Avoid this location at all costs especially if you have children with you. Even if you order ahead on the app they still take forever. And they almost always forget condiments and napkins. read more

I went in with my family today and ordered a bit of a big meal, however the service was so bad. ( the guy with long blonde hair had an odd look on his face and weirdly enough I thought he was mad dogging my husband and I. Not very friendly ) and I have to say this was the first time someone did NOT say my pleasure. So whatever. Maybe he's having a bad day personally but that's no reason to take it out on people who happened to order a big meal. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location just because it doesn't seem like the energy I want to be around. I don't recommend anyone who wanted more than a singular meal on their tab to go here. Go to anywhere else but this one. read more

The aren't too many times I find myself upset about fast food. As an ex employee of one I understand it can be a thankless job. However, our trip to this location on 4/27 at 8:30 pm was not ideal. We pulled in to go through the drive through, but opted to go in since the line was pretty long. I thought I chose wisely because there was almost no one in line inside. After ordering I grabbed a seat on one of their benches. I waited for almost 20 minutes before I noticed the people after me were getting their food. A girl and another couple walked up to get an update on their order and I saw the worker take their receipts to the back. I waited another minute and decided to take mine over as well. No explanation was given, she just took my receipt to the back. I thought she was going to come right back with my order. I waited about 5 more minutes and decided I would just get a refund. When I asked for a refund they said they were getting my order ready. I explained to the worker that my wife had taken medication that needs to be taken with food and we didn't anticipate almost a 30 minute wait for food. He did offer me fries. I stood and waited for my actual order as I watched people who ordered 15 minutes after me get their food. One of the workers came over and asked what was on my order. I told him my order and he said he would go back and bag it himself. As I was waiting the couple who had asked earlier for status were asking for a refund as well. They were given a refund and their order. I was still waiting at this point because I didn't have food, my receipt, or a refund. After almost 50 minutes of waiting I finally got my food. All I was told was "Sorry I had to wait, something happened to the monitors." This was not a good trip at all. I probably wouldn't go back to this location again. read more

So we had a so so experience here. First off, this place was packed. It was hard to get a seat up in here. We finally found a seat but our group had to sit separate because of how packed it was. Wasn't the restaurant's fault. The food was good. It is always good. Order my usual. The spicy chicken deluxe. Normal normal. By far, my favorite meal at this place. Would probably be my final meal if I was on death row. When I get this meal, I always order a large Arnold Palmer. This was the second time that I received a small drink instead of the large. When I mentioned something about it, turns out, I was charged for the small and they didn't seem like they wanted to help correct this issue. I just get a blank look and something to the effect of "I only charged you for a small so here it is". I get it. You charged me for a small. I am not asking you to upsize me for free. But you could offer to help correct the problem and charge me for the difference. Doesn't seem like there is a whole of help fixing the problem. Second, we didn't have a big meal order but we did order something unusual. Ordered a gallon of tea. We had to ask for this twice. Both times we were told that someone would bring it right out. Took us finally going up to the counter and picking it up off the counter ourself. It was just sitting there and everyone was working around it. I chalk up some of the errors to being busy. Also, I am partially at fault for nothing catching the mistake of the drink in the read back. Being busy is not an excuse for things get relaxed. I know that more issues will arise. Just need to tighten down that service some. The gallon issue had been apologized for several times but after awhile, an apology doesn't mean as much. Love the food. No doubt. Doubt I will be going back to this spot again though. Pull the same thing a few time and I'm out. read more

