Guac is extra, I like that the chips have a hint of lime, the medium salsa is really good and the barbacoa is always super tender. A disaster waiting to happen. My recent visit to Chipotle in Columbia, MD, was the most disgusting experience I've ever had. The restaurant was dirty, and the staff barely spoke English. They were rude, and the way they prepared the food was a sloppy mess. The food was cold, and employees were on their phones, walking around, and talking instead of working. The bathrooms were in a terrible state, with urine all over the seat and floor. It was the most unhygienic and unpleasant dining experience I've ever encountered. Mobile orders are never ready during pickup time. This time it took an additional 20 minutes after scheduled pickup and i had to ask them to make my order. While preparing my food, the woman dropped the taco on the filthy counter and resumed to remake the taco. I said something to the cashier but she refused to remake it and lied that she threw it away. I later found multiple pieces of hair in the taco. This is so sooo disgusting and i had to throw away my dinner :( Health department should look into this location. read more

I have to laugh at my son because he continuously go to Chipotle in any city and they upset him. For one, this (photo attached) is supposed to be a steak taco with sour cream, cheese and light lettuce. By the picture, one of the tacos didn't have lettuce or sour cream and was lacking steak. Next, the lettuce was all over the plate and tacos. The meat was extremely dry and no type of seasoning on it. I taste it and told him to take it back or trash it. He had a chicken, rice and beans burrito that also lacked flavor. He will not come back to this Chipotle ever again. I really don't know what is going on with this Chipotle, but from the looks of the other Yelpers, they are dissatisfied as well. Someone need to go back to learn how to make burritos as tacos. I ordered a steak bowl and every single piece of steak was uncooked and had so much fat that it was chewy. The white rice was not cooked. The chicks were stale and had so much salt and lime taste. I also ordered a carnitas bowl and same story with that bowl. That bowl actuall hard pieces of what looked like plastic. My son chicken quesadilla was also full of chewy chicken he nearly choked. This location is packed during peak time for lunch and dinner. I was pleasantly surprised when I looked on my phone to see if an app was available to place my order online and there was one. It's such a blessing to live in modern times and the conveniences that have made our lives easier. To place an order via the app you need to create a log in. After doing so, I was able to customize my order to include what I wanted and choose what time I wanted to pick it up. I paid using a gift card and the gift card number and the remaining balance was saved in my account which I thought was cool so the next time I place an order I can select paying via that gift card again. When I got there I was able to skip the long line (which the end of the line was close to the door), and go right up to the register to pick up my order. I was very impressed that my order was ready to go. The employees got their timing down. In terms of food. I always get the chicken salad with corn, lettuce, salsa, fajita veggies, cheese, white rice, pinto beans, and sour cream. So good and filling. I'm always stuffed! read more

I am writing this "Negative" review regarding the way I was treated today at this location. Upon seeing two young boys ( African American)in the sun selling cookies (98degrees) , I decided to invite inside this Chipotle to get them a bite and a drink. I ordered the food and approached the cashier When I got to the cashier I thought it better to get the boys cups so they could have refills after I left . I asked the cashier ( young Spanish short lady) if they allowed refills and she immediately rolled her eyes and said no. I then asked her co worker who countered her and said yes " refills were allowed". The young cashier then told me no again at which I just ordered two bottles waters. Then the manager came over and I asked the manager and the manager corrected the young lady telling her in fact that I was allowed refills but did not correct her for rolling her eyes at me. At this I asked the young lady to take the bottles back and give me the cups instead at which again she rolled her eyes at me and said I already paid for the water. Again her manager came over and just refunded my money and gave me the cups with no correction to this young lady who at this point was snickering at me. I'm happy to say that the two young boys were able to enjoy their food. I feel that the young cashiers treatment of me was because I was black and she didn't feel I deserved to be respected . I was disappointed also with the middle aged Spanish woman who was managing as at no point did she pull this young girl aside and correct her or move her. I'm 56. But with that said, I have never seen a more efficient crew working the assembly line. Blam, blam, blam, cranking out burritos like nobody's business. Impressive. Does Chipotle usually only have Tabasco? I was sure I remembered seeing Cholula at one place. Anyway, this one only has the different varieties of Tabasco. Just visited this location and let's start with the pros first: the staff were working extremely hard, especially with all the crazy online orders, and were doing it with a good attitude. Kudos to them for moving nearly as fast as they possibly could. Additionally, the restaurant was clean and the food, of course, was good as Chipotle tends to be. The cons: if you are really COVID precaution wary, maybe skip this place for awhile. Four out of the six employees working were not wearing their masks correctly, fully over their noses. Yes, they were all wearing masks, but the majority had their noses hanging out... right over all that food they're preparing. Be warned! Some of the staff also seemed to be skimping on the portions of some of the food items like beans and veggies. read more
