loved the place mats that stuck to the table (smart idea!) and the little hand sanitizing wipes (great for the kiddos). Of course, food was awesome! Chick-fil-A is kind of soul-sapping--the chaos inside and out of an overly popular restaurant, everyone scurrying about noisily, wrappers and trays and the smell of peanutty oils permeates your skin clothes and brain. The chicken sandwiches are good, but after a thousand, I estimate, I'm well past my limit. The kids like the nuggets, but as atmospheres go, it's akin to eating in a busy airport and everyone is late for a flight somewhere they don't want to go with people they'd rather not be with. But hey, the waffle fries are good if you take them home and re-heat them in the oven so they get crunchy, which they never are when you buy them. read more

The people are nice, they give you all the BBQ sauce you could ask for, and the chicken was so tender. Cautionary Tale- Absolutely the worst experience we have had at any fast food restaurant. We ordered at the drive thru because the building is not open, due to COVID, completely understandable. Used our debit card for $18.10. No problem, food was fine. Next morning woke up to see an additional charge of $50.00 from Chik fil a from Atlanta. Called to advise our card had been compromise. Spoke to 5 people, all had the same thing to say, "call your bank". Our debit card was compromised at the location and no one took any accountability or even acknowledged they had been hacked. Be careful. This is the Cedar Park location on Whitestone. No way to get ahold of anyone at the executive office. The call center people are extremely rude and will talk over you and are very abrupt. If you're like me then there is little in life you enjoy more than eating a chicken sandwich or chicken nuggets and waffle fries in the comfort of your car. It is truly one of life's great pleasures. Well, brother/sister, let me tell you that this place did not disappoint. I was able to get my chicken and waffle fries (Let's not kid ourselves, if there is a better fry than the waffle fry, we haven't discovered it. Some people will say that curly fries are better, and those people have always angered me. And don't even mention crinkle fries, this is a serious conversation and I have no time for that nonsense.) with a minimum of human interaction and be on my way, enjoying the adequate sandwich and amazing fries in a very reasonable amount of time. There are people who have a moral objection to Chic Fil-a and to those people I say, "Sir/madam, you are eating a sandwich from a bag. Climb down off that high horse." Anywhoo... If you are in the market to a perfectly adequate meal that doesn't require cooking or making eye contact with another person, than this is the place for you. I rarely leave the house for lunch these days but had a hankering for a Chickfila sandwich and mac and cheese that would not go away on its own. I was dismayed at the long lines of cars winding through the parking lot to the drive thru and thought briefly about giving up on the dream. I'm glad I stuck it out. The courteous (as always) employees worked as efficiently as possible to get everyone through, and my food was absolutely perfect. That might well have been the best chicken sandwich I've had in some time. Perfectly crispy and delicious! The mac and cheese was just right, too.
