We had a great experience at this location. We ordered for 4. I sent the kids to wash their hands, and before they could get to the table the server brought all of our food to the table! This was the fastest service ever by any Chik fil A! Very impressive. The store was clean and bright. Their was a very cute high top antique looking rectangular table in the dining area. It was very unexpected and cute. There is a playground here and lots of parking. Parking is great because you don't get trapped by the massive drive thru line wrapped around the building like some locations. The food was good as usual. I am horrified at the acts of the Clarksville, MD Chic fil a. I had gotten a salad for $9 and I found a long hair in my food as I was eating. I went back to the chic fil a to see if I can receive a refund and they told me that they couldn't give it back to me. They gave me a chicken sandwich instead, which is only $3.39 compared to the $9 that I spent. I used to sit at this Chic-fil-A every morning before I would go to work. The staff here is amazing! They would refill my drinks and offer complimentary menu items every now and then. They truly went above and beyond the call of duty. I have since moved away from the area, but if given the choice, I would drive an extra 3o minutes to go back to this chick-fil-a. I have to update my review for my favorite Chick Fila location. This morning I ordered breakfast. I ordered 4 minis, with hash browns, a coffee and a milk. My intent was to use the milk for my coffee. When I arrived to work, I noticed that my milk jug was only half full. It was opened and half of it was used. I poured the milk and the full cup of coffee down the drain (I cant stand the taste of black coffee). Please keep employees from putting half filled things into the fridge Chick Fila. read more

The drive thru is packed no matter what time of day, even during what I consider off hours (after lunch or dinner). The line wraps around the building onto the side street. Cars are often backed up on Executive Park Dr. waiting to turn left. This places needs two drive thru lanes or someone outside taking orders like many other Chick-Fil-As do. This Chick Fil A is always busy! The parking layout makes it difficult to come in and out off, but it is nice that it is off Route 100. I suggest parking and going inside to order your food because going inside is always faster than going through the drive thru. First, I love Chick-Fil-A. It's my first choice for fast food in the area. That being said, this location is super busy and it can be a real pain. From before lunch time until hours after, the drive through line extends out the parking lot, down the street and generally causes total mayhem. I refuse to wait in a line like that (it is usually not that busy inside) but you can't get past the line to go park in the lot! You are just stuck waiting in line until you can even approach the restaurant. And be careful where you park or you will be blocked in by the line of cars. They've redone the inside and while it is pretty (and clean- always clean, even before remodel) it has made the inside procedure worse as well. There is now nowhere to stand while you are waiting for your food to-go. In a nutshell- food: very good, parking and execution of building- needs serious help! read more

Always great food and service. This location stays busy! Drive through always has a line. Indoors service is always quick and efficient. The only drawback is the parking lot situation and congestion for the drive through. Not really their fault though. Bathrooms and restaurant area are immaculate. This is the absolute worst Chick-fil-A I've been to. Drive-thru was out of control. This owner/operator needs to take lessons from the Severna Park location for getting a more efficient drive-thru. Inside lots of staff running around but food orders not moving. They had plenty of pre-packaged nuggets. In fact, my nuggets were barely warm and dried out. Arrive there about 8:30 AM this morning got in line and ordered sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal with a large unsweetened iced tea with lemon with an extra 4 count of chicken minis I wasn't able to eat my breakfast right away but around 11 AM my daughter went to eat the 4 count minis and noticed a spider between the nugget and the bread, she immediately started to vomit,so I called the location and spoke with the manager Keith he said that he was sorry and I could come back for a refund when I arrive back to get the refund he refunded my money asked me if I want to anything else and I said no thank you but I said that I will take a gift card for a later date he immediately said that he was unable to do that i was a little upset because I thought that Chick-fil-A was know for it. I am pretty disappointed in this location. I routinely or regularly eat at this location. The service generally flows pretty well though I am regularly shorted when ordering the chicken nuggets. I always order the 8 piece nuggets but very often only receive 7 when coming in the late evening. Odd how I never find 9 pieces where I would feel vindicated for the previous shortages. Anyway this morning 5-1-19 when I decided to call all I received was a "sorry I will inform the manager". You would think that I would have been offered my missing nugget................Clearly business is so good at this location that losing one regular customer doesn't matter. I love this place!!! This place has the best fast food in this area! I love their breakfast too---you've gotta try the chicken breakfast wrap (with extra chicken)! I'm upset that they changed their sausage patties like the small. Now I am in love with their chicken strips. Not to bash any other fast food chains which I will not mention, but if you get chicken nuggets, sandwich, or strips from a place with Golden Arches, A King with a crown, A red head chick with freckles, a Colonel, a Louisiana Jazz band, etc....your tongue is really missing out on what "real" white meat chicken taste like. I went through the drive thru because I had a toddler in tow and am only 2 weeks from giving birth. I ordered the only thing I ever order (no chance I said it wrong) and was given the wrong sandwich. I asked them to fix it and had to ask for a refund for the difference. They were clearly annoyed with me. But you don't give a pregnant woman the wrong food, especially on her birthday. I drove forward because I'd already held up the line. Order was STILL wrong, but had to go in to fix it. Carrying my heavy toddler and 100 degrees out I prayed I wouldn't give birth handling this chicken disaster. When someone finally paid attention to me standing there, she took my order and repeated it back incorrectly again! I FINALLY got the right sandwich and again had to ask for a CORRECT refund, and got out of there as quickly as possible. Got home and realized my daughter also had the wrong order! Look, I know it's messed up but I deal with Chick-fil-a's backwards views on gay people because the food is addictive, but this place is really isn't worth it. What a disaster. Stop by this morning to get breakfast since my dog is getting spayed up the street from here, first thing walked in the door within 30 secs been greeted by the (2) cashiers, took my order and gave me a yellow cone to place on my table, went to get napkins and by the time I went back my food tray was already there. The place is very clean, bright as always, the environment is calm and clean, the only fact I didn't like is when I was done eating I couldn't slide my try in the trash cans to throw my stuff. Had to pick them and wrap them to throw away. There wasn't any where to place my tray, had to leave it on the table. The trash cans by the rest rooms has the trash cans and tray holders but not the fronts. Bathrooms are clean and bright but all in all my experience in this chic fil a has been pleasant. read more

Convenient to get through off Route 100, clean and the food always tastes good. But it wasn't built to handle the capacity it does, where around dinner time the cars will wrap around the parking lot blocking spaces and out onto the street they share with the bank sometimes blocking the entrance to the parking lot. I've lived near this Chick-fil-A for nearly 5 years. It's always extremely busy - and has even caused a few accidents due to the traffic jam on Executive Park Drive. The quality of service has degraded in the last year. I'm not welcomed with the same warmth that this restaurant had once offered. While it's certainly better than other restaurants (not just fast food places) in terms of service and quality, I would like to see them return to their old form. The store has undergone a change in management, which may be a partial cause. There have been a number of times in the past year that my order had been incorrectly filled. For example, asking for Splenda and cream in my coffee at the drive-thru, but instead handed the packets on the side. It's difficult to pour these into my coffee while I'm driving. I'm mostly being nit-picky here because I expect a lot from Chick-fil-A given their reputation, but I am no doubt a satisfied customer. read more
