Something is off with this CFL. The Chicken has a lot more fat and gristle than the others in town and not as much flavor. The portions tend to be smaller as well. 100% make sure you have everything in your bag before you leave if you go through the drive-thru. I would say 50% of the time I am missing an item. Their quality assurance has drastically decreased and their employees do not seem to take pride in their work in the traditional Chick-fil-a fashion. read more

2730 manchester expressway in columbus georgia, on 7/25/2025 @ 7:30 after work on the way home i stop by this location, where i go morning for breakfast, and almost everyday for lunch. because i work at the hospital down from them. i wanted to buy my daughter, 5 year old granddaughter, and myself dinner after i got off. my granddaughter has austism disability. i explained this to the manger of the store, my grandaughter will not eat the fried with the salt on them. i already knew they will not just drop fries if you ask for fried with no salt. so i didn't ask them to do that. i ask the young lady who was the manager of the store could i just wait until they drop another batch and before they put it in the salt can they than give me my granddaughter with no salt. this manager said no they still wouldn't do it, for her, even if i wait til they drop more fries. this made no sense at all to me. so you have to drop fries back there anyway, i didn't mind waiting until you do on your time, for my granddaughter. you can't just get the fries out with no salt for her before you dump them in salt. she said no. what a heartless person, she lied also and said corporate wouldn't let them do it. i call corporate customer service, while i was still there at the store. the lady in customer service said that's not true, she could have done it. i will not go to this location again. the lady i talk to said they are going to have someone else to get back with me in the corporate office. read more

Something must be going on at this Chick-Fi-A for it to go from 4/5 stars to only 1 with its most recent reviews. We had some hit and miss with this one over the last year or so but we eventually tried the one on Whittlesey and it opened our eyes to what we were missing. We hadn't gone back to this CFA for months except for here and there for a quick pick up. And you can guarantee every time we tried going back there was something missing. Husband stopped there tonight to get us dinner, he even went inside to make sure they heard his order correctly (and they weren't busy inside), and 1. They forgot our daughters apple juice (which we pay for), 2. They didn't put in my husbands requested sauce (which we also paid for), 3. The fries were not fresh and slightly burnt and also mostly crumbs, and 4. The size of the chicken on one of the sandwiches was small. This CFA was not this bad a year ago when we first moved here. Whoever they hired on is driving the business of this location into the ground. Not going to this one ever again, which is a shame for it's convenient location. Sending in this review to Chick-Fil-A as well. I'm not usually one to complain but this is about the 5th time we've had issues with our orders at this location. And yes that's including checking our bags before we leave and when we dine in. read more

This Chick-fil-A doesn't have the same service like other ones. Menu items that are supposed to be available are not available at the posted time. The site manager is condescending. Well situated on the corner of a busy intersection allowing for easy access for a weekday breakfast biscuit and coffee on the way to work -or- tastebud torture wishing you stop by for a weekday breakfast biscuit and coffee but instead have to settle for a belly grumble and crossed fingers that you'll make it to work on time. Food: Just the best chicken in the country. As a visitor to the area all I can say is "Thank You GA Folk" for this fabulous restaurant creation. That said the AM spicy chicken patty biscuit was remarkably smaller than expected or desired. Service: Had time to eat in while I was here and loved how the employees said morning to customers by name as walked in the door. Cleanliness: Well it was good but not a great as other Fil-a-la's. Still, way better than the majority of fast food joints in America. Overall: It's working, been eating mor chickin so have to give it two big thumbs up however; in comparison to other Chick's from GA to VA I found it a little below standard so I'm going to give it the 4 Stars until my next trip to the Columbus area. read more

Management doesn't care about the customers they serve. I am an ICU nurse. I work 12-14 hour days. I put in an order through their delivery service that is operated by DoorDash. My co-workers and I ordered over $100 worth of food. My salad was missing. We called DoorDash and they said they would not bring me one. I called CFA and spoke with the manager, and was told their was nothing they could do. I would have to pick up the order myself (which would be impossible because I am working in the ICU taking care of sick patients). Very disappointed in the customer service. read more

I have finally found a bad chick fil a & it is this one. The customer service is terrible, the wait time & speed of service is even worse. I sat in the mobile pick up line for 15 minutes before someone even asked me for my name. I place an order online so I could quickly pick it up & be on my way but I ended up waiting for 30 + minutes anyways. I stopped by this location on my way home after working 12 hours in the hospital. I was hopeful that it would be a quick stop to surprise my family with delicious chicken for breakfast. I was sorely mistaken. Not only did they make me pull over to the side and served 10 (TEN!) cars before bringing my food out but they also forgot the salsa that I requested for my two breakfast burritos and straws for my drinks. I know it may sound petty and like a first world issue but it is literally your job to provide a service that I'm paying for. This location definitely does NOT make CFA look good.
