My go-to chick-fil-a, mainly because it's the closest one to me. Location isn't the best because it's right off the exit, so there's often a back up of traffic when it gets to lunch and dinner time. I've noticed some of the employees remember some of the customers names (i've only experienced it happen in the mornings during breakfast), which is nice because that shows they remember regulars and even ask them how they're doing or where they've been. read more

Like all jokes aside, this is the slowest Chick-Fil-A I've ever been to. It's normal to have to wait 20 minutes in line. They don't do the thing where they send someone outside to help take orders faster. And once I lie to you not, I got all the way up to the speaker to order just to be told that their system or something was down and people weren't even able to order. The woman telling us was super nonchalant and people were ticked.The food and service is great but this line and the chaos that happens because there is no place for all the cars to go is not ideal at all. I ordered a large diet lemonade from the drive thru at breakfast, which I have several times. When I went to drink it, it tasted like it had either turned bad or had cleaner in it. It burned my throat and I have had a sore throat for the past 3 days and a cough. This Chickfila is always super crowded---especially the drive thru---but they have great customer service and I've never had a problem with any of my orders. The drive-thru line always looks insanely long, but moves very fast. I like how they repeat your order back to you so you can catch any mistakes. I've eaten indoors and the service was great, someone was even bringing us condiments and mints. It doesn't get much better than that!! Fast food? I would most certainly say not. It was not fast to say the least, I have been a fan of this "restaurant" for sometime, but the wait and inefficiency for overpriced chicken is a bit much. This is another example of a chain fast food joint that becomes too big for their bridges, over popular and just rest of their laurels. These reviews are funny, and agreeable. Chick Fil-A is quite overpriced for some glorified chicken. Ooh just because they put a pickle on it! I don't even like pickles on my chicken sandwich. So my coworker/friend is in love with Chick Fil-A, so we go there quite often, and I always leave thinking how dumb I am that I paid $6 for a chicken sammich combo and I would have been just as happy (or not) with a $1 mcchicken from the golden arches. I don't generally get strips/nuggets there--it seems like a lot to pay for a small amount of food. Plus, their sauces do nothing for me, so whats the point. Don't get me wrong, its not bad, its just nothing great either. Except for the milkshakes. They might have some of the best milkshakes to be had at a fast food establishment. The lines are always long, but don't let that stop you. In their favor, they move very quickly. The breakfast is also kinda good. They "make" their biscuits "fresh" every day. I tend to eat their bfast because its the same price as McDs but seems like you get more food and it tastes a bit better. The redesign of this Chick-fil-A is great considering they've added fountain soda machines where you can get refills for yourself, but the service here is hit or miss. I've sometimes encountered very friendly employees (mostly the younger kids working the registers) but there is one older manager in particular who is downright surely. I mean straight up, oscar-the-grouch grumpy, and even more so when dealing with people who aren't dropping twenty bucks a visit. What do I mean? I mean utilizing the awesome promotions CFA often runs for free items and their Cow Card. No joke, I came in here and used my free cow card offer one month for a Chicken Bagel breakfast sandwich and asked to have the cheese and egg left off. But since he couldn't figure out how to do it in the computer he attempted to charge me for a bagel and added chicken, which was beyond understandable. The thing that bothered me was he went out of his way to make it sound like I was the problem and geez if this "kid" just ordered this as is he wouldn't be causing this problem. The employees were unprofessional talking to each other instead of engaging with the customers and after I got home my order was wrong. I LOVE Chick-Fil-A, but I am always stressed to go to this location. The drive-thru lane is always wrapped all the way around the building, usually blocking the entrance to people who just want to park and go in, and sometimes blocks the main road as well. The last time I was here, I had to park across the street at a different business, just so I could walk in. (Plenty of parking spots were available. I just couldn't get to them!) Also, the one time I did go through the drive thru lane, it took me about 20 mins to get food. I have NEVER experienced that at another Chick-fil-A before in my life. Usually they are a lot more efficient than this. I prefer other locations whenever possible, but I still like the food, so I stick it out sometimes. I was there yesterday on May 2, 2020. The line was long as usual wrapping around the store and out in the road. I was appalled to see the person handing the food into the cars and taking credit cards was NOT wearing gloves and had a bandana around his neck for a "mask". I asked him why he wasn't wearing gloves and he would not answer. I told him to put gloves on for his own safety and even offered him gloves from a box I had in my car. I've always been a fan of chick-fil-a, definitely the cleanest fast food restaurant I've been to. I don't know where to start. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, it's like they never have a bad day, and there customer service is out of this world. Being a mom I love that during the summer they have activities for the kids during the day, it's like a two for one deal. The kids can have lunch, and have story time with the local library staff, get there fast painted, entertained by a clown, the list goes on. Great food. My complaint about this store is the handicapped parking which has been addressed with the manager and corporate with no resolution. I have handicap tags and can NEVER get into a spot.Oh, there are plenty but you literally cant get them as the are blocked by the drive through line! No one will let you in and if chance you do you cant get out. I believe above 5 or 6 spots that are INACCESSIBLE. You have to sit in drive through line, which always runs into main road. With COVID among us the drive through line is beyond ridiculous! Why have they not doubled up there drive through like other stores??? I can't return here.
