Plain & simple, I love Chick-fil-A. They're one of the best fast food chains (if not the best). The food is delicious and the customer service is the best you'll ever get at any fast food establishment. Whenever I'm by Chicago Ridge mall I always make a stop at Chick-fil-A. We opened them up and realized they weren't spicy so my husband went up to the counter and let them know very politely. They gave us the wrong order again. We just ate it because we were annoyed. Basically, that's the reason for the two stars. Kind of annoying to get your order mistaken twice. Besides that, the employees seemed nice but the people that were patronizing the place where kind of gross mall people... Didn't offer for me to speak to a manager or anything, and kept saying it's on door dash and they need to fix it. No, you fucked up, you guys need to fix it. She kept saying i need to contact door dash and the driver. So I did, with no response, and with no number to contact door dash. She said I can't get a credit and get the food delivered, i had to pick one or the other. I obviously had to get the credit because door dash didn't answer. Disappointed in the service and this Chick Fil A as a whole. My nuggets were burnt, and they gave me 8 instead of the 12 that I paid for. I was going to give two stars, but I dropped it down to one because i'm that annoyed. I know it's fast food, but I think it's the point more than anything.
