Absolutely horrendous. I do not know what is going on at this Chick-fil-A but I live in Hutton County and all the Chick-fil-A's near me are absolutely wonderful. Great service, friendly staff great operations great food. Here, however I will never come back to this Chick-fil-A, not only was I waiting in the drive-through for a Mobile order for almost 10 minutes after 9 PM, the staff at the door wasn't talking to me at all was greeting at all, they were acting like they were in some kind of sorority and they were gossiping. I don't understand why you would hire anybody that would be lazy and not engaging at all. They had their back facing to me the entire time. Then to the girls dropped one of my bags, and they tried to see if I had seen it, I told them yes I saw that and that they need to remake it. I am served safe certified in food and alcohol, so I was not about to take something that was dropped. Then I asked to speak to a manager, and one of the girls asked "About what?" I responded, saying it doesn't matter. So Nathan came over and he was very nice. He was very polite and I'm sorry that he was stuck with the staff that just doesn't care. Nathan was able to get my food remade and I appreciate that however after getting home, my sandwich was missing from my order. Very upsetting experience, I don't know if I have the option to contact corporate, but this is very disappointing for the Chick-fil-A brand. Highly recommend hiring outside consultation to help train your staffing basic customer service because whoever trained them needs to be fired. read more

It's always packed just as every location. The drive thru is the busiest. I like the online ordering option. It would be greater if there had an online only line. It seems to take quite awhile to get through the drive through. The food is excellent and the orders are always correct. I kept hearing about this spectacular Mac and cheese dip we had to try it. Service was....rough which is uncommon for this location. The cashier was chatting/gossiping with another cashier the entire time I was placing my order. Tonight was the second time this week we have came to this location. They completely botched our orders. It is a SIMPLE fix. Those kids they have in little booths outside look bored to death and have no care in the world. The lady running the window seemed nice and professional. We totally didn't realize you must now have to ask for chic fil a sauce to get any. Not one employee asked us if we would like any. Extremely let down in this specific location. The staff was very friendly. There was no wait. Everyone was ready to help, whether it to be taking your order or helping someone on the side to get a refill of pop. My order came out wrong and they fixed it immediately, however, the chicken strips that were already in my box were not cooked properly. I wouldn't call them raw, but they looked really gross on the inside. Instead of complaining we threw it all away. This is a strange Chick-fil-A location. Since I have only been to this location alone, I conferred with my husband to make sure it wasn't just me. He is in complete agreement. Anytime either of us have dined at this location they seem frazzled, and generally confused. My latest venture in had me waiting 7 minutes at the at the pick up window for a cookie I ordered through the app. That is it. A cookie. While waiting, I heard several customers thank the employees. What I heard was not the famed "my pleasure." What I heard was "sure, okay, and mmm hmm." Food is not quite as good as expected. In their haste, food seems to be taken out of the fryer early. Thus, the food is not as golden. The slight crispness is gone. Fry containers are not as full as they are elsewhere. Lastly, my latest cookie was on the small side, for Chick-fil-A.. It looks like a Chick-fil-A. Has the menu of a Chick-fil-A. This location does not have the same quality control as a regular Chick-fil-A. read more

Recommend you check your to-go order before you leave the restaurant. My last 2 orders both had missing items. I know it id a busy time and labor is tight. Unfortunately, today when I went back for the missing Mac and cheese. They put it in directly in a bag and I had no idea it was completely burned. See pic below. Online ordering= a total win. I've always been impressed with this location. I was meeting a Mom friend to let our littles play in the kid area when I decided to try the mobile online ordering. Sometimes, it can be a total hassle waiting in lines that can get long. I started a mobile order while I was at home. When we got to the restaurant, you simply select "I'm here" on the app and proceed inside. When we walked in, the lovely lady at the register was bagging our food and asked, "Are you Rebecca?" SO EASY. I was totally impressed and our order was fresh. The play area is always kept clean and they even provide purell wipes just in case. Wonderful location. read more

I always had a great and speedy experience with Chick-fil-A in downtown Chicago locations. My experience at this suburban location was poor. First the staff looked like they were all teenagers just out of school.The order taker told me their store wasn't affiliated with the app on my phone, even though the Anderson location appeared in the app. The sandwich took much longer than expected and when it arrived, it was a mess. Tasted good though. My chocolate shake tasted good too but there were chunks of something in it. I found bits of strawberry in it. Good thing I'm not allergic! This Chick-fil-A has gone so far downhill. Pre-Covid they provided excellent service every day. Now the food is sub-standard by Chick-fil-A standards and the staff is very apathetic. They still have the Covid drive thru set up that they rarely use that takes up half the parking lot. My wife and I usually go for breakfast after taking our dog to the park once a week. The breakfast quality has gotten so poor that I don't want to go back. This morning I got a spicy chicken biscuit that I would be surprised if the chicken patty was more than 1oz. At $7 for the combo there is no reason the chicken should be less than 3oz. The Chick-fil-A website specifies 153 grams or 5.3 oz for the sandwich. When I can't even see the chicken patty because it doesn't exceed the diameter of the biscuit it's too small. The owner of this location obviously only cares about their bottom line and not about the quality of food they are providing at all times. read more

I specifically told the people who work at this chic-Fil-a, that every time they send me away in the drive thru with a fry that's barely half full, I'm taking a photo and posting it online. They do this ALL THE TIME, especially their night crew. I only recently started documenting with photos. Even during a busy lunch rush, this place is still fast, efficient and friendly. Really! The folks that are working here seem to enjoy their jobs and their enthusiasm shows. A kind employee approached us when he saw my son eating from my waffle fry container. "Would you like a place mat, young fella?" he asked, unfolding a plastic mat that adhered to the table. This small gesture spoke to the store's high quality management. Maybe I've fallen under the spell of the people in the cow suit but I vote CHIKN! I wish more places were this clean, this nice and this friendly to kids. It's great that we get free drink refills and ice cream - without asking! And it helps that we get free food everytime we turn around because that crazy cow keeps giving my kids coupons! We run a 5K, we get free nuggets. We play football, they give out free sandwiches. We buy AMAZING milk shakes, they donate 10% of our order to an area youth sports team. Yeah, CHIKN...............
