There's only 1 rule to follow when it comes to this location, and that is DO NOT ORDER ON THE APP. EVER. Why? Because they ALWAYS forget an ingredient, or add one that does not belong. In the last 6 weeks alone, they have forgotten the hot salsa on my order 4 times, and have made light sour cream into triple sour cream 3 times. They forgot the hot salsa again just 1 hour ago, so I'm done. Between this location and the 6815 E. Broad St. location, I will never place an online order with Chipotle again. Grossly, I friendly manager with a hate complex over limes in a Mexican restaurant. I asked for some line to complete my burrito meal. Before the person waiting on me could respond this woman interjected herself into the conversation with a stern "NO. Limes are not an option. We have limes that we use and when we're done with them we throw them away but you cannot have a lime." I gotcha; no lime! We stopped tonight because my Granddaughter asked me for Chipotle and no self-respecting Grandfather tells his Granddaughter "NO." It's a simple thing actually. A toned down response like, "I'm sorry sir but we do not have limes any longer." The rest of the vitriol I got from the "manager" could been better spent kept to her spiteful self. Pity. First I would like to say. I would like to tip my hat to the chief. The food was so flavorful that every bite I took was wild flavor into my mouth. This was my first time going here. Great customer service. The people were very patient and on top of getting the customers in and out. The facility was very clean and tidy. I got the chicken bowl, sadly there was no steak up but it didn't matter. Everything was flavorful. It made me feel sad to see that the customers were not tipping these hard working individuals. The chicken had so much flavor along with the tomato salsa. You could tell the cheese was fresh. The corn was also flavorful. I'm glad I decided to check this place out. Differently a 10 out of 10. Hard working individuals. The owner should differently be proud of his workers. Everyone has different experience but for it to be a Friday and they were keeping up with the line and giving great customer service. That's really great. This location is always out of something! literally by 8:30 if you walk in the staff who is always friendly, but they let you know everything they are out of. Tonight it was so many things they didn't have they just let us know that they only have 1 type of meat, 1 type of rice and beans & only some toppings. The place was clean, the people were nice, my burristas all seemed pleasant and teenaged and inoffensive, my burrito was mostly right but not like... super wrong? Totally overdoing it with Chipotle lately but they sent me a giftcard and we were out shopping when the crazy storm hit so we seeked shelter here (lame excuse on my part I was craving their salad) This was the first time in history that my son (8) wanted to have "just a salad" for dinner and I was blown away. By the time he got it, it only consisted on lettuce, steak, chicken and cheese but I was still a very proud mom. I had the usual, fully loaded veggie salad, the man 2 burritos and were were stuffed with a tasty (and free!) meal. First time at this location and with the whole family. Baby loved it! I fed him the cilantro lime rice with a few bits of chicken and beans. He also liked the avocado chunks in the guacamole and shredded cheese. Glad they had (organic) milk available (for baby) to drink. For a one-year old, he loves his food! We all enjoyed the bowl with rice, beans, salsa, greens, and guacamole with a couple tortillas on the side. I made a little burrito to eat easier while feeding baby. I cleaned up the table, but a lot of rice did end up in the floor under baby. I shared the large Coke with my husband. He also had the carnitas - extra meat on his tortilla. One bowl was also enough for us to be full enough to make the hunger pains go away, but leave room for dinner in a few hours. No leftovers. No pictures. It was tasty and we were super hungry. Skipped lunch and it was almost 3pm when we stopped in. Definitely a place to go again... including baby! read more

I live in NY and order Chipotle all the time, never had any issues. Recently moved to OH, and I've been ordering from this location and my food is delivered consistently incorrectly. Through the app, or in person. Last week I ordered through the app, and upon opening the three meals I ordered- *all three* contained heaping amounts of white rice instead of brown rice like I requested. This week, after ordering in person, I realized one of my orders was incorrectly marked "Chicken" when it was Vegetarian, and subsequently, not only was I charged extra, the Guacamole that is supposed to come with the Vegetarian meal was not put into the bag. I ended up losing $5.00 due to such negligence. It's incredibly frustrating to know orders are consistently wrong here- in person or through the app. read more

First every order online was wrong. Second, I went there right at opening.. everything so dirty I could barely eat. It was seriously disgusting. Food on the floor (even in the staff areas behind the register), drink machines gross, half broken.. dining room gross. The food wasn't great, they didn't even have the new stuff they said they did, the customer service was not great. I stopped here for lunch while at a work training. I really expected a line out the door and a huge wait but was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they were moving the line. I mean, it was a little after noon on a week day (the Chipotle near me is horribly busy from about 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. I just avoid it). My colleague and I only had less than 10 people ahead of us. My colleague and I were able to go from walking in the door to out the door in under 40 minutes (I'm including a chatty lunch and eating time). As for the food, it's Chipotle, you guys! It is never bad in my book. It's not a gourmet meal but it is a burrito that is almost the size of a baby. I go for the veggie burrito (colleague had veggie burrito bowl) and that means I get guac on it and don't pay extra - score. They were a little chintzy with my cheese and guac and a bit overboard on the black beans (sorry colleagues). Dining room was a little dirty but hey it is lunch time. I'm sure they do clean it but not when there is a line. The parking lot also got a little hectic but thanks to the jerk standing behind our car chatting his loud ass off on his phone and wouldn't move. Thanks, jerk face. Also flicked me off. read more

I always get the same thing: Chicken burrito, extra chicken. The burritos are huge, thus it always serves for 2, sometimes three, meals. I like this Chipotle location as it's pretty easy to get in and out of, it's close to I-70 on 256 and it's got pretty fast and good service. I went in there the other week and there was a line reaching out of the door during the lunch push. I figured I was going to be there for at least 10 minutes or longer but they were able to move everyone through in less than 5 minutes. I can't ask for more than that when there is a gargantuan line during the lunch hour. Another good aspect was that they had about 2,328 people (give or take a few) working behind the counter which is why they were able to move the very long line along. I hate places who try to save a buck but skimping on servers/work and sacrificing service/timeliness. Kudos to Chipotle. read more

I have eaten here a number of times over the years. I have moved from eating the burritos - which are huge - to eating the salads, which have the same contents but not in a wrapper. The prices are good, the food is kept fresh. The variety is small - which is how they keep the prices low. The dine-in space is relatively small - maybe 30 people inside, but they have a patio for another dozen or so people. If you want to fill your stomach and are not looking for fancy offerings, you may be satisfied with this Tex-Mex offering. read more
