Rating: (4.1/5) Butterbee's American Grille is a really cool spot! It definitely looks like a great place to watch a game or pretty much any sporting event. The atmosphere is fun and relaxed, and the staff were friendly and very attentive throughout our visit. We started with the pickle sticks and pretzel bits, and both were really good. For our meals, we ordered the chicken tenders and the Southwest Burger. The chicken tenders were a standout -- very tender, flavorful, and delicious. Definitely something I would highly recommend. The waffle fries were also really good. I do wish they had more options when it comes to chicken sandwiches, though, because I think that would be a great addition to the menu. The Southwest Burger was good, and I absolutely loved the Southwest ranch! My only complaint was the size of the burger. It was HUGE -- two quarter-pound patties was more than I needed. I wish they offered a smaller option with just one patty. Overall, we really enjoyed Butterbee's. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and plenty of good food options. The in-laws like this place a lot so we stopped in for dinner. Not too busy (they were surprised it wasn't busier actually). Server was nice and it was prompt. I stopped in on a Wednesday evening for dinner. My waitress Lacey was very good at her job she kept my drink filled at all times and continue to check on me after my food came. I ordered an order of cheese sticks which came out hot and delicious. And then I ordered a single cheeseburger with mayonnaise and waffle fries and they were both delicious. I will definitely be back they are in the middle of remodeling also but it looks real nice in there and you really can't tell the remodeling cuz they haven't tarped off read more

I had lunch here with my kids and grandson recently. My son and grandson are picky eaters so we ended up here. It was mediocre at best. My grandson had Grilled Cheese and Fries. He liked it. But... it's just grilled cheese and fries. We had the Cheese Sticks for an appetizer. They were the standard frozen cheese sticks. My son had Boneless Wings (chicken nuggets) with the sauce on the side. My grilled sandwich tasted like processed chicken meat and was very overcooked. I didn't eat it. I made a pick up order, when it was picked up and brought home it was terrible. About 2T of rice which was cold, broccoli was cold fish was not done. Was there when it was finished so no didn't set. This was one week ago. Called as soon as got home, manager just brushed it off asked several times if it was door dashed I repeatedly said no was in parking lot when ordered. Wanted to give me credit to which I responded no would not be returning I want my money back said she couldn't do that. All she could do was remake or credit. Repeatedly said wanted money back she said she would call me tomorrow. Here it is a week later so I called and asked for GM which said someone would call between 4 and 4:45 it is now 7:15 still no call will try again tomorrow. I am not very happy. We eat there at least one time a week and usually more, but after this no more. Meal was thrown away. Would leave a zero star if that was available read more

Another of my go to places! They have good specials during the week, check 'em out! I've ate many things here: burgers, chicken, pork chops, appetizers, ribs - heck I've probably had 1/2 the menu! I've always had good service and I love that this is a mom and pop type of local place. Oh, if you're a young/single guy I've found the female servers here are very "talented". ;-). the scenery is definitely better than average! read more

Decided to stop in for brunch and we were pleasantly surprised. I had not had good experiences here but my husband had, so we gave it another shot. We got there as soon as they opened, so we were the first customers. It was quiet and there was no wait. Our server was sweet. She told us about a new menu item that they are trying out but have not permanently added to the menu yet. Chicken and Waffles! Now this girl loves her some C&W! So, my ears perked up, but when she said it came with syrup AND hot sauce, I was sold! We both had the C&W, side salad and waffle fries (it comes with 2 sides) I was so stuffed, I couldn't eat the fries. The blue cheese dressing on the salad was homemade and so good! The chicken was seasoned well and the waffle was crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. The prices were very reasonable. We are going to try to get back. read more

Driving up, the parking lot was almost completely full. Being a single party, I expected to be seated at the bar. To my surprise, I was greeting and offered a booth in the dining room. My waitress Courtny was very timely at greeting me, and offering me a beverage. She also provided the best customer service, answered any questions I had and made sure that I was ok with the options I chose so I would know what to expect. She was courteous and brought a refill on my beverage early, which I loved. She is the best server I have had in a long time. She checked in about desert and was not pushy. The food was fast to arrive, and flavor was perfect, everything was seasoned well. I totally understand why the parking lot was full, this restaurant is the place to be for good food and amazing service. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area. read more

We walked in and immediately were greeted by multiple good mornings from the staff. They only serve breakfast and lunch here but the menu is really expansive. I wanted to do the pancakes which are dinner plate size but stuck with the basic breakfast because it's so yummy. Eggs were cooked perfectly. The hash-browns were delicious with just the right amount of brown and the bacon was perfectly crisp. Love that this place supports the animals. They feature adoptable pets on tv screens and do fundraising through out the year. Love that everyone seems to know each other. Servers are greeting guests by name. Just has a great diner feel to it. Very cozy and comfortable. Definitely with the trek to get here.

We had a large number in our group for a Saturday night, had about 24. Was able to get seated in a few minutes had Ashley T. as our server. She did a great job!!!