Asked for 2 orders here 1 order to go Went to the restroom this is what was on my table The guy at the register asked me 4 times if I want the to go order now or later. I said I want all 3 orders in the same time just one to go because is waiting outside. His name is Christian. I went to the counter to ask what is going on at my order-the leader was next to Christian they both heard the order again, but still order nr 3 no where. I asked for a bag, took one of the inside orders seating on my table already and one of the drinks and that order outside to the person waiting in the car. Came back inside 23 minutes now still the to go order not ready. Spoke with 2 leaders by now and 3employees. Haven't been at this location ever, we always go to the Crossings. Will never come back here. For a slow 7:20pm Thursday with that many employees is no excuse for this service! I also asked for the sandwiches to be cut in half NONE of them were. When I finally got the 3rd order the fries were on my table(probably dropped off when I went to the restroom ) then the chicken sandwich came by itself in bag after I asked the 6time now for the 3rd order. Who drops off the order in pieces? Never seen that in my life!!! Especially an order that supposed to be to go ! And I was told there is no manager only the 2 leaders wearing pink. We planned to go to Chick-fil-A on our way to a family gathering. When we turned in we saw two huge lines. We thought for a second about changing where we went. Luckily we stayed. There were 5 workers taking orders from cars in line. We ended up getting our food in the same amount of time as being in a much shorter line. Everyone at In-N-Out shout learn from this location. Food always hot and fresh as hell, it be on the borderline of burn your mouth low key. You see the line wrapped around the damn parking lot?! That's cause it's heat. And normal goers know it only takes about 10 minutes to get all the way through when you parked in front of Kohl's and they take your order. Love my CFA. Avoid if you are in a time crunch or are impatient. This is the third time my meal is at least 12 to 15 minutes late. According to my order receipt, my pick up time has been late three times in a row. I wish it was by a few minutes, or else I wouldn't be on here. But on all three occasions, my food has taken at least 12 to 15 minutes after its initial timestamp for pick up. It is obvious that everybody in the city goes here. It's an awesome restaurant with a friendly staff. Unfortunately it appears that the staff at this location just can't handle the rush. Unsure who to blame, managers who can't manage time efficiency, or employees who don't seem to understand the importance of peoples time. Two stars because the food is great read more

This review is for Chick-fil-A, but bear with me for a minute. One thing you'll notice about In-N-Out is that their restaurants are usually located near a freeway exit. That's pretty smart of them because it attracts customers like me who prefer fast food to be fast food. When driving between Las Vegas and California, I prefer to grab a quick bite over sitting at a restaurant for over an hour. This Chick-fil-A accomplished the same. Conveniently located right off the 15 freeway, Chick-fil-A was an easy choice when driving back to Sin City. I was hungry, knew my next meal wasn't going to be for at least 4 hours, and saw the sign. Besides, I don't get Chick-fil-A often since it's not in Vegas. Chose the drive thru on this visit. Service was quick and painless as usual. Another thing a like about all Chick-fil-A's is that they usually have a trash can before and after the drive thru window. Perfect for me to take care of some trash in my car. As for the food, I opted against their infamous chicken sandwich. Don't get me wrong, I think their chicken sandwich is one of the best out there. I elected the chicken strips which was fresh, tender, and lightly crispy. Not sure if anyone knows, but their chicken strips has less calories and more protein that most FF restaurant's chicken strips. My only issue was that it was too greasy. All I had to do was pat down the grease and it was on. Chick-fil-A is another one of those things or restaurants that I take for granted because I don't get it in Las Vegas. Always been a fan of Chick-fil-A and with this one located right off the freeway, I'm sure I will be back. read more

Nobody said anything when we ordered that they were closing soon or anything, they asked us when we ordered if we want it "for here" or "to go" we chose to dine in as I worked a long day and 2 hour football practice, we wanted a moment to pause and eat. Literally In the middle of eating a gentleman walked over and said my young son and I that they were closed and I needed to pick up my half eaten food and leave. He proceeded to walk around and tell everyone else also. We all looked around at each other confused cause we all were literally in the middle of eating. Never in my life or anyone else have I been told half way through my meal that I have to leave. I understand closing but definitely should have been told when ordering and I would have gotten my order to go. No warning announcement or anything, just an abrupt yet polite I will admit command that we needed to go. My daughter and I went the other day and a employee who didn't care for blacks did not want to help us. He allowed a big black truck to go ahead of us took his order his credit card and all and Helen it came to us he said let me find someone else law to help you and he couldn't find anyone so Rick came back to help us and would not get close to the car or take my card for payment. Horrible service. I agree with them rushing you and not bothering to let you look at the menu. Every single time I come here no matter how simple or complicated my order is, they make me park. Then walk my food out a min later like really? What was the point of making me park? You don't make everyone park and I sat in the line a good 5 mins before it moved so I'm sure someone was stuck at the window waiting for their order. Then the people they hire, I swear it is like their first time interacting with humans. The brunette they had at the window today around 1:20pm 11/18/23 couldn't find her way out of a paper bag. She asked if my name was Cris, I said yes and she handed me my drink then tell me why 10 seconds later she asks for my name again? I was so confused I even said the name you just called me a min ago?
