My husband and I love chick-fil-a and were super excited to see one opening so close to us. However my first visit was pretty disappointing. I went before working a night shift (I'm a nurse) and ordered drive thru. They gave me the wrong sandwich so I went to the door to tell them. The girl I spoke to went back in to get me a new sandwich- which was still not the one I had ordered and paid for. I told her and she said I was wrong and it was "impossible" and asked to see the sandwiches.. saying that in front of other customers there made me feel like she thought I was lying. She went back in and 10 mins later she brought someone out with her who I explained the situation to- she asked for my receipt which they did not give me when I paid and then went back inside. I told them I was a nurse and really needed to leave to get to the hospital on time for my shift. They finally came out with what I had originally ordered. All in all it took about 25 mins and I was then running late to work- I ate fast as I drove and ended up with a stomach ache for the next few hours, not exactly how I wanted to start my work day. My sister and I are too lazy to cook food so we decided to find a restaurant or fast food on Yelp to eat our food. And then we found this place. It just took 20 mins to drive before we arrived there. We are using our car and were glad that they have a huge slice of parking lot. It's easy to park here since there are a lot of vacancies. When we enter I can see that they have nice and clean surroundings. The staff looked busy and they greeted us when they saw us. After we ordered, we sat on the table near the window. We have a view outside. After that our order came. Their burgers were delicious but I don't like their nuggets. It was too dry for me. It was hard to bite. I have been eating CFA for years. I ordered a chicken sandwich and was burping an egg taste all day. I felt so gross all day. It's been over a month and I can't seem to be able to put chicken in my mouth. I'm never going to this location ever again! I only ordered fried nuggets. This order took 8 minutes before it was served to me. The packaging was good. After half an hour I'm at my house and give the nuggets to my wife. We eat it after I change my clothes. My wife loves chicken because of its crispiness. She also likes the flavor of it. She said that it seasoned well. For my second time ever going into a Chick-Fil-A, I was extremely impressed with the hospitality and quality customer service provided by one of the employees, who seemed to be a trainer by what her name tag stated and the fact that there was another employee observing her. Make sure you check your order before you leave .They leave food out and when you get home and call to let them know they say oh just come back and get it the next time you're here. I would like to begin to say I love Chick-fil-A specially this location and I come here often with my family. Although, my wife and I saw something very concerning today while ordering inside and I believe it goes against the Chick-fil-A family motto and I wanted to be sure that the girl with glasses and the ponytail from what my wife told me was okay. We saw what seem to look like a manger wearing a blue shirt and I believe his name was "Micheal" as seen on his name tag when we were eating and our family as we are ordering watched as the manager goes to throw what looks like a box full of sauce at the employee and believes it's funny to say "a gift for you" which I had found to be very disrespectful considering he practically hit the girl with the box. Even my own children know better than to throw things at people! Totally outrageous that chickfila has employees that are so vicious in the work environment! Later she went on to talk to another manager on shift and he seemed very empathetic and she (the girl) walked to the bathroom. Now I admit my wife is very nosey so shortly after my wife also walked in the bathroom and seen 2 employees one being the girl who was now crying and another girl with a ponytail attempting to console her and hear out the situation. Chickfila do better!! My wife made an attempt to talk to the employee that was consoling her and her answers seemed pretty vague Im assuming because it may be against the rules? But I'm unsure. 6/21/23 - Service is not good! I go to chick fila for breakfast about 3 times a week. Today was the worst service I have ever encountered! Waited at the drive thru for 2 to 3 min and no one acknowledged my wait or care to take my order. When I finally spoke up, a lady comes on and I asked if I could place an order. She did not reply with sure or ok but says oh. She had an attitude and made me feel that I was an inconvenience. As I am placing the order, I told her I needed no sauce. She replied in a sarcastic manner and repeated " no salt". I spoke up louder assuming she couldn't hear me, and she shouted back "well OK then". Her tone was very rude and uncalled for! Afterwards, I can hear her giggling and it took her a few seconds to get back on the mic. I then decided to pull forward. I don't have time for immaturity! As I pull up, she comes out with an arrogant attitude, no good morning but all she said was $4.49. I gave her my CC and as I was doing that, another employee stepped out, glanced at me, placed her hands over her mouth and started to giggle. When I finally got my food, no thank you but the words "here you go". Needless to say. I threw away my breakfast sandwich this morning because I did not know if the sandwich was eatable and/or what they might have done with it. If service and attitude is that bad, I did not feel that my meal was prepared/handled with care. Awarding this place 5 stars in solidarity with the workers who are forced to put up with incredibly rude, ornery customers. They're dealing with a ton of orders between drive-thru, in person, and mobile ordering options. It's one of the more tempting breakfast and lunch options there is, and a whole lot of people want to eat the most delicious made to order above average fast food around. Just don't go if you're in a hurry. Maybe pretend you're in New York where having to endure an agonizing wait for seemingly basic food items like chicken tenders is considered a mark of quality. The employees appear to be working and not screwing around, which isn't the case with many fast/fast casual dining establishments. And my food was still hot 20 minutes after I picked it up, which also isn't the case with many fast/fast casual dining establishments. I have been going here almost every day and I must say that it is quite a good experience. Why? Because the staff here are so nice, service would most likely be quick, especially in the morning, but if the restaurant is busy, of course, there would be slow service. They are always accurate with my orders, and they followed up on a few requests I made. Everybody loves Chick-fil-a and I am one of them because there are so many things to love about this restaurant. Their chicken alone could really get me, and I definitely love their chicken the most compared to the other restaurants like them. In all seriousness, chicken, particularly my favorite, which is their chicken nuggets, is the best here because it is always fresh and it tastes really good even without the sauce. The chicken nuggets were delicious, but their sauce tasted great too, and it was just really wonderful. There are a lot of locations of Chick-fil-a and they all have the same food, but I always go, particularly to this location, because it is near and convenient for me. I think the longest time I waited was a bout half an hour, it was understandable because a lot of people go in here and I really wanted their food so I waited for that long. .
