I stopped in on a Wednesday evening for dinner. My waitress Lacey was very good at her job she kept my drink filled at all times and continue to check on me after my food came. I ordered an order of cheese sticks which came out hot and delicious. And then I ordered a single cheeseburger with mayonnaise and waffle fries and they were both delicious. But... it's just grilled cheese and fries. We had the Cheese Sticks for an appetizer. They were the standard frozen cheese sticks. My son had Boneless Wings (chicken nuggets) with the sauce on the side. My grilled sandwich tasted like processed chicken meat and was very overcooked. I didn't eat it. Wanted to give me credit to which I responded no would not be returning I want my money back said she couldn't do that. All she could do was remake or credit. Repeatedly said wanted money back she said she would call me tomorrow. Here it is a week later so I called and asked for GM which said someone would call between 4 and 4:45 it is now 7:15 still no call will try again tomorrow. I am not very happy. Decided to stop in for brunch and we were pleasantly surprised. I had not had good experiences here but my husband had, so we gave it another shot. We got there as soon as they opened, so we were the first customers. It was quiet and there was no wait. Our server was sweet. She told us about a new menu item that they are trying out but have not permanently added to the menu yet. Chicken and Waffles! Now this girl loves her some C&W! So, my ears perked up, but when she said it came with syrup AND hot sauce, I was sold! We both had the C&W, side salad and waffle fries (it comes with 2 sides) I was so stuffed, I couldn't eat the fries. The blue cheese dressing on the salad was homemade and so good! The chicken was seasoned well and the waffle was crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. The prices were very reasonable. We are going to try to get back. read more

Driving up, the parking lot was almost completely full. Being a single party, I expected to be seated at the bar. To my surprise, I was greeting and offered a booth in the dining room. My waitress Courtny was very timely at greeting me, and offering me a beverage. She also provided the best customer service, answered any questions I had and made sure that I was ok with the options I chose so I would know what to expect. She was courteous and brought a refill on my beverage early, which I loved. She is the best server I have had in a long time. She checked in about desert and was not pushy. The food was fast to arrive, and flavor was perfect, everything was seasoned well.
